I need to get in touch with your corporate office. Today I had the worst experience ever. While trying to purchase a green dot card at the last moment to send money to a friend. A lost prevention agent confronted me. I told him as I opened a door that I was looking for the manager. He replied that if I didn't close the door. "I would have a issue". At that point I wondered who does guy think he's talking to twenty minutes after informing the assistant manager. That I wanted to talk to the manager? Please contact RetiredL25@gmail.com

I was recently contacted by a very rude and obnoxious person who stated he was an attorney representing CVS concerning an insufficient check written in June, 2011. I told him that this was the first time I was contacted or knew anything about this matter. He basically called me a liar and asked me if I was going to resolve the problem. What he said was originally less than $20 had now grown to over $300 with his legal fees. Did anyone else ever get contacted in this manner? I asked him to provide a phone number to contact CVS regarding this matter but he would or could not give me one. Can anyone help me with this matter? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Your pharmacy has been consistently rude and obnoxious, to me. I am a schizophrenic with a mild closed head injury, and my patience is dependant upon weather I get my medication on a timely fashion. They know this and their rude and obnoxious everytime I walk through the door. I am turned away, and told that my medicine is not ready, that it will talk lots of time to fill the order, and given generics instead of the real medicine. They are playing head games with me and I don't need it, I just want my medicine in a timely fashion, I dread going to the pharmacy, it is a chore and would rather not take my medicine, because of the ongoing rudeness I want everyone in the employ of the St. Clair pharmacy unemployed.

can't get my medicine now I am in trouble for noise violation by the city. It is because of their rudeness, and inconsistency and overall harrassment. I can't stand them, I don't like to go to the pharmacy, it's a pain in the rump.

It sadden me to have to bring to your attention the disgusting condition of the stairwell at the Slauson and Overhill store in Windsor Hills. I usually use the elevation going down into the store from the rooftop parking, but due to the fact that the elevator was broken again, I was forced to use the stairs and saw the deplorable conditions of the floors and the walls. I brought this to the attention of Violet the managers on duty, and informed her that I would be writing a letter to Corporate. Based upon the number of complaints I see, it appears that CVS is a Slum Lord in our Community. I expect these conditions to change soon, before it is brought before our Neighborhood Watch Committee.

CVS AT MACK AND WARREN IN GROSSE POINTE/DETROIT IS THE WORST CVS EVER.uncut lawn, cars broke into daily, litter, rats, dirty unmaintained worse store of any in area ...why they make great money but they are not maintaing it, looks like ghetto but i guess they dont have to live next to this shit hole... CVS IS A CASH COW THAT COULD CARE LESS HOW THEY TREAT A NIEBERHOOD.... SIGNED MIFFED BY GREED

Thieves, not only did they just raise the price of insulin to $92.00 and change, we found out that Walmart sells exact same dose, and manufacturer for $24.88. Believe they have lost this family no matter what. my husband and I are both on a lot of expensive medications that we have been trusting to CVS. That is finished. wish i had seen thi site before i trusted them

I sent my son to purchase a Visa debt card to purchase a verizon wireless phone on line. I don't want money back I want a $50.00 debet card. The store will not do anything nor will verizon. The receipt has no refund I understand that all I want is an exchange. What is so hard about that? Can anyone hele me get a debet card in exchange? Cleveland ,Tx store #7279 281-592-5279.

I went to CVS this morning to buy some newspapers, and the store that is located at I-465 & Thompson Rd, in Indianapolis, decided to open the doors late. Christina saw me and ignored me (the only employee there at the time.) She acted as if she had lost her only friend. Very mopey, long faced and unfriendly. My cell phone said 7:05 AM when she finally walked over to un-lock the front doors. There are a lot of other unemployed people out there that would love to have her job....she acts as if she hates hers and the customers she waits on.

I LOOOOOVE!!! MY CVS IN BAYONNE NJ. FROM THE CASHIERS TO THE MANANGERS IN THE STORE, YOU ARE ALWAYS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND SHOWN SUCH KINDNESS. I AM A COUPONER AND OFTEN TIMES OTHER STORES WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BADLY NOT AT CVS IN BAYONNE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THAT STORE.

I'm writing about the store located at Douglas and North River Rd on Oceanside Ca... They have hired a new employee, by the name of Tim C, who has a different and better approach to this particular CVS. This employee, Tim C, acknowledges and greets every customer coming into the store. And, he is quite cheerful and friendly and says "goodbye" or Have a good day, folks" to customers leaving. As I am in this particular store, often, it makes me pleased to be treated in this way. I hope to see this employee promote soon and have CVS be a better place.

I have been coming to CVS pharmacy for about 15 years and have always had good service and a satisfying experience. Until today. I went to the pharmacy today to pick up a topical antibiotic cream for my head which I had bumped at work yesterday. The doctor called it in for me. When they told me it was $48.00 I shuttered but payed with ccard anyway. I got in the car and after two minutes driving time I realized I really could not afford this right now and would return it and ask for an exchange for some over the counter cream. The pharmacy tech and the others behind the counter told me that even though the bag carrying the box of cream had not even been opened...I could not return it. Something about ensuring the quality of freshness. I told them I was just in the building 5 minutes ago..but they did not try to help at all and I was out of $48.00. I WILL NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE RETURN TO ANY CVS STORE. Not just because of the money ....but because silly rules, and money are more important to you than your customers. I invite you to contact me at Lwood12@aol if you have any interest. However I doubt I will hear from anyone from CVS.

i love my pharmacy and the pharmacy employees at the new carlise, IN store! BUT---i don't have time to play the cvs corporate game with bonus bucks and the cvs care card! it's a joke! if the bonus bucks are two days expired....forget it! personally, by the time you play all the games, with all the stores you shop at, and run back and forth for sales, and coupons, and bonus bucks. you may as well get a full time job or two!! i was refused today with the bonus bucks. so..i'll send corporate the bucks, long list of coupons i got today, and my cvs care card. i can buy the same mdse. at any store for the same price. you've just lost a valued customer. and will probably lose many more.

My family and i have been dealing with you all for a very long time. We live in GRANGER, INDIANA. Nor any other person have had any problems filling a narcotic.I have had 16 surgeries and take all kinds of medications, i am totally disabled and it hard for me to get around, yes that person did say the right thing as to where all pharmacies are put in the very back, and no riding handicapped carts or other thing to help us at all either. Pharmacare is our 90 day supply of all the rest of our medications. Gave you that rating due too the pharmacists that work at various stores. Even if you are busy after 1200 pm. , still their job to get any script filled, would really hate to change to another pharmacy. Alot of other stores are freindly and its mostly the technicians and the pharmacists that are not . I can tell you one thing ,Phil Kline goes out of his way too help anyone and so do all the other employees their, they should be rewarded at some point and time. I can actually say that they are content and went to school for something they liked so very much. They all go out of their way for the customers. As to some of your stores dont. Im mainly upset , for not filling one of my narcotic medicines that i get from you every month. However, you didnt have it at this store this time around. All the other stores want me to wait till later time frame to get it filled, shouldnt matter. The time changes at midnight , starting of a knew day. Please, check into this, doesnt matter any other time and at other pharmacies as well. Pretty much their saying it doesnt matter the narcotic you get they dont fill it till the next daylight hours when they feel like it.Whats the difference between 600 am and midnight????????? Hope u have some answers cuz i would like to hear them!

WOW! My mother told me if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all but she never had to deal with CVS. CVS should take classes from LL BEAN on customer service!!!!

CVS in central NY really messed me up causing epileptic seizures for me and blaming my Dr. My Dr. faxed them perscriptions while I was in for a check up only to find out that the one perscription was generic instead of brand name and the perscription was written DAW (despense as written) I saw my Dr. write it out . I'm going to get a lawyer in on this because they seem to do what they please and always blame the Drs. I'm not going to put up with that garbage and since I'm licensed with the F.C.C. word will get out about this garbage. How do others know that CVS isn't giving them the wrong meds by giving them generic instead of the brand name. If CVS want's to indanger other peoples lives take my word they will pay the price. I'm also reporting them to the Epilepsy Foundation of America especially since they thought that having epileptic seizures were a joke!

I was disappointed in the service that I received for the pharmacy at the CVS in West Monroe, LA located at 3423 Cypress St. store #5521. Had arrived and provided Dan with my refill request of size scripts. He took my information from the insurance and all the refill information. He was great. I was later contacted via message that stated that my meds was ready for pickup, followed by a second message requesting additional insurance information . This all took place on Wednesday, July 11, 2012. I returned to the store to pickup the meds and provide additional insurance information and waiting for the tech to confirm my information the tech consulted with the pharmacist. The pharmacist yelled across the counter that I was not covered by my spouse insurance plain in front of at least seven CVS employees and several customers. I was embarrassed by his unprofessional service. I informed the staff that I would return the following day. Contacted my spouse, who contacted the insurance provider who then contacted the pharmacy to inform them that I did have coverage. I returned to the same location on Thursday, July 12, 2012. I informed the tech that I was there to pick up six medications. She returned with only five. I informed her that only was missing and she asked me which one. I was so frustrated that I could not remember which one. After checking the data base she informed me that the script for this drug had expired. I told her that I would like to speak to the pharmacist at the consultation area. The pharmacist arrived and repeated that the script was expired and that until I got a new script I could not get the medication. I informed him that all the medication scripts had been completed on the same date and that I had recently moved to the area the doctor was located in Virginia. I provided him with a business card withe the doctors information and requested that he fax or called the doctor to confirm the refill. He stated that CVS records showed that the last script had been written in November 2011. I informed him that I had seen my doctor in April 2012 and that all scripts had been authorized at that time. Dan from the previous day recognized me and asked if everything was okay. I informed him of the situation and he contacted the pharmacist and informed him that he had validated the refills on Wednesday and that he would locate the script. He located all the correct information, presented it to the pharmacist and completed the transaction. I was lated contacted by doctors office in Virginia asking if it was necessary to contact the CVS store to refill the order. I informed them that the situation had been corrected and that it would not be necessary. Why did I have to go through all of this and had to get all of these other people involved when all of the information was right in front of them all the time? I will look into having my medications filled with one of your competitors.

cvs on john hawkins pkgy is one mile from my house and have always gone there. Recently the pharmacy group changed and ever since they keep messing up, they have overcharged me, I have waited 4 days for them to call Dr. for refill and still no medicine so I called Dr. myself. One prescription had 10 refills and they said I had none. Someone needs to see what is going on at that store. Its in Hoover al.

Does CVS Caremark Corporation care how their corporate employees conduct themselves outside of their workplace? Employees must be brand ambassadors, despite being on or off the clock. The Caremark corporation has two employees, Christine Lukzacowsky and Danielle Johansen, who initiated a brutal attack on an innocent individual while intoxicated. The employees attacked a young woman both verbally and physically causing physical, mental and emotional damage. The victim was left with multiple injuries including bite marks, scratches, bruised bones, and bruises from being kicked in the stomach and throat while down. The employees work as analysts for retail strategic brand development and I do not trust purchasing products analyzed by employees who lack morals or participate in such acts of public indecency. The employee's public displays of intoxication and aggravated assaults can lead one to question: If their analysts conduct themselves in such ways within our society than how can we trust their analysis on brands that CVS sells? In my personal opinion, if they don't care about their community outside of their workplace, how can we trust that they care about the welfare of their employer's consumers? *This comment is protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and right to Freedom of Speech. My daughter works at a local CVS. She is 8 months pregnant, and has been working for the company for a little over 2 years. She just told me that when she goes back from having the baby, that she may not have a job! Only because she is taking more than 6 weeks of pregnancy leave! What kind of bull**** is that??
