AGREEABLE TO ALL THE ISSUES ABOVE AND SEEMS TO NOT STOP ON THE MANY ISSUES CONTINUING WITH CRICKET - I BELIEVE BECAUSE CRICKET DEALS LARGELY WITH PEOPLE WHOSE CREDIT IS NOT TOO STABLE AND THEREFORE THEY MUST FEEL THAT THEY CAN OFFER THE VERY MINIMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - THIS IS VERY WRONG IT SHOULD NOT MATTER ABOUT ANY OF THAT - IF YOU ARE IN BUSINESS - THEN TO STAY IN BUSINESS YOU'D BETTER REMEMBER WHO KEEPS YOU IN BUSINESS - - US.... IT TRULY AMAZES ME THAT YOU CAN NOT GET A LIVE PERSON TO DISCUSS ISSUES YOU HAVE ABOUT YOUR PHONE - IT IS ALL AUTOMATED AND THERE IS NOT EVEN A PROMPT THAT ALLOWS YOU TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT. IF YOU WALK INTO THE STORES THEY ARE RUDE, IN-EXPERIENCED AND EVEN BETTER IF YOU PAY YOUR BILL IN PERSON THE STORES CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL 2.00 TO PROCESS IT - REMEMBER YOU CAME TO THEM!!! ABSOLUTELY HATE IT - HOWEVER... I DID FIND SOMEONE AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE IN DALLAS AND THEY HANDLED BUT ONLY ONCE - THE ISSUES CONTINUE WITH THIS COMPANY. NO SUGGUESTION BUT TO CHANGE PHONE SERVICE - AND IF ENOUGH PEOPLE DO THIS THEN MAYBE CRICKET WILL OPEN THERE EYES AND EARS AND CHANGE HOW THEY HANDLE THERE PRACTICES.

Cricket sucks I have had nothing but a headache from the customer support which is really customer screwing line. I was over charged for broadband service and have been waiting for a return phone call for 3 weeks now and I have gotten nothing but screwed. I am now going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the State Attorney General and I will continue to bash Cricket as long as I see fit for the problems and stealing of money that I worked hard for. Whoever reads this take this warning seriously and do not do business with cricket if you don't want to be stolen from.

I was signed up for automatic payments, and Cricket took one month's payment out THREE TIMES at once. That was July 1st. Today is the 13th and I still don't have that money back. I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I have had the worst experience with cricket. Poor CUSTOMER SERVICES I requested to have my old numbers ported from my old phone to my new phone but to no avail. An organization should not be in operation if they cannot provide excellent services. Something should really be done about the poor services provided. The local sotres will run you from store to store with no concrete explanations.

I bought crickets latest greatest android phone, 5 months later it is not getting the3g internet. I go to the coperate store at 1604and Culebra in San Antonio. The ladies there worked on it for 1 hour and then told me it was obviously a glitch in the Cricket system but that I could take it to the cricket store at I-10 and Wurzbach here in San Antonio to get a new phone under warrenty as they were out. I go to the afore mentioned store and was helped by Jim Peralez. He ran some checks and agreed the phone needed replacing as the glitch could not be figured out. He brought out a refurburished phone which I protested greatly, he stated that a new phone is never given under warranty. basically this was my only option and yes now my warranty is void. Ok 21.00 more dollars. He set the phone up and the problem was still there. he then shutdown my account and restarted it and guess what it is now fixed, the glich was indeed in the system.I ask since the glich was in the system may I please have my original phone back. Oh no it is defective in the system and I can not do that. So now I have a used phone and no warranty all due to glich in the Cricket system. In case you have not taken microbilogy things grow on phones very well, so this practice is unsanitary as well as the plain old ripoff. Cricket stores will allways tell you they do not have a phone to warranty yours with, I know because I sent my daughter in law after me and amazingly they had one new in the box to sell her. Then they tag team you and explain how one person is corperate and they cant sell them. Cricket service is horrible and customer service is the worst. verizon here I come.

I recently purchased a new smart phone on Friday (7/8/11). I never received a confirmation number, and charged my account anyways. I have been contacting their customer service for 4 days and all I get is transferred around it is ridiculousness i want my phone or my money back... BUT apparently its non refundable! I STILL DONT HAVE MY PHONE!!!

IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I CAN OBTAIN A COPY OF MY CELL PHONE RECORDS. THANK YOU KINDLY.

I have used Cricket's service, using the LG Optimus C phone, since April 2011, and I love the service and the phone. It is usually lightning quick, and the features are great. LG should strive to improve its sound, both through the phone itself and the speaker phone. Sometimes voices come through somewhat garbled. Connections in some areas are slow, but I am presuming it is because they do not yet have towers or contracts with towers in those areas yet. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I switched to Cricket. I plan to become a long-term user.

I was a Pocket customer because Cricket royally messed up our account and couldn't fix our problem. Pocket was bought out and we were forced to switch service to Cricket. Three locations told us to pay the account on the first of the month, however I am a disabled veteran who recieves diability on the third of the month. I told them I need to move the due date to the 3rd. I was told by the district manager they would not be able to help me and should allow the phone to go dead on the second day and pay on the third. I could not believe what this moron told me. I then explained that I am on the transplant list and must have the phone working 24/7. The Cricket representative in question is Eric, I then told him that Pocket always accomadated me with any issues we had but now I know for a fact that Cricket hates military veterans because three locations did not fully understand my predicament and did not care to help me. I will now find a new carrier and never ever use Cricket. Cricket has very poor customer service and should not be in business. I will do everything I can to pass the word of thier service to this disabled veteran and start a movement to lose customers. They deserve to go out of business.

I have had service with cricket and had no complaint until last month when i submittted payment online for three phones, services were not on completely only text messaging i called customer services for 4 days straight and never was i able to speak to anyone and thats with me calling mulitiple times all day long ,finally on the fifth day i got ahold of someone they tell me i had a balance and i declined to accept that because i ad a bank statement they verified payment but couldnt give me an explanation for balance and amont has now gone by and still no solution? If this isnt cleared up soon ill stop services completely and hve the bank return my money! They have the poorest customer service out there!

I have a question and the mycricket website does have an answer or even this question isnt even under the FAQs. I am a customer of cricket, i got laid off work and now im currently back working. Its been 30 days so I know I lost my number and need to activate a new account, BUT I need to know how much it is to do that! I dont know if i need to pay my last bill plus some or just the regular activation fee fro the new phone i have or what! SOMEONE PLEASE HELPPP!

I would like to know why there isn't ANY company, that offers a discount plan for rural seniors who are indigent. I'd be happy to get 115K unlimited for $25 (all I can afford). Must be greed huh? Websites are so bloated, that I think that eventually my wife and I will be unable to use the internet.

I bought a new phone. Seven months later the phone stopped working properly. I contacted a corporate owned store to request that the phone be serviced according to the warranty coverage. The store refused to ocmply with my request.

I agree with the poor rating and service of the other customers. Corporate takes your money but not your calls???? What kind of madness is that? Customer seercice at the cricket number is limited. You give out new numbers and do not have the good since to change the name from the previouse user. You send out emails that turn out to be false advertisement. How can yourate the Corporate officr anything other than poor when you never get the opportunity to talk to a human?

i have cricket broadband and it blows. was taking a test and the thing tanked on me twice

i put a hundred dollars on my phone and it didnt even go through now i gotta wait til next month to get my phone back on unless someone give meh my money back or put it back on my phone

i reported them to the Attorney Generals office for illegal charging of restocking fees. There was a law passed by Congress in 2009 banning companies from charging restocking fees unless it is posted at the register (which it is not) or if they verbally tell you before you make your purchase. Im looking into filing a class action lawsuit at this point so if anyone has paid a restocking fee to Cricket as of March 2009 please respond so that you can be included in this lawsuit
