I am a current employee at domino's pizza in 1405 East Avenue Elyria,oh my boss's name is Tony and i have heard an seen him being racist and making racist comments he treats customers of african descent rudely i witness him calling a women a black ghetto bitch while throwing her pizza at the wall you can check video footage and see youself. This is uncalled for and reflects poorly on your company and i feel it needs to be addressed.

I went in to a store location with a carry out order. I made and paid for the order. Then was told that my card had been processed but they needed to run the card again. To clarify I asked, why would you need to run my card again, if it was processed. I was then told that, "He did something wrong and we need to run it again to place the order. The computer is frozen. I can void the first order, (WHICH WAS PROCESSED) but the money on your card will not be released until next week." Why would I pay you again, if you have already ran the ccard informaiton????? Candice (the shift manager) then walks off and begins making pizzas. My card was charged and will NEVER order anything again from Domino's. They baiscally stole my money. Now I have to take time and speak with the bank to deny their charge.

Ordered A Pizza Online took 40min Then When It Was delivered One Pizza Was Half Eaten Then One Looked Like Some One smudged Thier Finger In the Pizza. Tried to Call BAck We Were On Hold On Phone for 20min Go There Five People standing Around And phone Ringing And No Anwers Driver gets There And All They Tell him Is That pizza You delivered Was messed Up In san antonio on Acroos from Palo alto Collage

Went in dominos for first time. Will never again. Was promised pizza in 15/20 min. It took over 40. I ordered pepperoni and fvgreen pepper. Only got pepperoni. I did like the parmesan bites.

I want to inform u that on Saturday my husband an I ordered two pizza and hot wings they said it would take forty.minutes for us to. Pick up our order our pizza was cold when we got home my husband started eating a slice of pizza there was a hair in the pizza I told him to not eat anymore he started eating a piece of chicken there was a hair in that. Also my husband got sick. This was at Ella and 34th in Houston Texas

We order from the dominos in monroe,oh. We love this location. They are very friendly quick delivery. The delivery guy is awesome. My son loves taking to him. We only get pizza once or twice a month but the driver remembers my son.

I am furious at the fact that the managers at the store my loved one works at would ALLOW drinking during and after store hours and then not care that he has to drive an hour home . None of the managers at the store I speak of deserve their jobs and hanging out out back of the store drinking and partying should be UN exceptable. It has caused major problems as of late and I am on the verge of fully reporting on these people.

I just wonder...How is it, the store my man works at has 3 managers ,and not a one of them has a vehicle..so after closing ,my husband cant drive the hour way home right after closing (anywhere from 3-5 AM) ,instead he has to give a ride home to these people. Plus these managers are not exactly leaders. One of them is married and has other women come pick him up to go to the hotel,and then drop him back off to finish work. Dominos seriously need to be more involved with employee and manager behavior and responsibilities. Plus they should have cameras out back of the stores where other inapropriate things happen!

Im not happy with the way some of the employees r being treated, i have a friend that works there n has been very faithful n dedicate to his job, he was a asst. manager at one point til the owner gets pissed off then the next moment hes not, one minute hes at a certain pay per hour n then they cut his pay without telln him anything, he seldom misses work n comes to work when others call in. This is not right n i will be going a lil further to see if i can get something done about this maybe the BBB. They jus cant treat ppl any kind of way. So we ordered the 2 Large 1 Topping Pizza with a 2 Liter Coca-Cola for $19.99 and 2 orders of Bread Sticks from the Domino's in Foley, AL. I specifically ordered 4 EXTRA sauces with our sticks and thought nothing of it. We got our delivery and there was no 4 EXTRA sauces and no 2 Liter Coca-Cola. They guy proceeded to tell me that the coupon code he put in does not offer a 2 liter option when we specifically stated that the coupon they advertised on-line for their store offered this option. This is not the first time this store has done this to us. On several other occasions they did this and the manager also gave excesses on other occasions. WTH is wrong with this place. Get your shit together. I used to work at a Pizza Chain and now I am an RN and they never had this many issues. This store sucks and ALWAYS gives an excuse for something.

I went to Domino's in Duluth MN last night. When I walked in the store was empty. I waited a few minutes and seen an employee come out from the back. He washed his hands and started walking towards me. The employee removed his hat and ran his hands through his hair. He then greeted me and took my order for carry out. I ordered cheesy bread and a pasta bowl. He then walked straight back to make my food. The employee put his unclean hands in the bucket with the pasta and toppings. Seeing this I said "Excuse me, I'm not trying to be a B*^&%, but you were playing with your hair before you started making my food. Can you please wash your hands." He apologized and washed his hands. However when he remade my pasta he put his now clean hands into the bucket of contaminated food that his dirty hands were just in. So I decided I will take the pasta with me, but will not be eating it and will be going straight in the trash. Thinking I could still salvage my cheesy bread. I did NOT see him prepare my cheesy bread. I received my food and went home. When I opened my cheesy bread, there were pubic hairs! The man that took my order and made my food looked like a manager, I did not call him to complain last night. I waited until today and called corporate. (And until I was calm enough to not yell.) Obviously this company has NO PROBLEMS CONTAMINATING YOUR MEAL WITH UNSANITARY PRACTICES AS WELL AS PURPOSELY PLACING PUBIC HAIR ON A CUSTOMERS FOOD. I will never be eating at ANY Dominos ever again. DIRTY & DISGUSTING!

Cheesy bread is too small and it only comes with 1 sauce.

I ordered a pizza today and some extras from your location in Elizabeth Nj. As I am writing this comment I am still waiting for my dinner. It's now been 1 hour and 45 minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous that I need to call the store to obtain information on where my order is. I called the dominos store and they keep putting me on hold and hanging up on me. This company just keeps disappointing. I believe it's now time that corporate gets involved and starts to listen to their customers complaints like they state on their commercials. Isnt that part of your brand? Satisfy your clients and make every meal perfect? I used to hate Domino's pizza. It was the only pizza place open late in my college town and I would go to Walmart and get frozen pizza instead. After all the changes, I have to commend this company for really improving in quality and service. I never eat pizza crust; I eat yours and dont even need the garlic sauce to make it good! I live in Arlington, TX and order from the Baird Farm location. They are always friendly and surprisingly, a few minutes earlier than I expect when I order delivery. The positive changes in this company are greatly appreciated and recognized. I hope everyone will give domino's a second chance; they will be impressed!

I placed an order o line and its already been 1:40hr/min and still no order... I called Dominos to talk to a manager and they said no manager was in so i asked for a corporate number and supposedly they don't own one. They offered me a $3 discount for taking so long (it felt more like a slap in the face...) So I decided to cancel my order... Ain't that some bullshit!! So pissed off and still hungry...

My girlfriend and I decided to order some hot wings and dessert. The woman had said that it would take 30 to 45 mins. Called back about 50 mins asking about my order. The woman was absolutely rude and kept correcting me on how long its been. About 10 minutes later the driver calls asking for directions. 5 minutes later she calls back saying she's been pounding on my door for the last couple of minutes, when obviously it wasn't because I had been waiting at my door. I'm already upset and arguing with the driver so I cancel the order. Resulting in the driver hanging up on ME. I tried calling the store to ask for the managers name and the woman who had to keep correcting me but no answer. My girlfriend for some reason was the only one they answered for and replied to her questions rudely. Absolutely worst service and employees! First time ordering from there and will be the last! Been harrassed by my general manger so many times I loathe going to work. I don't feel safe talking to the owners because they make me feel insecure and like I can't rely on Them to handle it in a professional manner.
