It first started as 5 Stars now its 0. This is the new one in Dover,Delaware I was enjoying the food up till last week when for dinner I went to pick up Order for me and co-workers food when I bought them back we were so ready to eat. Until co-worker went to dip her chip into salsa and pulled up a black HAIR....After that I thru everything out...Now I use to work for Cafetria for schools and at least they go buy the rules that they half to wear the HAIR NET...... Now yesterday I went back to CHIPOTLE and still there was at least 3 to 4 girls with long ponytails dipping into the food that is gross... I would like to work there but I guess you don't except part time? Please do something about your new place or its not going to last

I love the food but I must voice my disappointment in the drug reference billboards in California. Please remove them.

I LOVE CHIPOTLE - BUT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE THIS AFTERNOON FROM THEIR OLD GEORGETOWN ROAD, BETHESDA, MARYLAND LOCATION - I WILL NEVER EAT ANOTHER CHIPOTLE AGAIN !!!! THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR 3 ORDERS OF GUACAMOLE - THAT I DID NOT EVEN ORDER!!!! SO EVERYONE, BETTER ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE WALKING OUT THE DOOR. WHEN I INFORMED THE CASHIER REGARDING THE MATTER, INSTEAD OF BEING APOLOGETIC, SHE STARTED RAISING HER VOICE IN A VERY CRUDE AND ILL-MANNERED WAY....WHERE DO THEY HIRE THESE PEOPLE .... DO THEY EVEN TRAIN THEM TO DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS IN A POLITE MANNER? SO, I RETURNED WHAT I BOUGHT $30.00 WORTH - WHICH IS A LOSS TO CHIPOTLE BECAUSE THEY WERE JUST THROWN IN THE GARBAGE - SHE INSISTED THAT I HAD 3 EXTRA ORDER OF GUACAMOLE - WHEN SHE OPENED THE LIDS TO MY ORDER, SHE ONLY SAW 1 ORDER - BUT INSISTED THEY WERE 4 - ....HOW DO YOU MEASURE GUACAMOLE !!!! SO INSTEAD OF HER REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK, CHIPOTLE LOST A SALE OF $30.00 - SO CHIPOTLE, WHEN YOUR RESTAURANT STARTS GOING DOWNHILL, IT'S NOT BECAUSE OF THE FOOD BUT BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE YOU HIRE !!!!

Streetsboro, Ohio - Rt 14 Ordered a burrito there last night. The food was so HOT, as in spicy, I had to eat it with a full glass of ice water AND chase it with a popsicle. I never order the extra spicy food because I don't like it. It was late and I picked the food up on the way home. I got home after dark and boy did I get a surprise. It was too late and I was too tired to go back out for anything else, so I tried to eat what I could. The food was super hot in some areas of the burrito and flavorless in others. This is the last money Chipotle will get from me for their poor quality, inconsistent food. And it doesn't seem to matter which restaurant you go to--their food is always hit or miss, mostly miss. They hire the rudest employees who all seem to be pissed off because you are there buying food. It's just not a pleasant experience and I won't be back.

I live in NYC.... I have been to the Chipotle near 34th Street as well as the one off Fulton and every time I treat myself, its always a quick service, hot food and the employees are wearing gloves. The attitudes there needs a little adjusting but as long as its fast service, great food... I'll skip on the pleasant atmosphere. My only issue is I would love to see a chipotle in Harlem. Other than than..... MUAH!

I ate at the Chipotle at Mill Run shopping center, Owenfield Dr. Upper Arlington, Ohio, 43221. No good way to describe the horrible customer service that was provided by Cashiers Claudia and Samantha. They were beyond rude and nasty, to say the least, and that is the nicest way I can put it. This was far and away the worst customer service I have ever had in any restaurant and the worst food I have ever had in any Chipotle Restaurant. I feel this type of poor service is something that everyone at Chipotle Corp. needs to know about. To be given cold rice, cold chicken, bubbling tomato salsa, bubbling corn salsa, and warm sour cream is pathetic. It is honestly not hard to be friendly and kind to every customer that walks in your store, and these two ladies dont understand what is means to be nice and smile with their customers. The really sad part of this is it is a daily part of going to eat at this corp Chipotle restaurant. And no one at the Corp level will do any thing to fix the problems. We have complained numerous times and it continues to fall on deaf ears. I would strongly encourage folks to skip this restaurant at all costs. I come to chipotle located in City of Hawthorne all time and I think the way they charge you with the food is rediculous. I ordered 2 chicken bowl and a nacho. My total came up to $22.17, I got charge for my so called nachos as $5.85 and an extra $1.65 for guacamole and $1.00 for chips. I feel that this was over price and I was unhappy about that. P.S. I don't think that I will be coming back to eat at chipotle. Food price is not worth the quality of the food

Never had anything but wonderful experiences from Maryland to New York and I sincerely hope to bring you to Eastern North Carolina. I want to be able to drive anywhere on the east-coast and locate Chipotle. I love your food, your service and I hope that never changes. I made suggestions about Chipotle coming to other locations in Central NJ and I see it has sincerely paid off. I will be contacting Dawn about a new location. I appreciate your business and what you bring to each community you are in.

We arrived and ordered dinner, but found no forks. When I asked for one, an employee reached under a cabinet, and found some UNWRAPPED plastic forks, and tossed them on a stainless steel counter that was absolutely filthy!, and said, "Help yourself". I am amazed that the utensils were not plastic wrapped. [They are apparently tossed into a metal holder where customers help themselves.] Definitely not sterile. And then to toss them on a dirty counter! YUCK!!!!!

I want to say that I love your restaurant. I was in Chipotle at 95th and Western in Chicago, Il and I now know how women feel when men give unwanted advances to them. In my case it was another man doing this to me at the restaurant and whats more disturbing is that this person was an employee of the store. He continually hit on me while taking my order even asking the name of my cologne I was shocked. My girlfriend who was standing behind me even commented to this man on his behavior towards me. I will not be back in that store again. the restaurant needs to stop this person before he strikes again its repulsive to think of a man hitting on me so boldly i guess he's trying to meet men through his job it needs to stop. Chipotle 1569 South Broadway St. Edmond Oklahoma 73013 Worst experience ever! I took my two sister in law's to lunch. It appeared that our presence had offended the employee Jennifer. We had 3 bowls, 3 drinks and were not offered a tray. I had an infant in a carrier, purse and diaper bag. Jennifer was short and huffed at me while watching us try to pick up these items with no tray. Jennifer then monitored my sister in law filling our water cups to ensure we did not get soda or any other beverage. We sat at a corner table and were one of two tables occupied in the store at this time. Jennifer decided that she needed to sweep under my feet when I began to eat my meal. Jennifer stated in a loud voice "do you mind moving your feet?". She swept no other area of the store. As a loyal customer to Chipotle since 2002 I was shocked at such horrible treatment. Jennifer went outside to text and smoke, upon returning she did not wash her hands and returned to the food line. We all heard the other employees complain about Jennifer and how much time she spends out smoking and texting. I really hope corporate does something about this store. Cj

So I just came back from Chipotle and had HORRIBLE service. The chipotle in Gaithersburg, MD really needs new staff, management, food quality, and better service. Until then CHIPOTLE in general will never get my money, or my staff members. We order here a lot for work; our building loves chipotle, but not after today. Chipotle for pick-up will be OFF our lunch menu. I am very upset and unhappy with the situation that happened today and the managers need to learn about restaurant hospitality and customer service, instead of fighting back by arguing. Sorry chipotle, WE'RE DONE!

Disgusting service. I also watched an unsanitary display while AT the store at 112 Commerce Way in Woburn, Ma.. The person making the soft shells dropped one on the floor, picked it up and then made another one without changing her gloves. I waited 20 minutes in line only to be told that they were out of chicken and would have to wait another 10 minutes. Needless to say I left after asking for corporate phone number and only being given number for there store. I called back 3 times for a manager and was laughed at and ridiculed.

On August 11/2010 I watched a repeat of Oprah show & on it she was showing Steve Ells ceo of Chipotle's showing of his healthy food. I'm sure it is great, but it showed someone putting their hands through a salad & some grated cheese with NO gloves on. Sorry, but that turned me off. I went to the new Chipotle at Kellogg & Rock in Wichita, KS. HORRIBLE customer service. Every time I go to chipotle i get plain tomatoes with no onions because im allergic. At this chipotle when i asked for tomatoes, the employees looked at me like i was stupid....then the manager came out and was very rude to me and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. so we left without any food. To me, eating at chipotle without tomatoes is like eating a taco without sauce. so they had to throw away our food just because they wouldn't get me tomatoes. I will not be going back to that Chipotle anytime soon.

I had a very good experience at the Chipotle location on 230 W. Monroe, Chicago, IL. It is actually on Franklyn Ave. I wasn't happy about something and the manager handled it very well. The experience really showed me how professional and pleasant the company is! I was really touched by the experience and am now one of Chipolte's biggest fans:) Wow! Way to go to John Moore! Thank you! Now, when my students ask where to go to lunch, Chipolte, is my answer.

I went to Chipotle Mexican Grill last night an order a burrito bowl and could not believe my eyes...there was a FLY..yes a FLY in my food..I'm very disappointed..it was my first time eating at this restaurant. A very sad customer... :(

My name is David Snell and I wanted to do a review about Chipotle. The restaurant in Matthew's North Carolina is just wonderful. I know because I eat there at least 3 times per week. Excellent food at a fair price. I am getting hungry now just thinking about your food but then your food becomes my food the next time I plan to go to Chipotle's right? Woo hoo. This company believes in giving to the public an excellent meal at a very fair price and the food is always so wonderful and the restaurant is also always very clean when I have go to eat. I would be more than happy to buy one thousand dollars worth of gift certificates from you folks to give out to not only for folks who work for me but also to our clients.
