Pissed off customer

Went to use a coupon that I received in the mail as a "valued" dicks customer. The coupon was for 10, 20 or 50 off hunting apparel and archery supplies. I purchased hunting boots for my son, only yo be told by the cashier that "footwear" doesn't count as apparel for use of the coupon. I found this funny because I purchased them in the department labeled " hunting and fishing apparel" that's just fine Dicks, I will now shop at Dunhams or Gander Mountain when I need sporting goods! So much for being a valued customer!!

Not happy

If your going to give a break by spending a 100.00$ online and receiving 20$ off why not make it clear on specific items instead of having to call to find out. That is very unprofessional. I think they could of done things a little better instead of placing the order and then finding out not good..

I find it amazing that one of the major corporate sponsors for the 2014 U S Open gold tournament @ Pinehurst does NOT have any U S Open golf shirts in any of their retail stores or online for purchase.

Went to the winston Salem nc store and found my items at a great price. Friendly helpful staff. Very happy with my shopping experience.

Biloxi Store is being unfair to military who work for them

They reduce your hours to one day a week hoping you will quit. Instead of giving more hours to someone who is on time and can be trusted, they do not treat the military people who work for them with any respect for the uniform they wear to protect our country

I was in the Huntington store buying two softball bats. When they rang them up one of them was missed marked and they would not honor the price. I understand that Dicks is a a large corporate store but you just lost over a $500 sale between batting gloves ,under armor and to softball bats. I was told they do not have to honor their mistake.

Dissappointed

I have been purchasing supplies from your Sawmill rd, Columbus, Ohio locating for years. My last 2 times I have dealt with the manager who seems to enjoy hanging up the phone on people we asked a difficult question. I will take my business to Cabela's from here on out.

Lies, Lies, and more lies

I ordered something for my brother, for Christmas, 12/3 - I thought early enough to be here for Christmas.- WRONG !! I called 2 weeks later, Customer service said they would over-night it. 4 DAYS later, I called again, a manager, nick, said he was Very sorry and GUARENTEED it would be here AFTER Christmas!! WAHT!!! ordered it early enough 4 Christmas. Well, its AFTER Christmas and still DINT get it. Liars, Liars, Liars. Waist of time and Money!!!!

Costumer service

The absolute worse costumer service I have ever had! The mall in Merrillville, Indiana! The manager so much went as far as laughed in my face when I tried to exchange a Norface jacket for a larger size. Not only did he laugh but spoke so loud and drew so much attention I walked out just so everyone would stop looking at me. NEVER will I be caught dead in that store again!

I received a an electric fireplace as a gift my parents had bought in Birmingham, AL. From the looks of the box the item had been repackaged and not been marked down from its original price. When I got the present home half of the bottom was missing and the piece was not in the box which tells me they knew the item was damaged and repacked it anyways in hopes to sell it for full price and rip someone off. I will not shop there again after I exchange my gift.

Not sure why this is the only company that turns down payments for credit cards in store it's there policy I was told. Wow! Big disappointment when we spend lots of money in that store.

Bad Customer Service

Dicks Sporting Goods customer service is down in the toilet. Walmart has better customer service then Dicks. You pay prime price for zero customer service. Dicks charge high price for the delivery, but do not deliver you on the time. You wait all day because delivery people give you four hours window but never show up for delivery. Later in the day, they let you know that you will not be getting any deliver today but we will call you to reschedule your delivery. Sooner Dicks Sporting Goods will be out of business. I hope Dicks Sporting Goods close for good.

Worst service I have ever had to deal with!!!!! Closest store to me is 45 minutes away and I had to make 5 trips to the store because of there mistakes and still didn't receive what I had order so I got a refund!!!!

The worst company that I have ever death with. Ordered something on 11/23/13 which was to be delivered the week of 12/2 and I. Am still waiting without any delivery date and many unfulfilled promises. Should not be allowed to operate if service is so poor.

Shopped at the mall of ga store in Buford Ga. Stood in line for 15 minutes and when my turn came the cashier asked if I had debit or credit . I told him cash and he said he cannot take cash. He said I would have to go to the front or upstairs. After waiting another 15 minutes at the front I spoke to the manager. Have never been talked to like that by anyone. Need to start at the top and learn customer service. How do you stay in business?

Worst 1-866 customer service, Once you are directed to an agent, you will no long be able to speak with anybody else. Don't bother to hang up and try again or get hung up on. You are dealing with amateur agents in customer service. Will not shop or ever buy anything from DIck's again. They stand by their name...DICK"S

Black Friday 64+4 gun safe.

I purchased 5 64+4 gun safes from Dick's sporting goods in Victorville California 3 days before Thanksgiving and now they're telling me that I will not receive them before Christmas when it's clearly stated on their Black Friday add that I will receive them before Christmas. Never again will I shop at Dick's their customer service is horrible they cannot locate your order nor can they give you any estimation of shipping time they gladly accept your money but they will not help you when it comes to finding out where your merchandise.

Poor service

I was at the hurst tx. store in the north east mall today at 1pm. Looking to spend $500 plus dollars on a safe. Couldn't get any help. Sales clerk was stocking boxes for 15min. Before acknowledging us. I thought he was a delivery guy and the whole time the manager was inside the office just watching. Asked a question that he didn't know. His answer was there's the manager. You can ask him. Manager was put out, short,and very rude. Will not return to that location. They need a surprise visit over there.

They put items in ad and when You go to store they don't have It asked about rain check they said They don't give them somewhere This should be considered false Advertisement hope goverment Investigates. BAD BUISNESS
