Last week I ordered a great pizza from Dominos, thin crust - bacon- provalone cheese and mushrooms. It was the 2nd time I had this pizza, very good. I also order chicken wings, they were not so good. Very slimy and had a terrible taste. The whole order went into the trash. Today I ordered a large thin crust supreme pizza, no olives. Pizza arrived early, kinda raw - no olives but also not thin crust. I really wanted thin crust!! So, decided to call the store to let them know how disappointed I was, as I had now had too bad orders. The person who answered the phone said he was the manager. I asked if he was also taking all the phone orders, he said yes. So I told him about the crust and reminded him that I had asked him twice to make sure it was thin crust. His only response was "Sorry about that". That was it. Nothing else, dead silence. I then said well just thought you should know, he said ahuh. I was shocked and told him to have a nice day. These people really do not care about the product they are putting out and don't care if the order is correct. I won't order from them ever again.

The only reason I even give 2 stars is that the Dominos store in Hamburg,NJ didn't mess up the chicken part of the order. I ordered a 3 topping large deep dish pizza with cinna sticks and chicken.The delivery was fine but when I opened the serve the pizza the pizza wasn't even sliced.Then I found out the cinna sticks didn't even have the icing in them.So much for the double checking done by employees. When I called about the problem the manager on duty laughed about it not being a big deal.Well I am glad it was a joke to Dominos.He said they would honor a free pie and cinna sticks next time I order-let's see-they will be ticked about it so if I do order again,what will they do? Put the pizza upside down? I doubt that you will do much about this but wanted to bring it to your attention.There have been times when the sauces aren't delivered or they forgot the drinks but this time takes the "cake".I am sorry that they feel it is a big joke to rip off customers.

the nj south boundbrook domino's pizza which is on 60-c main street has the most disrepectful manager i have have ever dealt with in my life and his name is carlos and he call my girl freind from is cell phone(7325630551) because he want to say some very disrepestful thing to her about a order that he f*** up on in paid for the food not knowning that it was the wrong pizza so i had my gf call back to to have the wright pizza sent he went on and on but had we made the wrong order so i took the phone knowning that we didnt make the wrong order i said to carlos that if he sent the wright pizza i would pay for the pizza in full but he still went on and on about how we made the mistake now mind you that i said that i didnt care about who was wrong i just want the wright pizza and i will pay for it even afther i all ready paid for the wrong one so he said that he will sent the wright one if i paid and i said fine i then called back to say that i didnt want it for what ever reason and said good by he then calls me back from his cell phone and when my gf pick up he beings to call her a hoe and a dirt bi*** now i ask why would he call from his own cell phone is it because he knows that the things that he is saying is not being recorded and once again this is hie #(7325630551)fyi i will never eat domino's pizza again in any state and yes i am a realy person my name is kenyon spence my #(8035664104) thanks for reading

Ordered pizza tonight at 17:30 on line. At 50 minutes called the restaurant to find out the status of my order. I was told, " we are very busy tonight and it will be another 5 to 10 minutes before it comes out the oven". 70 minutes later my order is delivered and it is COLD and they only have one pizza delivery guy on duty. What is so wrong with telling the customer the truth? Why do you allow people to track their order on line when you know at 45 minutes the computer is going to flip over to being delivered? Your entire business has built in lies. The guy tried to give me a discount of $15, that's a great way to do business unh? You have a good product, but unfortunately you have lost a customer that has access to communicate with 200,000 people daily. Will I share my experience? You better believe it. I live in Shelbyville, IN 46176. I'm going to tell everyone that will listen about my dinner today.

Today was the last straw for me with Dominos. 4 out of every 5 times that I order the chicken wings, they give me the wrong sauce. Today I was simply fed up and sent the whole order back. I called the store (Carson, Ca.) and the manager was VERY rude. He called me back and said that he would take $10 off, I told him that I had already placed an order somewhere else. He SCREAMED at me "Do you want the order or Not" I said no, he hung up in my face.

My pizza has not been delivered yet and it's been 2 hrs.

I am having a problem with mocksvills area with the gm larry springer and his employ that is now training for managment-john colins. John has nomerous acounts have hurrased other employies and made therts to them. The manager was advised but all he has done was talk to him and uet it still continues even more that he will be training soon. Other employes do noy like working with him but bc he was larrys ride.i feel lets him do what he wants. Someone needs to do something about it bit everyones afraid of hour cuts or fired. Plz bring it to your attion for there is more v But I want say.much.for I dont want other employes fired for a poorr managers actions.

I have been ordering pizza from Dominos for years with no complaints. Yesterday was a nightmare!.... Dominos is two blocks from me, which would take about five minutes to get to my home. 35 minutes after the order stated it was on it's way (ordered online) I called to see what the problem was. The person I spoke with on the phone said they were the assistant manager. She let me know that the driver has had some problems with her car, and would give her a call to see what had happened. The assistant manager called me back to let me know she couldn't get ahold of the driver, but would credit my card back, and would have new pizzas out right away. I put a special request online when I ordered my pizzas, to make sure that the driver call first due to living with an elderly person who may be taking a nap. I also made it very clear to the assistant manager on the phone that the person delivering the pizza should call first before coming to the door. She said that wouldn't be a problem. Ten minutes later the door bell rings. It's Dominos. The delivery guy said they didn't tell him anything. OK... I thank him, and give him a tip. I take a bite out of one pizza..cold. I try the other pizza...cold. So I call Dominos back. I spoke with the same assistant manager. I told her I couldn't believe that they would send me the original pizzas that I ordered over an hour ago. (I assumed this due to the time it took the second time, and because they were cold).... She said she didn't know how that happened, that she was looking at my fresh pizzas right in front of her. I told her that all I wanted was fresh pizza, and for someone to call first before coming to the door. I did recieve my pizzas hot and fresh almost two hours after my original order.... Sheeeeeesh!!!

If there was a way for me to give you no stars, I would. My service was absolutely ridiculous. I have ordered from Dominos for years and never had any problems until a couple months ago. I live in Bartlesville,Ok. The last several times I ordered pizza from you it has been wrong and cold when I received it. Tonight when I placed my order I was told it would be free since I have had so many issues lately. I ordered my pizza at 9pm, I was told that they were busy and it would take about an hour for me to receive my food. At 10:40 I called to see why my food had not arrived yet, and was told that the driver was right around the corner from my house. My order did not arrive until 11:30 pm, that is 2 1/2 hours after I ordered it. On top of that it was cold, one of the pizzas were wrong for the third time, and the marinara sauce I ordered was not included. This is absolutely ridiculous, and uncalled for. I will no longer be returning to your store. I have children that needed to eat, and had to end up making them something else because of your store.

Today was the worst experience I had with a local Domino's branch here in Rock Hill,SC! They have lost a customer for life. I had to talk to 3 different people on the phone to find out after 5 years of them delivering to my residence, that they no longer do unless I call the order in to them. I like the luxury of being able to order online without having to deal with some smart mouth teenagers that do not care about customer service to say the least. Shame on you Domino's, we will order from you guys never again. We pay a delivery fee to have it delivered, so it is idiotic to refuse to deliver to a place you guys have delivered to just last month a least once a week!

I live in Lubbock Texas and we buy your pizza some but I have seen 3 of your drivers run right thru a red light in the past week. My wife & I ride motorcycles along with many friends. If we had started off when the light turned green last night our kids might of owned a large part of this company. I will be calling the lubbock & main office to let them know. I don't want anything free & don't care if my pizza takes 45 min to get there cuz when it gets there I would like my self,my family & friends to be there safe also. Think about it next time that light turns red & you start to gas on it to save 5 min. What if its one of your kids or your mom & dad that you hit by saving 5 min was it worth it ??? I. REALLY DON'T THINK SO.

Promised pizza in 30 minutes, took over 2 hours and the employees stated address doesnt exist. Made us call different dominos in the area since we were out of their driving district. Once again we called and promised pizza in 30 minutes. When the pizza was delivered the pizza was squashed and a slice was eaten.

As a former emploee( many years ago when i was a teenager) i wanted to see if the pizza improved so i ordered a large 2 topping and wings.well, the pizza was raw and toppings fell right off and the wings were raw and unedible.when i complained they tried to charge me again.i just delt with it When i worked at dominos you were changing over from flour to cornmeal and i never atr it again cuz ot made the pizza hard and taste bad but i tried it again with much regret I know they have the potential for greatness.they had great pizza when i worked there.what happened???

I called to place an order for carry out at the Latonia KY store on Winston Ave. The lady took my order and I asked if I was going to get the 7.99 large pizza deal. She said I needed to tell her at the beginning of the call...i was very confused because it is advertised all over the place and if it's a promo, then I really shouldn't have to ask except to double check. Went and picked up my food, and it was right and looked ok so I came home. I decided it wasn't worth getting upset over the price and making a scene in front of other patrons over the price, so I let that slide but it is something that needs to be looked into. Got the food home and the parm bites looked ok, but tasted burnt, my deep dish pizza crust once again, looked good, but was so overdone that I couldn't even chew it. My thin crust pizza crust tasted burnt, but the toppings were just barely cooked. The cheese was grainy, and the ham mushy. We are eating this food just because we paid for it and im not driving 20 min to get it fixed. Needless to say this wasn't the first bad food experience I've had there. Dominoes has had enough chances in my book. Won't be back.

Pizza is good problem is, in san clemente ca store, 1 person answers phone and operates cash register while making pizza between calls and customers. then driver comes in doesn't wash hands and begins handling pizzas out of the oven. I was there 20 minutes and was flabergasted as another driver came in, threw the pizza bag on shelf and began handling dough without washing hands while a hand sanitizer dispenser is at the entrance nobody ever touched it, i couldnt even see a hand wash sink and have never seen an employee at this store ever wash their hands

I called your Grand Island, Nebraska Store to order a take out pizza. When I had to give my name for the order the order taker commented that I was married to a chimo (child Molester). I feel that this is not good for the company. They need to look into things like this when they are complained about. What would happen if the order taker was a child molester himself???? I am NEVER ordering anything from another Domino's Pizza again!!!! Go Godfathers!!!!!!!!!

Yes I used to work at the dominos called Stoney creek dominos in whitsett nc Store number 7447 I'm no longer an employe there so I'm a customer correct correct So I walk in an place a carry out order I order a small thin pepperoni and cheesybread and Parm bites I told the shift runner three times no garlic on the Parm bites plz he even wrote it on the Label so where good everything is ok until the Parm bites come out and order is ready they hand be the order and soaked with garlic on the Parm bites so now I gottah wait another 10 to 15 mins To be remade while the rest of order is already 20 mins old and 40 mins old by the time I get home with it instead of 25 mins I didn't get one I'm sorry sir or anything extra i guess because I'm a ex employee But that shouldn't matter I'm an paying customer like everyone else. This really could of had been prevented but wasn't I know this for fact because an employee mentioned that the guy that's on the oven stated it's only his third day here I'm sorry to say but your third day working at dominos he shouldn't be on the ovens until he has learned other things in the store first the management at dominos at Stoney creek in whitsett nc is awful and it all starts with the store manager she just hires ppl and has other ppl train them instead of training them the right way Wich should be the dominos way Wich she the store manager should train instead of expecting to make others do here job if he was trained properly this may have been prevented with this being his third night there and not on the oven this probably would have been prevented. Tonight me and my pregant wife ordered hot wings and boneless wings. When we got home and started eating the wings my wife noticed that some of the wings were pink inside. Being that she is pregant she got grossed out and threw the wings away. I then called back to dominos and asked for a manager to explain what happened. He said that its impossiable for that to happen because the wings are cooked in a machine with a timer. He then said can i bring the wings back and i told him that my wife discarded them because she was grossed out by undercook food especially because she is pregant. He replied well cant you just dig in the trash and bring them back? Are you serious... Now im a manager as well at chilis bar and grill and our guestis very very important to us. If i was to ever ask a guest to dig in the trash i would most likely be fired dor that type of complaint. That was by far the worst thing i have heard a manager say. The ceo of the company should be sad that he has a manager like that representing his company...

I called in to order a pizza tonite, around 9 pm, for delivery. I was told i was being place on hold before i could say anything. They placed me on hold...I waited 5 mins..decided to hang up. I called them back, they did the same thing when they answered. I interjected, and said,"No, im not going to wait! Im tired of waiting!" The guy on the phone, said, "Well what would you do if you were in the drive thru at McDonalds and the wait was long, you would go inside, right?" Im confused! Because i called to ORDER A PIZZA! He then told me to have a good day and hung up. I was shocked that the employee was basically refusing to give me service because i didnt want to wait on hold. I called back a few minutes later and asked for a manager. He stated that he WAS then manager. He proceeded to tell me to, "chill out and stop drinking beer, broheim." This statement was completely out of line. As a customer, if you call me anything, it is Sir! He then stated if i wanted to talk to a manager i would have to call tomorrow and talk to Oliver. After this mess. We were still hungry, so we called Pizza Hut. They answered the phone and asked if i MINDED to be placed on hold. I waited on hold for less than minute. They proceed to advise that delivery times were behind and it may be awhile. Which i appreciated, instead of referring me to McDonalds. We were able to get a pizza and desert in a notified time frame, while given great customer service. I will be calling Corperate tomorrow to report this. I run a business myself and i deal with customers every day. Dominoes's customer service was disrespectful and insulting. This is not how businesses should be run from one business owner to another.
