The meals selection is good The portions are not quite enough The prices are bigger than the portions The Eat and play Combo's are a TEASER. The Gameplay is lots of fun for the KIDS and can be very expensive. The Gameplay rewards and Entree' rewards are the only thing that keep me and my family coming back. I was told by a Manger that the Gameplay rewards were going to change. D & B was going to do away with the VERY Popular coupon(s) promotions. If this is true, W/O Gameplay & Entree' rewards coupons I will not be bringing my family back to D & B. Gameplay & Entree' rewards coupons are what make D & B a reasonable value of food and entertainment for the family. W/O Gameplay & Entree' rewards coupons I am more likely to take my family to a Non Franchised "Mom & Pop" Establishment and Keep my money in the community. I think changing the Gameplay & Entree' rewards coupons promotions will be a kin to the Monumental Blunder of Coca Cola changing the tried and true Classic to New. We all know how well Pepsi did following that disaster...

I have eaten at three different Dave & Buster's over the past 15 years and have to say I've never been disappointed. The different layouts are pleasing for both the diners and the game players. The staff at all three were courteous and always ready to please. I've watched the menus change, and while I miss the Paninis, I love the variety. I'll continue to recommend D&B to my friends and/or acquaintances. +

We visited the D & B at Arundel Mills on Monday, December 27th for my nephew's birthday. After my party waited for over 30 minutes, we were then told that because we had a party of 18, we would have to wait indefinitely to be seated. Since there was a game that night, they were unable to let us know when we would be able to be seated. We were told that we could go to the bowling area or another self seating area. After waiting with no further info, my family decided to go to the bowling area. The employee at the rental area was not pleasant nor cordial. She seemed to act as if it was a bother to wait on us. When we chose lane 3, she decided to put us on lane 5! Wow! She continued to be rude and give the members of our party less than satisfactory customer service. The waiter, Eric, was much more cordial but the service was extremely disorganized and slow!! After several hours of confusion we paid our 318.91 tab (large party gratuity included). Paying $200 in cash and the rest on a credit card. Only to later discover that my card was charged $218.91. Now since I am a teacher, I know that $200 + 218.91 = $100 over the tab. The service definitely was not indicative of an extra hundred dollar tip... Still waiting to get my money back!! Next time we will go to Chuck E Cheese. Better service and way less of a rip off!!

I must say I am stunned to hear that you guys had such a bad experience. When I go to Dave and Busters locations in Houston, Texas (there are 2) I have a blast! My family and I are regulars. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is outstanding! If you guys are ever in the Houston area, check out our D & B's! You wont be disappointed.

During my visit on November 19th 2010 is was horrible the time was 5:15 when we arrived and sat down waitress even came to the table to see if we wanted to order so now it is 5:35pm went to the bar and spoke to Erin she said she would send someone over to us now its 5:45pm still no one came so i went to the bar again they claim they will send someone over now its 5:48 went to the bar for the 3rd time and ask who taking care on the tables they reply the girl who is serving that area is not in yet. So then i said well shouldn't someone be covering that area if people are just sitting waiting to be waited on she said i'm not sure who is covering for her!!!!!Finally someone comes over now its 5:50 and said the person who is the waitress is late what does that have to do with anything!Mean while there was 5 people just standing around doing nothing.So then she takes our order and help serve the other 5 tables that where also waiting once she brought our food never came back to check to see if we needed anything else this Dave and Buster's was horrible the location on Penn's Landing you get better service i would never eat at this location again.So i just wanted corporate to know of this matter and not even a manager came over how's that for customer service!!!!!

Concerning Dave & Buster's, #35, 7000 Arundel Mills Circle, D-1, Hanover, MD 21076. During my visit on Saturday, October 16, 2010 during the hours of 4-7 pm. I encountered total disregard as a patron. I ordered Fried Shrimp platter and Taco Beef. As the food was delivered by the kitchen, our waitress (#888337 - Veronique)was not cordial. Maybe she was new or inexperience, in any case I had to ask for silverware. So on top of that when I was eating my food I thought I saw a spider but in fact is was some sort of Black string mixed in with the lettuce on my platter. I asked to speak with the manager, and when he finally got to our table, I explained to him that something was in my food, he looked at it and said, "Oh, that's just a piece of string". Like it was normal for food people are about to eat usually have something out of the ordinary in it. He walked away to talk to the waitress, then he says, "Do you want another platter", I said yes, but when the next platter came out, the meat was the same beef overcooked, or shall I just be blunt and say it was burned. I didn't want to seem like a trouble-maker customer and complain about the burned meat. But he never came to see if I was satisfied, not offering any apologies, or discount for the trouble I went through. Now, as much as my son wanted to go to Dave & Buster's that day. I will never visit there again. It was the worst experience I ever endured in a family oriented environment. I just wanted to inform the corporate office of how these managers treat your patrons.

Your location at the Spectrum in Irvin, California has some unusual things going on with the employees. There is a young man that was detained and missed a day of work and his girlfriend called in for him but could not get anyone. Then he had a scheduled vacation following that. He has not been terminated. When he returned to work he was sent home (by the way they did not call him out so they have to pay him for a minimum day for showing up for his shift). They keep telling him that it is an HR issue but will not tell him if he is employed, suspended or terminated. He needs to be paid for his vacation. His check is past due and he was not paid on pay day. There are additional expenses by law for not paying him on time. Your GM keeps telling him that there is an HR issue. This man has the right to know what is going on. Is this how your corporation runs things. It is time corporate office gets involved and resolves this one way or another.
