Hello, I live in Jacksonville, FL 32220. We have a Cracker Barrel on Chaffee Rd that most of us who live in our rural area wrote and made lots of phone calls to get here. this summer 2 of the specials you had: camefire chicken and campfire beef were really good. Most times however, our store was already sold out before 4-5pm. the manager told us he only put out so many per day. then today we were told the summer specials are over and gone. well it is still summer and I don't understand discontinuing something that the public wants. We live in a rural area that is growing by leaps and bounds. a new shopping center has been built since we begged for our Cracker barrel. If the Cracker Barrel in my area keeps serving the same old-same ole, then I am afraid that most of our neighbors will flock to the new shopping area that is filled with restaurants & our store will falter. The campfire dinners are a hit in our area because of the people who live and work in the area. it is a healthy choice as well. I think it should be added to the daily menu not a seasonal item, But I also think the managers should serve enough to meet demands. 4 out of 6 times our store was already sold out before 6pm. Most folks who eat at our Cracker Barrel are locals, not travelers passing thru. It is hot here in FL for most of the year, so these dinner specials fit right in. Please reconsider and keep the campfire dinners on the menu please. I remain a loyal customer & I hope to hear back from someone regarding this issue. I have had a problem with a waitress that works at the Cracker Barrel on International Speedway in Daytona Beach FL. Several months ago I had a problem very early in the morning around 6 AM. The very next tile I went back in early again and she started telling all the other waitresses that she had had a problem with me. I asked for the manager and explained the problem with her. He offered to fix my breakfast for me and he did. I have been back early and the fact that she is still working there I just left. I haven't been able to eat there as I would like as I can't ask the manager each time to fix my breakfast. I would like to eat breakfast there again but I don't know the abswer to this problem. I would like to have some resolution to this and hope I will hear from you in regards to this ASAP. My phone number is 386-308-5362. Thank you!

Always enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel when traveling...but when we stopped in to have breakfast at the Springfield, IL location on 6/5 the service was horrible! We arrived at 6:20 AM and after waiting almost 20 minutes to get coffee, our breakfast did not come out until 7:10. At this time of the morning it was NOT busy and there was no obvious reason for these delays - over 40 minutes to get food and the waitress never came by to update us with why there was a delay or that it would be coming out shortly. I guess if she had been better at refilling our coffee she might have had a chance to reassure us that food was on it's way. This was the worst service we've ever had at any Cracker Barrel, especially at a slower time and there was no signs of a manager roaming around. We typically see a manager go around to ask how everything is/was. I would have let them know if I had seen them, unfortunately I didn't get that chance so now I have to put it down here. Check into that locations' management and staff or you'll be sure to lose business there.
