Just trying to buy what I want.

For 3 months I have been trying to buy a bright red 2013 Dodge Journey R/T with sunroof. Does not seem to be one in the entire country. If you know where I can find one only with above specs. please let me know. Thanks!

Dodge Customer Service

I own a 2007 Ram 1500 Big Horn edition truck with 30400 miles on it. I had 3 surgeries which incapacitated me and I was unable to take truck in for drivetrain warranty inspection. Note: the truck was not driven while I was out of commission. I took the truck in to get the service and thought the would extend the warranty. Dodge/ Chrysler refused the extension and voided the warranty. I am an old crippled vet who thought highly of Dodge trucks and performance. After this experience, I can't/ won't recommend buy ing any vehicles from Dodge Chrysler to anyone. I also have a 2005 JEEP Wrangler. I hope I have no issues with it whereby I have to count on Dodge folks to stand by any warranty stuff involved. If you own a Dodge, good luck.

Chrysler/Mitsubishi defective tire sensors

315I own a 2009 Chrysler Sebring. I have been made aware that Chrysler has purchased the parts division of Mitsubishi. In the past 4 months, I have had to spent more than $200.00 to replace the tire sensor valves on my car - that is the cost of two (2) tire sensor replacements . I have Goodyear tires on my vehicle. It has been brought to my attention that Chrysler is aware of the problem with the defective tire sensors that they sell under the Mitsubishi product name. In checking out the internet for this problem, it is very obvious that I am not the only one who has been dealt the hand to deal with this nationwide defective proglem. I have also learned that in a recent conference in Las Vegas, the SEMA SHOW - this defective product was brought before the conference for discussion on how to correct the problem for consumers. The tire sensor is made of cheap aluminum and it corrodes - particularly in the icy northern states. I live in Texas, so obviously we are victims as well. This dangerous defect is not limited to merely Chryslers as it is placed on many tires - but they ARE the owner/promoter of the product. I am writing Chrysler today and I hope if there are any other vehicle owners out there why are in danger over this tire sensor, will you please speak up? I am on social security and finding the $100.00 per tire to replace this defective part is tough.

I would like to thank you for the ad you put in the super bowl. It was beautiful. It was so refreshing to see. We own a dodge truck and love it. When we are ready to purchase a new truck it will be a dodge.Again just wanted to thank you. Sharon Pendleton

God Bless our Farmers

I don't think I have ever seen a commercial I like better than the Super Bowl commercial Honoring our Farmers from Dodge. I've watched it more than 30 times now and love it every time. I have an Uncle in Ky that is now 86 Yrs young and is still working every day. His son is a farmer In the same area. I have seen over the yrs how HARD they work. I'm so thankful Dodge Honored the farmers that feed us every day. Thanks Dodge

God Bless the USA

I can't get enough of your Superbowl commercial honoring the Farmer. God Bless you and God Bless the United States of America.

Super Bowl commercial

I want to also thank you for a wonderful Super Bowl commercial. It was a breath of fresh air amidst the garbage. Thank you for honoring what makes the US strong...hard work and Our Father God!! Bless you all!

Super Bowl Commercial

Definitely the best commercial of the night. Coming from a farmer and a Dodge owner you certainly hit it out of the park with this one. Whom ever is to thank for coming up with this ad should be rewarded! P.S. rarely do I pay attention to commercials but you paralyzed me with this one.

Farmer Commercial

I want to thank you for providing America with an extremely tasteful and well thought out commercial. I am very pleased to see that kind of image displayed in our society, it gives a positive picture of how life really is on a farm, and how much needed the farmers are to our being. I hope would hope this would take a hold of television and start to become the norm and allow God to lead our thoughts and desires.

God Bless Dodge

What a Super Bowl Commercial about the farmer. What a story told by Paul Harvey! A true American, a true American made truck, Dodge. Three cheers for Dodge Motors / Chrysler, for a fabulous commercial. It humbled me!

Super Bowl

Thank you for having a great commerical during the Super Bowl. I do not watch the games but I did get to see your commerical. Our nation was founded by "Farmers". I feel, this was needed as a reminder for our nation during these hard times. Again, thank you for the best commerical ever!!

Super Bowl

I am so pleased with your "God Made a Farmer" commercial. Thank you for investing in America. It was clean, beautiful, inspiring and most of all a huge reflection on your company. The fact that it was in the top 3 favorite picks from the Superbowl says A LOT about what America wants and it's not the sleazy stuff we usually see. Thank you from a potato farmer in Idaho!

Great commericial, I think that add can sell some pickups.

Super Bowl ad

I want to applaud your corporate genius on your 2013 Super Bowl ad about farmers. It is definitely refreshing to see a company stand up for God at a time when so many are standing against Him. I am a Dodge fan and will continue to support Dodge especially with the current ad. Thank you for taking the right stand.

Your Super Bowl Commercial

If I were buy a new vehicle I would buy from you, and I am not a farmer, but I am a God loving American. You honored God with your commercial, and I honor you! Thank you and I will be praying that God will prosper you!

2007 Sebring

We have a 2007 Sebring. Early last year we saw some spots coming up on the paint. We were told it was the Clearcoat and that if we did not have it taken care of the car would start to peel. The car was just about 5 years old at the time and we took it to Chrysler to see if they would help us with the problem. The service department told us to take it to their body shop and have it appraised. The body shop said it was not our fault that this was happening and they were sure Chrysler would take care of it. They had seen this on another Red 2007 Chrysler Sebring that same week. The service department then took some pictures and claimed to have sent them to headquarter. They told us that it was because of sun that this was happening and that they would not be able to help us. It is all over the car now, not just on the doors and hood and we have been told it would be arount $1500 to fix. Chrysler will help us with nothing! We bought $3000 in extra warranties at the time we purchased the car so everything would be covered from head to toe until the end of our 7 year loan!! Yes 7 years, we still are paying until September of 2013 and it seems anytime anything has gone wrong, it is NOT COVERED. I would recommend NEVER buying a warranty for a car again and Never buying from Chrysler as they do not stand behind anything. I am truly disappointed. If I could give this a no star rating, I would.

Jeep, Liberty 2007

When are you going to fix this, I have also had this problem and also the window issue. I won't buy another jeep either. Sad but true. Re: Jeep knows about faulty valves [hatebreed2082] by I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty with a 3.7 engine. Last month I had to put in over 1800.00 in engine repair because of Carbon Build up on the cylinders & valves. Since the time of this repair I have been digging into this issue and have found out that Jeep is aware of this problem but has chosen not to address it. Searching the internet has produced numerous instances of the same issue I am having. I have also talked with the people at the local Jeep Dealership they also admit (unofficially) that there is a problem and my jeep is one of many that this issue has and is happening.

Back stabbin salesmen and managers

After visiting the Cherryhill Dodge -Jeep Dealer after 1st of year, was called by salesman on jan 3rd at 12 noon to come in and sign paperwork for a 2009 chevy HHR , I left work around 2pm and headed over to cherryhill nj from philadelphia ( about 30 min ) when I was about 5 min away the salesman called me to tell me they sold my HHR on me .So I showed up anyway to find out what happened .So I started getting migraine the salesman did not attempt to find me another one. Then the salesman starts talking to me about the 2012 dodge caliber he had talked it up so good I just wanted to get out of there .I had a trade in worth 5000 they said they gave me 7000 to get me into the dodge caliber. It was a 5-speed and I told salesman I had problem with left leg and told him I would try it .Drove it for a day and almost rear ended someone because of leg problem ,I showed up at dealership on saturday morning and told salesman that almost hit someone and is not working for me and his answer was too busy to deal with it.I showed up back on monday and spoke to sales manager and he said he would look into it ,he said to call him on tuesday morning around 9:30 so i did and he said he needed more time to look into it and said he would call me soon ,no call so i called him around 12:30 pm and he said there is nothing he could do because of trade in .So in meantime after having signed paperwork on thursday and it is now tuesday they are still asking me for more info to complete transaction.Ps shouldnt you have all paperwork filled out in full before leaving dealership with new car also I to this day I still did not receive my mats and owners manual for new car . I decided to call custmer service and they called dealer to try to resolve issue and he said he can help me out of my car into automatic but the monthly payments would go up which is bullshit I took it back within the 3-day grace period and they blew me off.Anybody reading this do your self a favor and do not buy any Chrysler products until they know how to treat people who are making their paycheck.A uptite concerned citizen
