I will never go to another Dunkin Donuts as long as live. It's not the service that's the problem it's the way your Dunkin Donut franchises treat their employee's. I have been a supervisor for most of my 40 years of working and I have never treated anyone that I have supervised as bad as I have seen Dunkin Donuts treat their employees. They care more about the service than the people that work for them and that is not right. Dunkin Donuts employs a lot of young teenagers and they treat them terribly. If they get tips then the Dunkin Donuts reduces their wages. I have heard but I can't prove that most of the Dunkin Donuts break labor laws everyday. If you report it they have ways of getting rid of the person that reported it by reducing their hours and just etc. A young girl that worked at Dunkin Donuts had lost her best friend and she needed some time off to grieve. The manager wanted a doctors note stating that she was unable to come to work because she was unstable. Her best friend work their also and the week before she died she had no hours schedule for the following week. What bother me the most is the uncaring way the manager treated these young girls. No only was she harassing these young girls but she was being down right cruel. Dunkin Donuts is notorious for not giving their employees enough hours so they don't have to fire them. They just keep reducing their hours to zero so they will quite. No human being should treat another human being like this and especially a young person. Somehow down the road people have forgotten the meaning of what being a manager and supervisor means. I contacted the Corporate Office/Headquarters and they said, they had no control over the people that buy Dunkin Donut franchises from them. Why do you call yourself the Corporate Headquarters? These franchises represent you! You people make me sick!

I LOVE DD, I was just wondering if you have any thoughts about putting DD coffee in the kcupods for the Keurig coffee unit. Thanks for you time

Below is my attemp to notify Dunkin Donuts about unhealthy store in the Worcester, Ma area. Their email does not accept email! Read below if you care about your health! To: customerservice@adrus.comSubject: My product or in store experience|customerservice@adrus.com Daytime Phone Number: Evening Phone Number: Comment: On 10/21/10 at 6:00pm I was in their store to buy my 7 yr old son some donuts. I noticed many (100 or more)insects flying around the donuts and on the donuts. The worker apologized and said they were having a problem. However, they were willing to sell these infested donuts to custumers. This is going to get people sick if action isn't taken to stop this practice at this store. My comment is for the MANAGEMENT team of Dunkin Dounts at 545 Hazard ave in enfield ct. The management team is VERY unprofessional at this branch. They like to bully there employees and sexually harass them. They also like to fire them with no reason. When you bring it up to the "owner" good luck because it is the mangers father. I believe that this branch should be watched closely and question the female employees and also it wouldnt hurt to send in someone from the health department due to the fact that the baker has poor hygene habits..... HMMM I am sure this is not how Dunin Donuts wants to be known...

The coffee in the Boston/Cambridge area is once again ridiculously weak. It doesn't even smell like coffee. This was the case a few years back and then I noticed it becoming good again. Please don't prolong this again, stop skimping for the almighty buck, and give your devoted customers the product that made you famous. I won't buy it now. It's not principal. It's TASTE!

Recently I pulled out a coupon from the news paper offering a free tuna sandwich with a purchase of a cup of coffee. I asked my wife to pick it up and when she placed her order at the DD 1410 Avenue J Brooklyn, NY 11230, and gave in the coupon a man claiming to be the manager of this store came running out YELLING at her. She was devastated.. He seemed to be claiming that she needed to hand in the coupon first before placing the order and otherwise it was invalid. We just think that he was cheap and did not want to honor it.. We asked to redo the order.. but he went on yelling and screaming at her. Let me tell you.. how devastated she was. We are an older couple and have been in business for decades in this area. It is unfortunate that you have such terrible managers running your store. Please let me know what can be done about this. thank you Tom

Dear Sirs: We were having company over this evening for cards and donuts and coffee. We stopped at our local Dunkin Donuts Shop on Chestnut Street in Oneonta, NY to pick up a couple of dozen donuts for tonight. It was only 5:00 pm and they told us they didn't have any donuts left. This shop has a sign that says they are open 24 hours a day and I can't get 2 dozen donuts for this evening? Don't know if I will go back here again or not. Disappointed in NY.

Really, I would give this location no stars.... 18700 Wolf Road the worst service and Manager Indra I have ever come in contact with.... This location is hit or miss, more miss than hit. I don't blame the girls at the drive thru, there are the only ones that try to help. As far as the manager Indra he is rude, obnoxious, degrading, poorly educated man. Don't ever go inside and try to get your order corrected, he will belittle you and tell you that you talk to much and confuse people ( maybe if they spoke english it would help, not being prejudice..) and that your making him lose money. Now wait! they are the ones who got the order incorrect, first of all and trying to explain what you ordered is talking to much, and as far as he is losing money... wait I paid for the food!!!. Also, he proceeded to kick me out of his store.. What!!! just for wanting what I paid for... WOW.... Signed Confused, I Just wanted my coffee....and sandwich... ugh.....

I drink coffe everyday about five to. Seven cups a day. I have friends and family works at Dunkin Donuts. I went to the Dunkin Donuts on Boardway in Paterson, NJ. With my girl friend. She order two coffees, my girl friend checked her coffee to see if they made it like how she asked them to make it. They did not...so she asked to make sure if that's how she ordered it. One of the employee was being smart and getting an atitude with her. Its not about the coffee nor the money but the way she talked to a custumer is not good. She needs to learn and talk to custumers in a good and manner way. If she is having issues outside of work. She should leave it outside. When she walks in the door where she is working at should put a smile and start her work. I have worked in Resturants before even at five stars resturants too. But its not about that either. When people go out to buy something to eat nor drink. Employee their should know how to talk to their custumers or guest. Because of us, the place is running. One person review can take everything away. So please make sure that the employees know how to talk to their custumers. Because of that we did not even drink the coffee. My girl friend throw her's out and so did I. Went to somewhere else and bought coffee. The moral of this review is that when people go out to buy something to eat or drink, they expect good and lovely service. Other wise people won't ever go back to the same place. Which I went go anymore to that one anymore. Thank you for your service.

WHILE OUT TRAVELING IN HAMDEN CONNECTICUT WITH MY FATHER WE WANTED TO GET A JALAPENO OR TOMATO BASIL BAGEL TWIST...WE COULD NOT FIND A DD THAT SOLD IT TO SAVE OUR LIVES...ANY REASON WHY U NO LONGER SELL? PLS AD ISE...OR IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE TO GET IN NEW HAVEN COUNTY...10/6/10

I have been a loyal costumer of, Dunkin Donuts for many years, but that may change. I just don't understand how customers can be charged for something as small as a pack of jelly (condiment). In my opinion this is not right! But if you choose to pass the buck on to me the consumer, I'll just take my hard earned money else where, but continue to keep passing the buck, and I'll pass my bucks on to someone who doesn't charge for a condiment.

Mansfield CT D&D at the corner of 195 & 32 is AWFUL! They mess up your order, make you waite 15 minutes at the drive threw intercom when no one is ahead of you and serve old burnt coffee. The staff is rude and makes un professional comments over the intercom. They mix bagels and donuts so that the icing gets ALL over the bagels! For a spot that is good for business you'd think they'd hire decent employees...

I pre-ordered 2 dozen bagels and 2 dozen donuts to be picked up at 5:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct 1st for am important meeting. When I arrived, the order was together and waiting for me. I was pleasantly surprised. They are notorious for being late with my orders. The last time i picked up an order for a meeting on Monday, Sep 27th, the order was not ready, the bagels were cold and the donuts didn't taste fresh. I specifically asked for fresh donuts and bagels on the next order. This time, when I got back to the office, the bagels were ice cold and so hard, I couldn't even cut them. I was very embarrassed! I didn't have time to go anywhere else. When I called, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the bagels. I am calling the 800 number to lodge a complaint. It was the store located at 5021 South State Road 7 in Davie, Florida.

I am a very frequent customer at the D.D. on rt. 146 North in Sutton, MA. Even though I am planning of not going there anymore, I have stopped there to get my coffee and small errands at the Xtra mart. I had several uncomfortable experiences at the D.D., like the Manager yelling in front of customers for no apparent reason, disappearing to the back sounds like that she would be throwing metal crates across the room. I feel sorry for the employees that work there, IT'S ONLY COFFEE AND DONUTS GUYS ..... LIFE IS TO SHORT ......

New store Windham,NH the worst DD in the state. They can't get anything correct the first time or anytime for that matter. You are often asked to pull over to the parking lot and wait for your order, than they bring out the wrong one. The woman thats the manager there most of the time really could not run an ant farm. Ask for a plain bagle with cream chesse good luck if you can find the cream cheese. Then she walks around the parking lot asking if the orders are right. I suppose if you pay the help nothing thats what you get. NOTHING.

I was on my way to a sales meeting for my most important custmer and stopped at the Dunkin Donuts at 1160 S Main St., Lombard, IL. I ordered 5 dozen donuts, 2 Joe's to go, large coffee & 2 donuts. An older woman took my order and couldn't have been ruder, she never allowed to me to fully place my order and kept saying next instead asking me if that was everything I wanted to order. She then gave me approx 8 napkins for five dozen donuts when I asked for more she gave me another 8-10 napkins I again asked for more she never put more in the bag. When I went to pay with a credit card and used NO COUPONS they said they couldn't ring the order up for any more then $22.00 so they ran my credit card through 5 times to cover the entire order...UNBELIEVABLE...!!! I asked the woman again for more napkins she said she put more in but she didn't when I asked the man that rang up my order for more napkins he brought me a small stack of napkins all messed up not in a neat stack. I said is this the way you people treat all your customers? He smiled at me with a nasty smirk and said what would you like me to do with them put them in a bag. Buy the time I was done with my order there were 10-12 people in line. A number of them told me they couldn't beleive how rude the people were not just to me but to everyone. I will NEVER go back to that dunkin donuts again and told me customer how I was treated. They laughed and they drive to another town to go to dunkin donuts so they don't have to go to the location. Some other people helped me out to the car after they saw how I was treated and then left they didn't go back in. These people do not car about customer service or your business only about taking your money in chunks of $22.00. They also have a sign that they will not take gift cards. If dunkin donuts doesn't look into these comments posted do anything about it SHAME ON THEM. I will instead contin

Dear DD: People like to eat a muffin and drink their coffee on the way to work but your muffin recipes need changing. The muffins literally crumble and you can't even take a bite of them unless you stick hunks of it together. The recipes need to be changed so the muffins hold together. - Just a suggestion - can't buy muffins any more so I just get a coffee.

I am a frequent customer.....up until today. I feel I wasn't treated with respect and not a valued customer. I look forward to the hashbrowns every week. I was having them every morning but decided to lead a healthier life and more nutritious food including fresh fruit and veggies. However, I have been treating myself to the hashbrowns every saturday morning. This morning, I received the hashbrowns still cold in the middle (which wasnt the first time...but this is not the issue) I ate four out of the 9 given and realized I should return them for another instead of eating them cold. I returned the 5 hashbrowns. Istead of giving me a whole new order (all 9...for my inconvenience). They just recooked the 5 I gave back (I know this because one I took a bite out of it). They told me they were new ones but they lied. So I went inside (instead of going through the drivethrough which was easier for me because I have a baby in the car). This time they only put 4 hashbrowns in the bag.......WHAT AN INSULT TO A LOYAL AND FREQUENT CUSTOMER....First of all I was inconvenienced by turning my car around and returning to the store...then inconvenienced by having to go physically inside with my baby......I finally demanded my money back and said I wasnt ever coming back here again..(and they allknow me because I'm a very frequent customer......) DD lost my business because I was treated like dirt for a lousy 4 and a half hashbrowns that they couldn't spare and shouldve given to me because THEY MESSED UP THE HASHBROWNS. They didn't even apologize...just gave me disrepect by smirking, rolling eyes, and talking disrepectful. i WAS HIGHY INSULTED....NOT JUST BY THE POOR SERVICE...BUT THE PERSONAL DISRESPECT AND DISREGARD......

DUNKIN DONUTS HAS LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER FOR GOOD! POOR SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS!! THIS MORNING (9/2310) AROUND 10:30AM, I VISITED THE NEIGHBORHOOD STORE LOCATED AT 133RD AND ROCKAWAY BLVD. TO BUY BREAKFAST AT THE DRIVE THRU. AFTER I ORDERED, I WAS TOLD THAT THE BREAKFAST WAS $5.00, I GAVE THE PERSON A $20.00 BILL, SHE WANTED TO GIVE ME CHANGE FOR AN ORDER FOR $4.32!! WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I GAVE HER A $20.00 BILL, SHE DENIED IT. I TOLD HER TO CALL HER MANAGER, WHEN IT ARRIVED, HE ASKED ME TO DRIVE AROUND TO THE PARKING LOT AND COME INSIDE. I DID SO. WHEN I GOT INSIDE, HE TOLD ME THAT HE CLOSED THE REGISTER AND COUNTED THE MONEY...IT WAS CORRECT AND THAT THERE WAS NO OVERAGE OF $15.00!! HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME OR RETURN MY MONEY AND I REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE BREAKFAST AND THE CHANGE. THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT WEAR NAME TAGS, THERE IS NO NOTICE ON THE WALL, WHO THE OWNER OR MANAGER IS. THEY OPERATED LIKE A "BAND OF THIEVES" AND ARE VERY VERY RUDE!! I AM ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT I GAVE HER A $20.00 BILL (IT WAS ALL OF THE MONEY THAT I HAD AT THE TIME) I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MY ATTORNEY.THIS IS OUT AND OUT STEALING!! DONE WITH COLLABORATION OF MANAGEMENT. YOU SHOULD PAY A SURPRISE VIST TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. IT MAKES YOUR "BRAND" LOOK VERY VERY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU MAY CONTACT ME @ GRAPHICS325@OPTONLINE.NET PLEASE CLOSE IT DOWN, IT'S BAD FOR BUSINESS AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD! JJB

My wife found the same type of charges stemming from the Whitinsville store, as well as Upton and Milford for purchases we did not make. We were notified through BOA after a purchase was declined at the Milford store on Rt. 16 near Fortune Boulevard. I agree - Dunkin' Donuts has not business holding onto credit card or debit card numbers, and I can't believe they haven;t figured out what is going on yet. We reported to the Northbridge, MA police tonight, and will send affidavits to Upton and Milford tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous.
