I have a 2007 dodge nitro ALL my door handles have broke from the inside!!! My driver side window button broke! They gave me an estimate of 250 a door to fix it! I can understand one door but ALL OF THEM around the same time???? Who can I contact to write a grievance that might actually get some response? Pretty messed up we spend this kind of money on a vehicle and have to roll down the window to get out, except of course the driver side window which of course is broken too!!!! Jacque Pierce

I have been a long time owner of Chrysler product along with being a Certified Chrysler Ply Tech and a Parts manager for a couple past Chrysler Plymouth dealerships. I have one question for the powers to be . WHERE THE HELL Is your minds gone on parts prices . went to my local dealership to get a simple thermostat bypass hose for a 95 Dodge 3500 Cummings diesel and i was informed that that little 3/8th's hose that is about 4 inches long with one 90 degree bend and one 45degree bend was going to cost me 32 bucks can we say price gouging here along with the over 450 bucks for a rocker panel that should not cost over 125 bucks in todays market and oh wait there are only a few left since you no longer make them . So now we can buy from China to fix our Dodges . And don't get me started on the plum STUPID design of the Ft wheel bearing used on all Dodge four wheel drive trucks as i can see that non of you assholes ever spent three hours beating one out after it failed and then to do it over again a little over a year later after the OEM replacement part failed . In the 39 years of owning 4 wheel drives none of us ever had a ft wheel bearing failure when ya had GREASE and cone and roller bearing and LOCK OUT HUBS . The guys that use a 4 wheel drive for OUR work that requires us to get MUD - snow and yes even Cow shit on our boots don't mind getting out to lock the hubs in and have less ware and tear on the drive train. But back to the hose you will be happy to hear that i was able to cheat you out of 27 bucks and get it from ADVANCE AUTO PART FOR 5.75 cents .

DO NOT BUY A DODGE CALIBER 2007. We bought it used about 7 months ago , I still have 2 years left in car payments and the transmission needs replaced. "OH YES PLEASE CAN I MAKE A MONTHLY CAR PAYMENT BUT WALK EVERYWHERE I NEED TO GO?!" "A 2007 DODGE CALIBER IS WHAT YOU NEED." Thanks Dodge I will forever tell people not to purchase anything from you.

GOOGLE DODGE CALIBER 2007 HOW CAN YOUR COMPANY FILL OK ABOUT THIS? I WORK HARD AND NOW I HAVE A CAR PAYMENT AND NO TRANSPORTATION.

hava a 97 town and country van my sisiter brought for me and me pay her back this van has major electial problems was out of work for two years got me another job at 7.25an hour so this thing will sit in my yard until ----freezes over will never have another chrsyler in my life ....

I have 2007 PT Cruiser that I purchased 2 years ago.The vehicle only has 30,000 miles on the odometer. The crankshaft seal keeps popping out because of to much crankshaft end play. The only fix is a new shortblock costing thousands of dollars.Doing extensive research, talking to Chrysler technicians and parts people and countless internet searches.I found it is a known problem by Chrysler. Chrysler even has a star bulletin K93016699 technical service bulletin for Chrysler technicians just Google star bulletin K93016699.And to add insult to injury they said they would fix it so right after I had it towed to a dealer, Chrysler calls me and says no were not gonna fix it.Now I'm stuck with a like new car 30,000 miles that needs a new engine and being disabled and still making payments.Me and the car will have to sit!! Guess Chrysler corp thinks engine replacement at 30,000 miles is normal or OK. Shame on Chrysler for not standing behind there products!!!!!!!!!!

I have a dodge 1500 5.7 hemi. The truck broke a spring and bent the push rods and bent the valve. So i took it to a dealer ship. They said that the valve dropped and damaged the piston. They told me i would need a new engine at 6950 dollars.I took it to someone else and they pulled the head there was no damage to the piston.Tthey reworked the head and replaced it for 400 dollars.I just glad it wasn't the engine.Dealership for the chrysler companys are just in it for making a dollar off of you.Dont fall for anything they tell you.Always get a second opinion.

your dealers call you liars .you simply want the governmenyt bail out they say it wont happen ever again,i am a federal consultant and the company of chrysler is being run by idiots -no one wants in-efficient junk .dont you morons get the message fiat failed several times in usa -their 500 diesel was there last hope diesels sell overseas but not to americams -notice a boycot on your bs yet you have tried this bs for a long time -not working? china will destroy your last hopes for survival remember the 50s and vw produce or loose

This past July, 2011,I got in my car, 2006 chrysler 300, ,started it, tried to change the gear from park to reverse and my car would not do anything.I had to leave my car overnight at my job and the next day had to have it towed to the local chrysler dealership, which cost me $100. I was told that the gear shifter had locked up. It cost me $350 to have my car fixed. Imagine my suprise when I go online and see all these complaints about these complaints have been filed about the same problem with numerous other owners. How many complaints have to be filed for a recall to be issed. This past Oct, 2011,3 months later, when I put my car in gear, my car jerked real hard and then stopped changing from the 1st to the 2nd gear. Once again , I called the dealership and was told that the problem might be that the transmisison screen might need to be changed, cost $175.00 Well it wasnt the screen but an internal problem in the transmission with the valve body, and now I'm told it will cost $2500 to rebuild. The costs keep adding up, is there no end to this madness?

I have had two 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokees and they are the biggest piece of garbage you could ever waste your money on. The 1st Jeep was such a lemon that after 8 months I returned it to the dealer only to get the shaft and pay more money , but thought at least I will have a reliable Jeep now! WRONG!! 2nd Jeep left me stranded on vacation. Just stalled and q

Jeep Grand Cherokees are the worse vehicle ever. Never again will I buy one! Problems with 02 sensors, faulty sensors up the wazoo, transmission problems, cat. converter, more sensors, transmission again. The list goes on and on. Save your money buy a Honda or Toyota!

I have a 2010 Dodge Caravan that has a factory installed sunroof that LEAKS (and I mean REALLY POURS, not just an annoying drip). After 4 warranty repairs by the dealer and it leaking AGAIN(this time 1 1/2" of water in the floor console) i asked chrysler for relief under the Lemnon Law BUT they refused saying I shouldn't park it in my driveway and that I need to clean out the drains. Bewteen last 2 leaks was ONLY 52 days so I guess i must clean out drains more often than that, I know sounds ridiculous BUT that is their story. Have not been sucessful with getting to actually talk with anyone from Chrysler. i have a 2004 chrysler Pacifica with a sunroof parked in same driveway and NO LEAKS and I never clean any drains in it. SAD but Chrysler won't stand behind their product. Contact me @ dodge76722@mypacks.net if you want more info OR to tell me anything that might work getting chrysler to take responsibility. john miesch

In December 2005 I purchased my Jeep Liberty from Yucca Valley Chrysler in Yucca Valley, CA. Since that time I have had my car serviced there. After receiving the "5 Star" service on Sept 10, 2010 I picked up my car from the service dept in Yucca Valley. The problem had been diagnosed as overheating. The sensors for cooling and the relay pkg-radiator fan were replaced. The total charge was $330.90O which included lube, oil and filter and engine oil. On September 24th my car had to be towed to another Jeep Dealer (Victorville Motors, Victorville, CA) for the same overheating problem that was supposed to have been repaired in Yucca Valley. The cooling fan had shorted. The fan was replaced. The total charge was $670.14 Upon leaving the Victorville service I specifically asked the srvice advisor, Steven Olsen to make sure that the car had coolant. He assured me that the car had coolant, although he did not look under the hood. On September 20, 2010 my Jeep overheated again in Lucerne Valley. The mechanic pointed out that my car did not have coolant, but only water. Victorville Motors had not replaced the coolant in my car. In addition, he found a leak in the intake gasket and repaired it and replaced the TPS. The total charge was $339.42. I have written Mr. Kelly Gaab, Genral Manger of Yucca Valley Chrysler Center on two occasions without response. I have copied these two letters and hand delivered them to Mr. Gaab's office without response. I have twice written to Lela Niles, Assistant Manager and Mr. Chet Watts, President of Victorville Motors without response. Who determines your "Five Star Service"? Not I. I will be going to Small Claims Court to resolve this matter. Charlene Claybaugh

Just recently took my 300C (2006) in to replace a duplicate key FOB. When the dealer, Wabash Chrysler in Wabash Indiana, went to reprogram, the car will now not start, the main key fob no longer works, the new key fob doesn't work. They claim they have to "replace" the wireless control which was working fine when I took it in. They want $500. All to replace a duplicate key fob! Something stinks. The chances of the wireless control going out at the precise moment they began to reprogram the key fob is slim to none. So. . .what is it?. . .defective parts or incompetent service? Never again will I buy a Chrysler product.

I was surprised to learn that Chrysler plans to stop making Dodge Caravan after 2012. Your marketing strategy is going to cost you sales. You already have a luxury vehicle in the Chrysler 300. The Town 'n Country cost more than the Dodge Caravan. You should see more Caravan sales than Town 'n Country because a family van is usually purchased by a family that are looking for a vehicle at a lower price point than the Town 'n Country. Also, I purchased in 2007 a Town 'n Country after having purchased Dodge Caravans for years prior. I decided to spend more to get more and got a lot less. So many things went wrong with this vehicle, the top being its performance. If I have to spend more to get a van from you it will not be the Town 'n Country - I'll spend the extra dollars with Toyota or Honda. By the way, we bought a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan this year besides needing brakes asap (under warranty), I love this vehicle. My husband is stuck with the 2007 Town 'n Country. I will miss not being able to purchase the Dodge Caravan. Why not stop making the Town 'n Country if you feel you need to drop a van line?????

I own a 2005 Dodge Stratus, Addy's Harbor Dodge replaced the motor , less than 30 days I was back again, a mechanic had informed me there was a pin hole crack in the oil pan from the inside , took it straight back up to them and now they are replacing the motor they just put in? why the hell was it not done right the first time?

One of the reason your not selling the fiat 500 is because using j.lopez is not realistic. She might be popular but she is not the type of person to drive a car like that. Whoever thought of that campaign should be fired. It's a small car. The commercial try to make it sexy to drive. A diva type personality will want one. Someone who is rich would prefer a 500 fiat. Google the subjec and you will see that people won't even consider the car because the marketing is stupid. Again it's a small car. You should use the ad company that did commercial for apple, mini cooper, Volkswagen beetle,...there were no name big star, their ad only feature the car and highlight certain aspect of the car to get people interested enough to check out the car. Get rid of lopez and the ad company and start over before your car becomes a joke. At least on paper the car is better in some aspect over the smart for two.

My husband and I bought a 2010 pt cruser and we have only had it a year and a half and we had to tske it in to get the seat worked on and we told them that the seat would move by its self we spent the hole day their and they came out and told us it was fixed and a few days later it was doind the same thing again. I called back to the dealer off of acadamy dr in alabama and they told me they had to order a part nine months went by and we called alot to see if the part had came in and we was told no and then when I called them thursday and I was told that the part had been their for almost nine months and they had told us it was not their. I have almost been in two wrecks because of this seat problem that they cant or wont get fixed, so if you go to get a car please be very very careful when you pick the one you wont because they still have not fixed it right yet and it was just in the shop on 11.11.11 and they said it was fixed they just had to get a plastic part and it would be in , in about two or three days and they still have not called us for that part. Please becareful!!!!

ok before you guys gripe about the phone number on this page not working, here is the REAL number.... 1(800)247-9753. The people there were courteous so far, I had my car towed today due to a recall on my 2008 Dodge Avenger, someething about my interlock spring wont let my car get out of park. Since having it towed was a direct result of thier screw up I called to see if they would reimburse my towing money. The guy was very helpful and gave me an address to thier roadside assistance claim office. SO.... HOPEFULLY this thing actually gets fixed for free like the card I got in the mail said it would, and HOPEFULLY they reimburse the towing. I will post when I get all of this taken care of and let my experience be known.
