I want to give credit to the best person that works at the Hartsville, SC CVS, Amy Felkel. She is always a joy to see, and always has a smile for you. I always see her working very hard. She deserves some kind of reconition. She is very special. My insurance would not pay for Nexium, which I needed, and Amy told me about a $50.00 coupon on line. What a help to me!

I've been waiting for scripts that were represcribed a week ago. This has been blamed on the insurance for the 6th time in 6 timesof refill times. My attorney said they have no reason to be holding the prescriptions including insurance which said it was clear. I've been told this is my doctors fault for not clearing the scripts first, I have been taking these scripts and still have 2 refills left on the Rx from the store, but now the prescription doesn't exist from the Rx #, but can't be filled from the doctor's new prescription because of insurance and the prior authorization doesn't cover the scripts that they had to stop because the new scrits doubled the medication scripts and made the origanals no good. If this even made cents I wouldn't try to stop being sick

Went into cvs Hayden & Thomas ,az. Got my refills all was good then went up front Near check out to get 2prints of a photo on my iPad, no problem hooking it up to The photo machine,REMEMBER , I'm still a customer in the store , people are coming and Going ,checking out while I'm at photo machine trying to make 2 - 8x10 prints. I could not get any help from anybody for 20 mins. Then some guy wanted his picture raked and girl came Right over to him and was setting up screen , asked for my prints and got no where. Left store called it and complained , Next step is call corp.and distric manager, while I was in the store I should have been considered a customer ahead of others that came in after me. BUT NO. They spent more time checking others Out than finishing up with me. Yery poor service!

I used to think that the CVS store located at 610 2nd Ave. NW was the best pharmacy around until lately. Actually since the change of pharmacist. Now EVERY time I get a courtesy call to let me know my precriptions are ready to pick up at my convenience, it's a JOKE. I ALWAYS have to make a second trip to the pharmacy because my preciptions are NEVER ready for pickup. PLEASE don't upset the pharmacy staff by questioning the service because they get all bent out of shape. What the heck. I'm the customer and it's about time CVS makes me HAPPY. Actually I'm ready to change my pharmacy from CVS to RITE AID. Corporate needs to do something about all these complaints rather than doing nothing. Who's with me???

I am writing to complain about how cvs treated my spouse. She was a dedicated employee for 15 years and when she got sick and needed her benefits the most cvs just through her by the wayside cutting off her health benefits and deniied her a extexion on her fmla c

CVS IS BY FAR THE WORSE PHARMACY IN THE WORLD. IVE BEEN GOING TO MY DOCTOR FOR 5 YEARS HERE IN FLORIDA AND ALWAYS FILLED MY PRESCRIPTIONS AT CVS. THIS MONTH THEY TELL ME THEY CANT FILL MY CONTROLLED MEDICATION ANYMORE FROM THIS DOCTOR. THAT I NEED TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. THE PHARMACIST TOLD ME MY DOCTOR WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION. I SAID "FOR WHAT", HE REPLIED "THIS IS JUST WHAT THE CORPORATE OFFICE INSTRUCTED US TO SAY, YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM". I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER, SO I ASKED THEM WHO IS THEIR COUNSEL. THEY RESPONDED WITH, "I HAD TO WRITE A LETTER TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE ASKING FOR THAT INFORMATION". WHAT B.S!!!!! LITTLE DO THEY KNOW IM A HEAD INVESTIGATOR HERE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND MY PHYSICIAN IS NOT UNDER INVESTIGATION. MY PHYSICIAN HAS NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE AND HE HAS A CLEAN ACTIVE LICENSE. IF THERE WAS AN INVESTIGATION, WE WOULD NEVER GIVE THAT INFO TO A CIVILIAN AND COMPROMISE THE CASE. I DID MY RESEARCH AND FOUND A COUPLE OF CVS STORES ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION IN FLORIDA, SO THE CORPORATE OFFICE DECIDED TO BLACK BALL PHYSICIANS IN THAT STATE WHO PRESCRIBE CONTROLLED MEDICATIONS IN ORDER TO MAKE IT APPEAR THEY ARE ACTIVELY DOING SOMETHING. THEY ARE TRYING TO COVER THEIR OWN TAIL AND BLAME THE PHYSICIANS. CVS IS SETTING THEMSELVES UP FOR A GIANT CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. THEY ARE INTERFERING WITH THE DOCTOR/PATIENT RELATIONSHIP AND VIOLATING THE PATIENT BILL OF RIGHTS. NOT TO MENTION THE CIVIL CASE FOR SLANDER AGAINST ALL THESE PHYSICIANS WILL BE FILING AGAINST THEM. CVS HAS NO RIGHT TO BLACK BALL ANY PHYSICIAN. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO LIFT AND DISPOSE OF THIS SO CALLED DEA UNDER INVESTIGATION LIST "BLACK BALL LIST". I WONDER HOW THE STOCK HOLDERS FEEL ABOUT THE CORPORATE OFFICE BLACK BALLING PHYSICIANS WHO PRESCRIBE CONTROLLED MEDICATIONS. THIS WILL EFFECT THE SHAREHOLDER'S SHARES AND THE REPUTATION OF CVS PHARMACY. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT CVS AGAIN AFTER FINDING OUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.

I have been battling with CVS caremark Mail order for a maintance perscription for over a week now and it is nothing but a total run around they claim to be back ordered on Tetracycline and that in order for me to get my medication it is up to me to go the doctor see if he can chage the meds and refill at local pharmacy and pay higher prices. The local CVS has the correct meds that I need but the mail order does not, in my opion this is another case of COPERATE GREED that they do not want to deal with low cost drugs with the mail order system.I am a hard working individual that pays my premimus for insurance only to be screwed over by BIG CORPERATIONS. There should be a plan in place that if you are out the meds needed other CVS's would send to you, the mailorder drugs that are need and the coustomer would still get his or hers drug at the discount price. This is the whole purpose of using mail order, if it can't be managed then get rid of it and go back to the way it used to be. This is totally unacceptable for a company of this magnitude to treat coustomers this way. There will be a day when a person who is really in need of a med, for life or death situation, that this will affect dramatically, it is time to relook at how you handle this process and be honest with your customers.

I received the incorrect test strips for my diabetes meter to the tune of $150 - mailed them back certified, return receipt and Caremark signed for them. In the meantime I asked for a prescription renewal and sent my checkfor $5. "They" deducted the check, did not send the medicine, did not inform me and say that I have to pay $145 balance and will not fill any prescriptions. THEY signed for receipt of this merchandise. THEY have it and I still have to pay for it!!!!! There is something seriously wrong with this company and their policies.

WHY I NO LONGER SHOP AT ANY OF THE CVS DRUG STORES! I have been looking for the name of the CEO of CVS Drug Stores. In January of 2011, I suffered a stroke affecting the left side of my body, namely my left leg and arm. I was a loyal CVS Customer, I find it almost inpossible to shop in your stores becasuse you don't make it possible for a handicapped person to shop without wheelchairs, or electric carts that even the supermarkets supply fo ther handicapped customers, I believe that is disgraceful that a drug chain as you are have overlooked the handicapped when in fact your company prides itself by serving ypor medical products and precriptions. As you know, your pharmacies are always located in the rear of your store. I do use a cane, but I cannot carry any iems due to fact of my left arm. All of your stores are large and I can't get around too good. It is easier for me to get my meds at a supermarket where they cater to individuals like myself. In one of your recent TV commdercials, you had a women running around the store on a Sedgeway, it even had a basket to place products in to go the checkout. I donot need a Sedgeway, BUT IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU GAVE THE HANDICZAPPED CUSTOMERS SOME ATTENTION! grillsteve@yahoo.com

Unless I order my 3 month supply of insulin in the dead of winter, it arrives warm (last batch arrived at 65) and then their pharmacist says it is fine despite the manufacturer stating that above 46F, they only guarantee it for 28 days and not 3 months. CVS says it is okay for the insulin to go above 46 for brief period BUT they have no idea how long the box has been warm. I just keep repeating what the pharma company says and they eventually agree to replace with an overnight delivery. This has been going on for 3 years. You would think that they would realize that their shipping and packaging methods are not suitable.

After many attempts at Wallgreens, I got fed up and went to CVS. The store in east fry blvrd in Sierra Vista has always been fast, conscious of time and polite. I am covered by Hartford Workers Compensation, so it is always a pain. My frustration relays in the way the system works. After neck surgery C5-C6 discectomy with fusion, I need medications constantly. The pain level is 9 with medication and without is 15 on a scale 1-10. The store in east grand in Tucson near N. Wimott couldn't find the history in their program. Decided to filed it as an ICA which will take between 7-11 days, the girl had never done a prescription like mine before and she was stubborn. Instead of letting me give her the direct prescription line, the case manager name and case number, she kept saying she already had called the right party. The reason I found out was through the second CVS pharmacy she sent us because they didn't have the second drug. Instead of saying here take both prescription and go to this other pharmacy, she kept the narcotic one which we can not pick up from any other pharmacy. Smart one! The second pharmacist explained to me the prescription will take 7-11 days it needed to be pre-approved. When I explained to him how we never have this issue and had he called the prescription line.? He realized that the information was not entered correctly. The interesting part is that the day before we picked 3 prescriptions fhat I have to take before another procedure on Monday and there was no problem what so ever! When I called the first pharmacy, she blew me off saying she had called the right number and very set . She still waiting for authorization. Of course this takes place on a Friday afternoon when I am running empty on the pain medications and 3 days after the Doctor's nurse had been called. Here we are waiting in a 90 degree weather at the mercy of uncaring, stubborn personal. The second prescription was filled right away! Now we are back dealing with this uncaring, stubborn Andrea from the CVS on East grant Tucson, AZ God have mercy! If you can not hire caring people you may as well give it up!

How do I stop the robo calls? I received 5 in a 24 hr period. I called the store reminding them that I had requested text msg ONLY. I did dread to call though, b/c knowing that CVS has assembled the rudest, most impudent people they could find on earth to man this store, I would be treated with the same beligerent attitudes I get when driving through to pick up Rx. And I was correct. I think the problem is much more severe than the incessant robo calls. If this assortment of "pharmacist" employees is indicative of your customer service, you are in deep trouble. Good riddance! By the way, I received two more calls within an hour after my call requesting no more calls!

My insulin is consistently delivered at elevated temperatures which the manufacturer and caremark literature makes the insulin unuseable(unsafe?) Discussioons with the pharmacist revealed that they were unawareof the temperature restrictions. he worst case happened recntly. I received the insulin packed in the cool packs. I mwasured the temperature between the ice pack and the insulin boxes. It was 36 degrees F which is withinthe range of 35 to 45 that the manufacturer and caremarks specs require BUT when measuring the temperature inside the insulin with a digital temperature probe the 3 boxes of insulin showed temperatures of 49, 55 and 60 degrees F. How can the internal temperature of the box be Higer than the outside temperature of the box. Only two reasons that I can think of: 1) the insulin was exxposed to excessive temperatures as sabotage before being packed in the ice paacks and the perpetratos assumed that the insulin would cool down to within spec before i received them therfore I would unknowingly used insulin which could be dangerous to my health 2) the packaging/pharmancy system is grossly fouled up allowing refrigerated medications to become dangerous to the receipents due to overtemperature of the drugs rendering them useless or dangerous. In either case Caremark is at fault for having such poor quality control and lack of management oversight. THIS HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION THRU FIRST RESPONSE TEAM AND THEIR EXECUTIVE RECOVERY TEQM. Nopthing has changed. It still takes at least 3 deliveries before I receive insulin in the proper temperatue range. This been going on for at least 3 years. They may kill me yet

I do a lot of my shopping at cvs in slidell louisiana the 24 hour one by the gym. everyone that works at that location is so nice including the new store manager (male) and his assistant (female) they go out of their way to help me everytime i go in the pharmacy dept is just the same stephanie in the pharmacy is always so happy and polite to every customer

There is no way to communicate on the weekend with this Lousy Corporation. They must HATE the Customers and be doing all they can to go out of business. The sent me an email with a coupon in it - it refused to print. I got a message to call a number given if I had a problem. Their phone line has only robo-crap with no way to leave a message or speak to someone with a pulse. Their Email systems does not work - rejecting my messages no matter what I do. Their cvorporate office ditto. There is no shortage of competition in the field - I'm never going to set fo0ot in a CVS!

customer service in the pharmacy department is very poor, they hung up on me 3 time and left me on hold for more than 20 min. I feel if people go to school for a career they should of had proper training in these fields, is sad that people with no morals and no common sence are working at cvs, cvs should take more time to evaluate who they hire and maybe invest on some classes for these individules. Im sure this is not happening at every CVS but this store # 4806 1999 osceola pkwy, kissimme, fl 34743 # 407-344-3005. Please someone look into this.

I am gradually transfering my prescriptions to another store because in Marblehead, MA because the location in the store is so small. Confidential talks with pharmacist are overheard by clients standing next to them. The area is so limited, no place for handicapped to sit, which I am. One has to walk to the back of the store to small area.....it is awful. One of my prescriptions is $150.00 and I have 6 more to transfer to a much larger accomadating area for us. It is time to UPDATE!

Would have rated this experience NO stars if given the option! I purchase from this store several times a month, usually for RX, but this time i made the mistake of going to the front register to check out. This store is located in HOUSTON TX across I-10 from Memorial Hermann, Memorial City Hospital. As they are the only drug store within a couple of blocks of the hospital, i'm sure they get a LOT of business. Could someone PLEASE please please properly train the cashier, Tulesh, on basic manners and treatment of other human beings? She was very rude to the elderly gentleman who checked out in front of me and, even more so, to me. I paid for a soda and snack bar with a ten dollar bill. She put all of my items along with change in a bag and placed it on the counter in frount of HER, refusing to hand it to me. I had to ask for my receipt, which she rudely shoved at me while rolling her eyes. When i asked to speak to the manager, she told me the manager was not there. It's difficult to believe CVS would want an employee like this at such a high-traffic 24-hr store!

Hey There ! I have a Question ! I would have rated this a 5 but" I'm upset now ! We do a lot of our shopping at CVS ! I think that putting a mp3 player and a gps and other items in the sale paper at 49.99 and then find out a week later that they were ringing up at 10.00 is misleading us ! It's not fair that all the store personel and a few that found out that got them is cruel! It's not the end of the World ! I'm just so upset that you all would do this to us ! 289 Nettle Knob Rd. West Jefferson N.C. 28694 And I thought so Highley of our CVS!

on 3/05/12 when to purchase few items which she charge me full price for it so i came back and i told the register that the multivitamin was on sell buy one get one free she return it and then charge it again. now when i got to see my credit card statement she had charge $26.71 and $8.69 i only bought twist bar which is$1.19 tempra for children $7.49 and the multi vitamin$7.99 buy one get one free trn#4046 cshr#0587764 str# 8892 why did i get charge twice and the amount is wrong she over charge me like$14.00 i would like to get my money back. i when to the store and they would not do anything about it , i they just going to steal money from customer like my self my email is jose2026@yahoo.com
