Out of food.

Chipotle in Independence Ohio runs or of food and doesn't notify its customers until you have already stood in line, this happens all the time. I eat chipotle at least 3 or more times a week, and buy for 5 people. Tonight no corn. Please correct. Thanks

The Chipotles in Pueblo, Co was great when they first open. The people that work there were very nice and kept the tables and floor clean. Now when you go in it is so dirty you don't want to eat!

Poor food

Your Union City Calif. location at "Union Landing" realy needs help. Been there 3 times so far, with the first being just OK. The second time was the same, but it was very busy , and I just chalked it up to that. Today's visit ( the 3rd time) really sucked. The steak burritto was so spicey I could not eat it. I ordered the burritto with everything mild, and nobody bothered to inform me of the spiceyness of the meat or the corn that I ordered. The cook tried some steak and said it was OK. I had them make me a new one ( at no charge) with pork and there was no flavor at all. It was like eating cardboard. Granted, the size of the burritto was very large, but it SUCKED.... When you want a good large burritto, go to La Salsa in Union Landing. same price better flavor, and you add your own salsa , and other sauces to your liking.

Overcharge

I go to chipotle at least once or twice a week. Today I stopped in to the placerville ca store to pick up dinner. I ordered 4 items. I ordered a side of rice and beans. I asked thstvtheyvbe put into a bowl because of the age of the child. It's just easier to eat than the little cups they serve it in. I was charged for. 4 sides. I did not order 4. When I got home I told my daughter what they did and she said she was charged for a veggie bowl when she ordered it that way. So. So $3.60 and 6, dollArs plus for a side is overcharging. I'm so upset I'm not sure if I will patronize this location again. Ntialf packing

Over charging customers

I use to be able to go into Chipotle (Mexican Grill) and purchase a rice bowl as well as some chips. But I feel each time I go to Chipotle now I get charged for every little thing. So I have stop going and no longer eat Chipotle. Just be ready to pay additional when ordering sour cream or stop at your local grocery store first.

NO W-2'S

I just wrote a review about the racism in your company FORGETTING the fact that after almost 2 years i have STILL yet to receive my W-2 forms from you all! you are the most unprofessional company i have EVER come in contact with and i WILL be getting to the bottom of this SOON...if there was a rating for negative stars you would be getting that!!

Lot attitude in kitchen towards African American

Chipotle in Libertyville Illinois have problems with African American People in kitchen and out on the floor.They talk about African American so bad in their language but don't know that some African American there speak their language..corporate don't do anything about it..I will never eat there Again Never..

After eating Chipotle for over 15 years, the food at the Capitol Hill, DC locations need more attention. When they are busy, it taste as if the corn and beans were just out of the can, no flavor or spice, the beans and rice too!!! Where's the quality control?

I love chipotles food but such bad customer service

Repeatedly bad service nearly every single time I go to chipotle. I love the food and me and my peers go to chipotle for lunch at least 2 times a week. So sick of the terrible service and no way to get I touch with anyone from corporate.

The chipotle at pentagon city mall had to be by far the worse chipotle me and my coworkers ate from. First of all the staff is not polite, they're rude like they just got off the streets or something, customer service is horrible and I'm not sure if this is from lack of knowledge and training. You basically have to wait on your food while they're talking over it because 1 person is attempting to serve the whole lind and by the time u get the food it's cold. This is the only chipotle location where I've had to microwave my food and who wants to eat that after ppl have talked over food and just have it sit there while you're basically just staring at them. The food and staff are just a hot mess!

Dumb

Why would you refuse to make the steak well done if you can do it? Are not all restaurants allowed to kill all diseases in the food?! My favorite one here in jersey will do it if asked, but thisnother one in secaucus refused!? What kinda idiocy is this?! The grill is there and so is the steak, so what's the issue?

Hours put in

I know it's against the law for u not to get paid for hours over 40 a week so why do the apprentice and GM work 50 hours a week and don't get paid overtime also why is it that certain mangers have to be there open to close and even come in on off days and yes to work no employee should do a open to close without overtime there is this apprentice in Florida that I see everyday sometimes all day I would come for lunch at 12 and come to dinner at 9 or so and I would ask have u been here all day he would respond I work open to close and I don't feel that's right since he don't get overtime but the GM gets to go home why can't he work his shift and the apprentice work his if its split

Metal wire in my bowl, dirty place and poor customer service

This is the email I sent to Chipotle Headquarters, I do not have big hope for a response, but there is more than one way to skin a cat, since they make it impossible to be heard. I went to 4001 Freeport Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95822, found a almost 4" wire in my food. I complained, but I was told they don't have a manager or supervisor there and all they could do for me is give me another Salad. They did not show any concern about the incident. I want to put in a incident report, but when I called back and asked to speak to the GM, he was laughing and told me that his employees handled this correct and he was on his way out of town and not reachable. I need to have info or be contacted by your insurance ASAP, I don't want to go into details right now.

Dead Fly in my Food

I am disgusted with the service that I received while visiting the 7th Street and McDowell, Phoenix, Arizona location today. I was trying to enjoy my (half size portion) burrito bowl that I was given three pieces of meat on, ridiculous. Why would you fill up your serving spoon and give me three pieces of meat? I was eating when all of a sudden I found a quite rather large, dead fly in my guacamole. The manager was rude, did not neither apologize, nor remove the guacamole where it was served. After barfing in the restroom, your manager asked if I wanted another bowl made, pathetic. I will never eat at another Chipotle again, nor will I recommend it to anyone from here on out.

Repeated wrong orders

After repeated mistakes on internet orders were brought to the Managers attention, I started to receive intentional wrong orders and rudeness from employees. We visit the location on Main street in Gaithersburg, MD several times a week. THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

SHIFT MANAGER GOING WAY TOOOO FAST!

My husband, nephew and I went to Chipotle in Merle Hay Rd in Des Moines and you would have thought the shift manager was on some kind of speed mission. I was placing my order and she was talking so fast she couldnt hear trying to tell her thru the 4' piece of glass with music blaring what I was wanting. Man I was wore out already.we got thru that and she was in such a hurry to start my husbands Burrito she squeezed a hole in my shell then again, talking at the speed of light I couldn't understand her and my husband saw this was telling me she wanted to wrap it in another shell. While on her way to get another shell she was yelling sir ,sir to my husband and he was telling me what she was doing she kept yelling sir and my husband said to her HAY finish with my wife first so she pushed the employee out of the way so she could heat the shell. Then on her way back with my shell instead of letting the employees standing there help my husband and nephew she tried taking over making theirs too at the same time. The staff was so nervous, I felt bad for them. She needs to get another job to use up that unprofessional energy.

eating challenge

Dear Chipotle, hi, im a 16 yr old high school student living in north canton ohio. First of all i would like to say that the food is great and dont change anything at all! Next i was wondering if you have ever considered makeing a challenge. one that is something you would see on the tv show man vs food. i was thinking maybe like 3 or 4 burritos that consist of a meat bean rice salsa and at least one other topping. also a bag of chips and it all must be consumed within say 45 mins. the winner wood get the meal free and mabey a tshirt and picture on the wall or something like that its really up to you. i just feel like this would be a great way to help promote ur product and to have some fun with ur customers. thank you for ur time!

I have been eating at Chipotle for a couple years and I must say I will never go into one again. I visited the one in Sierra College in Roseville and as I was eating my salad bowl there was a cockroach/pincher bug crawling all over my food. It was so gross and when I took it back the manager told me it must have been in the salad. There was no apology and really didn't care. As for my family and friends we will never eat there again and I plan to call the health dept.
