Denny's Layton, Utah....filthy, filthy, filthy. We walked in, and it took over 10 minutes before we were seated. The booth was dirty, and the seats were so sunken in, it was uncomfortable. Took about 15 minutes before the server came over to take drink orders, and it was not busy. There were a group of guys in another booth, who were sucking on the ketchup and mustard bottles...disgusting. When the server came to our table, I handed her our ketchup bottle, said I wanted a new one, as I didn't know whose mouths have been on them, and pointed to the table. She looked over and said, oh yea, they do that all the time, its disgusting...ok, then, did u want to go tell them to knock it off, and take the bottle? Do you even change the bottle after they leave? She said no! The restraunt itself was dirty, the windows were dirty, tables were dirty, floors were dirty. The employee's uniforms were gross as well....do you own an iron? Do you know how to wash your clothes? Your face, your hair? All the way around, this was absolutely disgusting, and I am reporting this to the Health Department.

I just want to say that Denny's food is getting better and for that I am thankful, but this new baconalia promotion is a boldface lie! I would love try many dishes with bacon but the crap that Denny's try's to pass as bacon is more like paper colored and shaped like bacon! Bacon is intended to be thick and crispy not thin and limp! Please bring us real bacontopia! With real bacon!

you people have no clue i was fired today after a corp complaint 11 yrs service my third complaint its really to bad you do not value your people as much as you value your complaints if you aware of the waste you generate and the money you could save you would be astonished

BIG SPRING TEXAS -- ATE THERE 2 TIMES AND WILL NOT GO BACK.. WAITRESS WAS PLEASANT AND ATTENTIVE. THE RESTURANT HAD A FAINT ODOR OF ROTTEN FOOD. THERE WAS A SUB HUMAN APPEARING THING MOPPING FLOORS WITH A DIRTY STINKING MOP WHILE MY PARTY OF SIX WERE TRYING TO EAT. THIS THING (ASSUMEING IT WAS HUMAN) 14 INCH HAIR SLINGING AROUND WILDLY WHILE MOPING. THIS HAIR COMPLETELY COVERED ITS FACE AND FLOPPED IT BACK AND FORTH TO SEE. THE CLOTHES IT HAD ON WERE FILTHY. I TOLD THE CASHIER I DID NOT APRECIATE SEEING SUCH AS THAT WHILE I ATE.. HER RESPONCE WAS "I DON'T GIVE A DAMN" HE DON'T HAVE TO WEAR NO HAIRNET CAUSE HE DONT GO IN THE KITCHEN. HE MOPPED THE KITCHEN WITH THE SAME DIRTY WATER AS I WATCHED.

Today I felt like having a hamburger and fries.....I made a poor choice when I went to Denny's ......The resturant was Ok and the service was good....I placed my order and in less than 5 minutes my food was in front of me..... The burger was precooked.........For 11.00 plus I expected to get a hamburger patty that was fresh cooked not pre cooked....The burger was smaller than McDonalds quarter pounder and not as good............ I ordered my food at 709 PM and by 719 PM I was finished.. I felt like someone took advantage of me... I can't cook a fresh burger at home in the time I had one at Denny's..... With a coke and tip it cost me $13.00.....I had a burger and fries... for a few more dollars I could of had a steak....I won't be in another Denny's anytime soon....... In addition to my complaint about the food I also have a complaint about the cook......I sat at the counter and could see into the area where the food is prepared... After touching his face and ears and scratching his head The cook never once washed his hands.... Why aren't the cooks wearing gloves when preparing food to serve to the public ?.... I stopped going to your resturant a long time ago because the quality of your food is sub par....I took another chance today and I had bad results again.......I will never go to a Denny's resturant again................

The Denny's in Canyon Creek in Bothell Wa. has good food. A great lounge. But the reason we will never go back is the sickening way the employees are treated. This slovenly thing they call a Manager berates and insults his employees all the time. The staff there are very professional and polite. They give good service whenever we have been in the restaurant or the lounge area. Where as the managerial staff is very rude and stupid every time we hear him talking to the customers and staff. Not to mention the racial slurs we have overheard. We can no longer patronize a Denny's again. Wouldn't want to be a hispanic or black customer in that place !

I was in dennys in ogallala puttin in my app n gave it to this co worker n she told the supervisor lady that if she was to hirer me she would quit, now I believe that is discrimination, n that is a start of lawsuits that people dnt want! It is stupid and unfair to not get the job because one person dnt like u, I m callin n complaing to everyone I can, this is just not right

I have always loved Denney's the food service everything. Three times I have visited the Denney's located in Tanger Outlet Mall in Locust Grove Georgia and all 3 times have not been good. Why did I go back? Convenience and prior service. I was there April 28 for lunch. I had a "new" type grilled cheese with cheese sticks inside. It was soooo dry and soooo terrible I could not eat it. I had my 6 yr old grand child with me and did not wish to complain but I should have done so. My grand child said her chicken smelled bad and also did not taste good and therefore she could not eat it. They had a bus load of people arrive and we had our order taken way prior to these people yet they received their food ahead of ours. What is wrong with this picture? I could not believe it. My daughter's nachos were very good but everything else we had was terrible in addition to being cold. I think I have finally learned my lesson ---no more visits to that Denney's. I do feel these issues need to be addressed as a lot of people were complaining about the service as well. Thanks for listening.

My letter is regard to your hiring practices. I am a counselor at a place called Wright House and the Denny's in Alamogordo, NM has always work with the clients we have helped( drug involvement etc.) Your had in your employment a waitress by the name of Heather Nyce who was an excellent employee, only missed 1 day in a year. We recommended that she go into a recovery academy which she did for the past 9 months. Denny's told her as well as her mother she would have a job when she returned. Now she is being told that " the dishwashers wife is jealous of her so they can't rehire her because they don't want to loose the dishwasher. Really??? She had a good following and still does but I'm glad to now that dishwashers wives run the company and will keep that in mind when I refer someone else for employment. have a recipe for good meatloaf, wanted to share with you. 2 lbs gound beef sleeve of ritz crackers crushed 1/2 sweet onion 1/2 to 3/4 bottle babys rays bar be que sauce 2 eggs salt, pepper, garlic powder mix all ingredients together then work into the gound beef cook in glass loaf container 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hr last 15 drizzle bar b que on top put back in oven for additionl 15 min the is governors meatloaf thank you. why does Dennys rest. hire people to serve food to the public when they know they are carriers of a contagious disease, like Mersa, a highly contagious staff infection

we have for over 30 years going to your stores at the Chapman store, in ahaneim cal, at leat twice a week and never, never had a complaint, your servers? great, your Manager? great, then we decided to go to the one in 2005 e.Katella in,and let me tell your. #1: we got there, took that little girl (with no experience ) ten minuts to even take our order. Husband ready to go: hold the sucke for a while, then he notice that the family of latinos of about 14 people wiating a lot longer for even their food to come and then the server brought: first two people their food, Second: she came five minutes later with three more plates but....she was passing them all over their faces and she was holding that tray on her hand when there was places where she could have set that tray and not be so rude to the customers and I could go on and on... that was rude and proffesional. Meanwile we waited and waited.....and nothing came to us.....Do YOu Get the picture. Where was that manager...nobody was in charge..what kind of fast cooking people and servers did you get for a busy weekend?

On April 8 2011 aftera day of golfing my friends and I decided to have a late breakfast at Denny's Golden, Co. on Youngfield service road. Service was great and our server was very nice. When we left I didn't realize I left my fanny pack and all my credit cards and check book everything just about my life. However our server notice it, turn it in and the next day when I missed it going golfing again-I called and the management and our server had put it away. I returned to the store and all was well, they gave it back we checked it and I was on my way golfing again. THANKS SO MUCH FOR HAVING SUCH GREAT PEOPLE !

dennys on belmont ave in youngstown ohio a friend and i went to dennys yesterday, my ordered our food. i took one bite of my nachos and pulled avery long hair out my mouth. needless to say, i lost my appetite. the waitress was not the "real" one i think she was a manager and also the . she stated she had cooked the food herself. she took the nachos off the bill. but kept telling me how clean her crew is. ill never eat at dennys again.

For years, I worked for a promoter and traveled all over the US and Canada so I have eaten in all kinds of places and can truthfully say that the meal at Denny's, 1760 FM 1960, Houston, TX was the absolute worse meal ever served to me. I ate three bites of the greasy grilled chicken and green beans. Thought this would be a non-greasy meal. The manager and waitress said not a word when I told them and quickly took my $10.05.

when you write a review about this very poor restaurant, it says above that it is not to be contacted to dennys corporate offices. nor is this site affiliated with them in any way. what the hell is this shit about then? your restaurant sucks and so does your very unprofessional employees. wake the hell up and smell the coffee while you are living it up in your condos and boats and getting rich on the publics hard earned money assholes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To start I had to wait almost 15 minutes to be seated when there were numerous tables open, then once seated I ordered a Jr. grand slam which took nearly 15 minutes to get to my tables, it was so ridiculous for my daughter that the waitress brought a plate of goldfish crackers to tie her over and openly stated that she had no clue why such a simple order was taking so long. My breakfast took another almost 10 minutes and the nachos I ordered as an appetizer came last after I had completed my breakfast and when I asked for a to go container I was told they were out and that she would bring me some tin foil...What the hell?? Finally I sat and waited with my tin foil warpped food, hoping it wouldn't leak in my car on the way home and patiently waited for her to come bring me my check which I finally gave up on and went to the counter and noone there could figure out where my check was so I ended up waiting AGAIN for her to find time to tend to us. It was hands down the worst experience at a Denny's I've ever had and the worst part is that I can imagine that it could have been far worse which is unsatisfactory!! I hope someone says something about store number 1991 on Fry BLVD in Sierra Vista AZ!!
