I write this letter with such disappointment (I can hardly believe I am doing this) but I wanted someone within the Disney Corporation to be aware of my recent experience at the Disney World Park. I have been to Disney World seven times; the first trip was back in 1986, when I traveled by train with my then six year old daughter, to Disney World. It was so worth it - to save and plan for the trip. She still remembers that special time, this I also wanted for my grandsons. Our family has just returned home from Disney in Florida were we vacationed the week July 29th through August 5th, 2012, and doubt I would go back to Disney again. It was my grandson Luca’s 3rd birthday, and because he has loved Mickey since he was old enough to watch Mickey’s Club House, I thought it would be a wonderful idea to celebrate his birthday with our family at Disney World. For at least two weeks prior to our trip my grandson would wake every day asking if it was his birthday and if it was the day he was having breakfast with Mickey. Luca’s excitement was contagious, and we could not wait to get there ourselves. We had reservations at Chef Mickey’s, Luca, his baby brother Nico and the rest of our family (which consisted of four adults, myself included) for August 1, 2012. This day was so special for all of us. Luca was so surprised, that he got to have breakfast with all his favorite characters, and then I told him to wait until he got to the park and he would see them all again. Just let me say this - Thank God I made those reservations as my grandson’s only opportunity to see and meet Mickey, Goofy and the rest of the cast of characters at Chef Mickey’s. I have no idea who is in charge of your park these days; I don’t know if they have small children, or have had to save enough money to make a chil

I am a senior who lives in Florida. I just came back from Disney World. Only could stand one day at the Magic Kingdom because of the heat but I knew it was going to be hot but my grandson, who is six, had never been and I wanted to see his reaction to everything. First of all, no senior rates. 2. Price has gone up so high I feel sorry for a family who have three or four kids. The park was crowded and the food was highly expensive! Come on,over $7.00 for a hot dog with fries and they were not even first rate. Because I am a senior who has to use a scooter, I really couldn't go on all the rides and I understood that. However, a senior rate for those who have these types of problems would be nice. The last straw was that Florida Resident prices were blocked out until August 20th! That is the first day of school for Florida children. Coincidence? I doubt it. Have been going there for many, many years and neither me or my kids will be going back. Walt Disney must be rolling over in his grave. No wonder there are such things going on. I read of the profit Disney made this year and they are so proud of themselves. The people, be dammed! That is their attitude. Bah!

I am always happy with Disney's Magical experiences, though pricey. I was wondering I could contact somebody for a personal request.

Dear Disney, I have been researching and discovering that this great nation is losing a great number of things that bring joy to the people, Theme Parks. I have found that there are over 5 great parks that have been shut down due to decaying conditions, storm damage and lack of investment. I am a big time fan of the sights, sounds and feelings of a theme park and feel they hold a key to local entertainment and economy. I my self frequent my local theme park ,Wild Adventure of Valdosta, GA. The last straw that made me send this e-mail, was the loss of Six Flags over New Orleans. I believe with some investment and quick action, it could have been saved. I hate seeing the rides lie useless. So I come to you, the Theme Park experts and leaders, to help me in joining forces with the Six Flags corporation, Sea World, Universal, Wild Adventures and other theme park companies in establishing a committee or organization that helps keep theme parks up to date, safe, clean and open. I've come up with a name, American Amusement Park Preservation Committee, or if we can reach globally, the International Amusement Park Preservation Committee. I think a small group of people with knowledge, thrill seeking, and love for fun should travel and help keep parks to a certain standard and help assist parks in need whether it be financial, engineering or other issues it has. Option for paying back the committee can be established so money isn't thrown away. Anyways, I have developed this idea further, if anyone can help it would be great, thanks for your time, from a long time fan and customer, Michael Shuman My Email- michaellshuman@hotmail.com If anyone can help, is interested or wants to join, or simply agrees, please contact me. thank you

We are in Sisney World right now. It is a far cry from the Disney of the last two years. The restrooms are Filthy, cast members rude and yelling at guests to go out in the rain. Rude Brazilian tour groups yelling and clapping in the parks. That takes away from others enjoyment. The filth was everywhere. We were extremely disappointed. It takes us all year to save for this and it was horrible.

The only reason i put this as a first star is because i cant go any lower. Now i was just curious who i can talk to as an email or something as far as talking to someone it would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou Taylor.k.lauren@gmail.com

I HAVE JUST ARRIVED TO MY HOUSE,NEVER HAVE I FELT SO MUCH HAPPIER. I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BE SADDEN TO COME HOME. AFTER ENJOYING THOSE MAGICAL PROTRAYED VACATION THEY SO CLAM TO BE.IT WAS HORRIBLE, WE STAYED AT A RESORT WITHIN WALT DISNEY.(THE ALL STAR MOVIE) AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS UNFORGETABLE ALRIGHT. WE ARRIVED A COUPLE OF HOURS EARLY, SO I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA NIGHT. THE ROOMS WEREN'T READY IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR TO GET CHECKED IN. OUR LUAGGED WASN'T TAKEN TO ARE ROOMS AND WE WEREN'T ESCORTED EITHER. IN THE MID OF THE NIGHT LIKE AT 3AM THEY EXPECTED US TO KNOWN WERE ARE ROOM WAS AT.THE DINNING PACKAGE IS A WASTE OF MONEY,CAUSE THEE EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THAT WORKS. AT THE END YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY,ITS THE SAME MENU EVERYDAY.THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY, OLD SOAP BAR FROM THE PEOPLE WHO STAYED PRIOR. THE BATHROOM FLOORS WERE DIRTY AND SMELLED LIKE URINE. THE RUG HAD A OLD SWEATY SMELL.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY POOR NEVER THE LESS TO SAY THAT IT HAS POOR MANGAGEMENT.I PASS MORE TIME IN THE RECEPTION,IT WAS MORE STRESSFUL THEN A GET AWAY VACATION.I DON'T NEED TO BE REFUNDED ANY MONEY, THAT WIL NOT GAVE ME BACK THE TIME I LOST WITH MY FAMILY.I JUST WISH IT BEENING A BIG CORP WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER AND WORK TO MAKE IT A REALLY MAGICAL TIME FOR EVERYONE SINGLE PERSON WETHER ITS A CHILD OR A PARENT WE STILL HAVE A KID HEART WITHIN NO MATTER HOW OLD WE GET.

Why is Disney inc siding with the liberals and going to limit the so called junk food at your parks? I dont need the socialist food police NOR Disney telling me or my family what to eat? Before you think this is coming from an over weight American I can say no one in my family is over weight. We actually WORK here but do not like you as a company siding with the current administration in Washington that has socialistic ideas for MY country.

I was attacked by a WDW employee on the Buzz Lightyear ride. My knee got bashed by a girl not even paying attention to her job. Bad customer service, noisy loud All Star resort stay, food poisoning, no sleep, no maid service. A far cry from the Disneyland I loved in the past. NEVER AGAIN WDW.

I went to a audition sponsored by Disney for child actors at the Weston Hotel Vancouver B.C.on Feb.4 2012.They told me that my daughter was accepted for an audition at the Swan Dolphin hotel in Orlando on Dec. 16-22 2012at a cost of $2000 Hotel & travel not included. It is called THE EVENT ORLANDO. Is Disney truly associated with them. Information will much appreciated for others too. pcharet@gmail.com

I purchased 3 day play pass for fl residents for $129. Two weeks later they offer a differ promo of disney your way for $99 for 3 days , in which I could opt for 4 days @ $129. I would like the 4th day. I have called to several differ numbers to inquire of the upgrade they are not willing to give me info over the phone. They request for me to take an hour drive up there to see if I qualify for the upgrade for the extra day. I have tried through email and still no response. They should know what offer n tickets are available and their differences. So far this has been very discouraging, not even mentioning the cold/ bad food we ate @ 1 of the parks due to a coupon they gave us for an inconvenience already. What a big bummer!! Not exactly the happiest experience on earth!!

I just got back last week. Too many people much of the staff coutesy is off. Dining plan bills you if you have to cancel. Not fun any more. I'm done with Disney.

first i have been going to disney over 30 years first as a kid then as a parent and then as a grandparenr. my first time staying at the resort was at all star sports tennis' thats the good news my last trip labor day weekend was less than magical . it started with the beverage system we purchased 4 cups and proceeded to the beverages and found out fast that the system is horrible the soda comes out to fast then when you stop to let fizz settle lockout occurs. also we had a bad mix on 1 of the coke dispensors dumped it and woops lockout. unacceptable this created chaos when eating with not enough drink unless u wanted your food to get cold. also more than once the machine said your cup is full when it wasnt. and lockout. also the food was always delayed , salad is not ready waiting on bread sticks annoying. next the room was good until palmetto bug big cockroach crawled in babys crib disgusting also a roach was in the pool. the top spread on 1 bed was bad smelling. upon telling the cleaning lady she tried to blame the baby, we didnt even use the bed we came back to room to swim. also at the park we waited 45 min for food orderd and was told after paying that there were no potato chips we did not like other choices salad or kids meal items so had to wait 15 more minutes for manager to correct this . with a 1 and 3 yr old this was a big problem. an unhappy season pass holder

hello, i was just wondering who i could e-mail from walt disney headquarters to find information

YOURE TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE. MAKE IT rEALISTIC THAT HUMANS CAN ATTEND (NOT JUST THE top 10%)

As for someone who travels to WDW 3 times a year, has been 35 times and is known as a Disney freak, I am extremely upset about this new non- monorail at extra magic hours! I mean why on earth would we pay to stay at our favorite hotel Poly anymore?? Your boat & bus systems are horrendous anyway with the waits. Now it will be just crazy!! Please rethink this decision!!! It's absolutely nuts!

Seems to me, after reading these "train-wrecks" of posts, that Disney's problem isn't so much their theme parks, but the caliber of people visiting. I mean come on, really? The grammar and spelling I've read in EVERY post = absolutely FRIGHTENING! Maybe Disney just needs to cater to a higher class and better educated group? Might solve a lot of the problems.

Recently visited your park in Florida last week with my two sisters. They shop the stores for clothes it was not a good experience for me because the shops do not have plus sizes for women. Not only there but in the entire Disney area I could not shop for my size. Is Disney saying if your heavy you do not go to Disney Parks? I came away feeling once again society does not allow me to feel good about myself what ever weight I am. Trying to lose of course is the goal but along the way looking and feeling good about yourself no matter what size should be a thing that Disney cares about.

To Whomever it may Concern, I would like to be on the Board of Directors.
