Horrible company to work with. They give approval for work and then do not cover the cost. Always an excuse as to why they do not pay. Would not recommend to anyone!
Theft by fraud
This company only will repair what they want to repair or replace. They will almost always tell you your appliance is too old or not worth fixing and try to buy you out with a low ball offer. Buyer BEWARE. Check with your State Attorney Generals office before you sign up for anything. They will not give you corporate contact info. The number listed here is for the puppets in customer trickery.
Have tried to get in touch with Colonial Home Warranty every day for the last 3 weeks and the recording just says "office is currently closed". Paid $ for 3 years. Are they still in business?? The phone # will not let you leave a message and gives no info. they do not answer e-mails or FAX. Do not use this company!!
