Iam very disappoited with the owner of Curves in Spring Grove Pa She has turned my name into the collection agency also trying to destroy my credit I had a medical excuse to not attend and they continued to take money out of my account to me that broke the contract I never got that money back and I will never go back that woman is very hatful meanCurve and rude and makes s bad look very Barbara Culp Please let me know if you can help me 717 259 0530 is my number Thank you.

I purchased a pair of Curve's open back tennie's which I can not rave enough about. I have had foot problems with neuromas for many years now. The dual action air cushions massage my foot and protect the ball of the foot wonderfully. Since wearing them I no longer have to walk with my toes all curled up but can walk naturally. What a God send.

I recommend that your sales division get into the podiatry office market and advertise. You could have a whole new branch of business.

Do not join the curves in Richton Park IL on sauk trail the owner Jackie Morris and her daughter Elizbeth her scandalous. The steal your payments and then tell you the didnt get it and you are not a curves member they blame their employees and fire them on the spot just to hire more and do the same thing to them. I am an employee there and i am tired of the way she is handling business.

I am a member of Curves 2402 Main Street Waller, Texas 77484 I just Love my Curves as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a good morning or good afternoon.

The owener is just AWESOME she cares about each and every member that walks through the door if I could give this location (10 Stars) I would.

The hours are great they accomodate everyone working or not working.

I will definetly tell my friends about my curves in Waller, Texas

I'm now writing to ecorporateoffices.com.

Please get letter off of your website. I thought I was writing to Curves Corporate Hq., as did other people.

They have phoned me and written to me because they think I am an officer in Curves!

I didn't realize that I wasn't writing to Curves Corporate Hq. and neither did they. Many people are more impulsive than inclined to logical research - as if you didn't know. I guess if I don't get results from you, Consumer Reports Money will be my next venue, possibly .gov or .CA consumer issues.

Is it in your interest to leave this mistaken information on your page? I think not, since I have no alternative but to pursue the issue.

I called Curves to sign up for a Zumba circuit class. I was asked to come for a lesson with an instructor to learn about the machines at a price of $ 29.00!
What was my surprise when I walked in my instructor was the receptionist, she was indeed a nice lady,that couldn't use half of the equipment due to her own health issues, but in anyway a licensed instructor! I am baffled about those practices. More so I was told that this fee is required by Headquarters, so I'm asking what are the fees to be shown the equipment once for 20 minutes?
Your answer would be greatly appreciated. I'm really disappointed and I am not even sure that I want to even sign up for a Zumba class I will certainly caution friends to not fall in this scam!

Curves in San Antonio, Texas on culebra Rd. has done the same thing to me. I cancelled my membership after 2 months and was told to pay 21.63 to cancel. I did and the cancelled check was cashed by the owner of Curves. However she has failed to refund me any money. I have been ripped off of approximately 1000.00 dollars.
They had been taking out the 42.00 membership fee for 2 years after I had already cancelled. I thought that they would honor the cancellation, since they did cash my check. I am very disappointed with the whole curves thing. I think it is just a scam. I am going to put it on eyewitness newas for everyone to see.

Like the Mary Lou Breiman, letter from above, have had Curves taking out unauthorized payments for a year. I even had a doctors letter stating that I was not to be working out due to a severe car accident that I was in Sept. 09. Even with that they still have been taking out payments, totalling $462.00. I think this could be catorized as a scam. I don't feel they are working in the best interest of their clients or women in general. I thought they were a company that was going to be advocates for women. Clearly, this is not the case. Or is it just CORPORATE working as usual.

Dear Ms. Burton:

This is my 30 day notice for you to stop making withdrawals from my bank account for the $44 monthly membership fee. Last year, after my 30 day trial for $30, I signed a one year contract and gave you authority to make the automatic withdrawals from my bank for one year.

That year was up in March 2010. You have made three unauthorized payments. I want them refund to me. I do not want to make a withdrawal in July.

Your receptionist at Curves this morning told me that per her conversation with you I would not get these refunds, nor would you stop withdrawals until thirty days after you receive this notice.

My first reaction to this news was to call a friend who had just completed her 30 day trial and was planning to sign up the longer term. I left her a detailed message advising her to be very careful, think twice, and be aware that in California we have a short period to reconsider contracts that we’ve signed.

I am retired, in good health, and do not intend to let the matter drop. I am an informed consumer and have had good luck in Small Claims Court in the past.

Shortly after I signed up last year, I found your Curves closed for Good Friday; closed on Saturday afternoons; and closed for ever longer lunch hours because your business was slow in the early afternoon. That was enough frustration for me to give up on that exercise program. Such a lack of concern for your customers can’t possibly be good for your business.

Please reconsider your intentions to, in my eyes, defraud me of $176.
