I am in LOVE with chipotle! Every Chipotle I have been to have been amazing! However, I, as well as EVERYONE I know, is very upset that there is not Chipotle within 100 miles of Statesboro, Georgia. This is a college town, and believe me, college students all are OBSESSED with Chipotle. It's cheap and healthy AND delicious. It's really unbelievable that there is no Chipotle here already. Dear chipotle Mexican grill I am writing this letter to you due to the fact that I as a frequent customer of your restaurant find it unprofessional that when I a customer have a complaint due to the fact that during a rush hour there is only one person on the line and no one to help them the manger did not step up to help. I am sorry that I do not remember that date and time but all know is that when I asked for the manager that day the person that attended me told me that (If you find him let me know) I then asked that person if I could have the store managers name they advised me that his name was henry and that he hasn’t been at the store for the last 2 hours and that the was no there manger. I would also like to bring up the unprofessionalism of employees speaking among themselves that someone called joseph let another employee walkout of the store while they are still on the clock to take care of personal business for 2 hrs. and came back 4hrs. later. I also fined it very unprofessional that your employees talk about their store GM has his mistress at the store during store hours and all she does is sit in the office while she is there and talk on the cell phone in the back of the store. I also find it very disrespectful that all of your employees are seen their boss grab her by her love handles in public. I have been going to your establishment due to the fact that the food is really good and everyone was very professional. I don’t know what has been going on for the last month or so but as a customer I feel that management should start acting more professional as well as your staff at the Miami lakes store. I would also like to say that when management is that friendly with their staff things will happen that will stay within that store and if management isn’t worried about that then to me that means that they know 1 or 2 of higher up’s in their districted so if someone from corporate can handle this issue personally and take care of this matter without warning so they won’t prepare for your visit. The reason I say that is due to past experiences with my own employees. I also notice that there are cameras in the establishment so there should be footage of what is going on in that store if any of it is true. Last but not least I would like to say that for the last month what type of management do you have running that store and if someone is ever going to run that store they need to be a better example than what you have their now.

your store in san atonio tx is the worst place to work.Give Casandra a servise manager job and she thinks she controlls everything,she is so lazy and puts the pressure on everyone,she lies to cover her butt.Rude lady likes to call people names.You guys need to hire new people and not these inmature people.Your store has as lost a lot of custamers and that is coming from all the employees that work there.Grow up people

I never got pay for the one day I worked at the Duluth location in Georgia. I am a very experience manager I liked the concept and I decided to go work for them. The management team was very disorganized and when I asked for the schedule the manager on duty told me that it would change. They call me back and told me I was fire???Well this was ok by me, I told the manager on duty to mail me my check. I never got it and now I am holding a W2 for pay I never received I been trying to contact the corporate office to no avail. Now that is bad business practice and poor management.

I have been going to the franchise in Glendora Calif my wife and I have been going to this Chipotle since it opened. I myself did not like the food that much but my wife liked it more than me until today. She went to the store in Glendora I ordered the Pork burrito and my wife ordered the same, her sister also had the Pork Burrito. I take like a big bite and said who dumped the salt shaker on the pork, then my wife to my surprise since she always liked it, said the same thing along with her sister. I told her I have had the same problem with the chicken, now the pork who ever is seasoning the meats probably does not have any taste buds in his mouth, it was like eating salty beef jerky. Now after drinking a gallon of water from the salt on the meat I just had to sit down and write this letter, we are done with Chipotle to me its no big deal because I never liked it in the first place but my wife I think is more upset than me, she is also done going to eat there, how or why they do not have a manager their to test the taste of the meat is beyond me, but that is what happens when you get chain fast food places that any one can own and who ever hires these managers to run these joints should do a better job than they are doing, I see this francises going down hill in 3-5 yrs if they do not bring up the quality of the food.

i used to work at chipotle in columbus indiana. they had just built the restaurant and was finishing it up when we had orientation. the first few weeks were awesome. after that everything turned to crap. the managers started working against each other and started trying to turn the employees against each other and the other managers. one manager always yelled that he was working with a bunch of retards and we didnt know how to do anything. that was chris. the other one chelsea picked favorites and the rest she didnt like she treated like dirt. her sister transfered from another store and got the royal princess treatment. brought a dog into the kitchen.. thats filthy.. got to wear holy and ripped jeans. we got sent home for that. there was a time that we were slammed and chelsea her sister sam and an apprentice from another store were outside smoking a customer complained we wernt fast enough asked to speak to a manager i said exactly where they were needless to say chelsea gave me an ear full. we were constantly busting our butts working hard and fast but it was never hard enough and never fast enough. the managers starting looking for ways to get the employees fired. chris straight up said if u dnt side with us u r gone. started accusing people of using drugs and stealing from the store. nothing was ever proven. we would call to see if we worked they would tell us we were off so we got written up. the main manager maria is clueless and not up to date with anything nvr knew when someone got written up. i missed a day of work because i called and they said i was off. i called maria she said i still had my job i go in there 3 days in a row to work and they send me home. they refused to let me clock in. they give away clearly too much free food and mark it down as waste. i have talked to at least 3 people i started that job with they all feel the same way as i do. needless to say almost everyone of us that started with the store left.

i worked at chipolte in april of 2011 i bussed my but to go over and beyond my job duties. in august of 2011 there was a problem were my house got molded out and my 1yr old son got very sick but i still managed to come in and buss my but the gm on site was olga g she is an unprofessional person she was very rude and crappy to staff she cursed staff out in spanish so one day 2 people called off it was me a cashier 1 preper and olga there. we had a line out the door where it was wrapped around the two stores next to chipolte.i worked the line by myself for aleast two hours or more. the cook went to get olga's help but she neva came to the front line so i went to the office to ask her myself to come and help people was walking out the lines(loosing customers) when i walked back there she was eating and watchin front line on cameras so she knew it was extremely too busy for just one person on line she neva came out to help so i did wat i could to take care of customers then i quit this gm is not a good manager alot of people have quit because of her corpate neva did anything several of us called the workers line but nothing was done.i loved that job i was there for 41/2 mnths til this happen

your rating use to be 5 stars until a recent visit to a new chipolte in mt. vernon ohio, address is 857 coshocton ave. every thing was poor. staff with no hats on protecting from hair falling. and poor sanitation practice the staff was sickly cough over the food. when i got to counter to order my normal bowl i was told sorry no rice because it was under cooked so they pulled it. ok i said i will have steak tacos they said sorry were out we need to cook more . i evently left pooor training poor staff poor everything i use to go to my old chipolte in westerville ohio 3 times a week i will never go here again. fix this please next step is me callin health inspector who im close with since im a chef myself. let me no what you are doing about this and email me back chefchadw@hotmail.com.

I absolutely love chipotle I was introduced to it about a month ago I think i have gone to it atleast 3 to 4 times a week. I was actually on my way now and I was thinking about why they dont have a rewards card or something I think that would be a great idea. Thanks love chipotle!!!!!!!!

I love their food and it brings me back but management corporate wide is something to be desired. At chipotle the customer is never right. I ordered online ahead of time in order to avoid long waits at their new location in Albuquerque NM just to find out when I got there the wait in line was shorter than the wait for online orders. 1.5 hours online and 45 minutes in the store. when I told the manager how absurd this was she gave me 3 options. Wait in line, come bac when your order is ready, or go somewhere else.

I love chipotle, but hate a location near me in brentwood,ca! Rudest service I've ever had in my life. If you go on their website and find the "contact us" button somewhere at the top, you can complain directly to corporate. Complaining to the managers does nothing, since their often part of the problem . They deserve to know poor management in some locations is pissing people off and costing them revenue! Interesting to see most of the complaints in regards to rudeness and poor service are in cali. Poor regional manager perhaps?

Reverse Discrimination. I have been unemployed for about two years now. I been constantly seeing ads for employment at Chipotle Grill. Snag a Job, Career Builder, etc. I just had to move and am about one mile from a Chipotle location and I decided to apply. I went to the location and asked for an application. I filled it out and asked for the manager. She said "I don't have time to talk to you today, can you come by at 10am in the morning for an interview?". I said yes. As asked, I returned for the interview the next morning at 10am. The manager came to the front door and said "I'm really busy, can you come back tomorrow?". I said "well, I'm dressed and I made the trip here and I'd really like to do it today". She said "Ok, come back in about 45 minutes". 45 minutes later, I returned for my interview. I thought that it went very well. At the end of the interview, the manager said "If you don't hear from me by the end of the day today, that means you didn't make the cut". In all my years of business, to hear a hiring manager....a "professional" hiring manager...say "if you don't hear from me today, you didn't make the cut"...I found very surprising. And I figured something was not right. Needless to day, I didn't hear from her. Four days later, I get a phone call. It was a young lady saying that I was needed for a job interview at Chipotle the next morning at 10:40am. The same location I had just interviewed at 4 days earlier. I told the girl on the phone that "I just interviewed at that location a few days ago". She said "Well, I have your name right here, John Jay Jarvis, and they want you there at 10:40am in the morning". I said "Ok, I'll be there". I get dressed up and cleaned up and I am there the next morning at 10:40am. The manager comes out...the same manager I interviewed with 4 days earlier. She sees me and smiles and turns around to go back towards the office. She then returns and says "I am so sorry...I told them not to send me anybody that I had already talked to." She then said "I'm sorry we wasted your time" and she handed me a little plastic card that is good for one free burrito. Oh boy. The free burrito is going to make all my problems go away and make up for the time and trouble that I've invested trying to get a job here. For the manager to say "if you don't hear from me, you didn't make the cut". To be called in for a second interview that never happened. UNPROFESSIONAL. Something is not right at this place. AND...it suddenly dawned on me....every time I have been in this Chipotle location, I have noticed that EVERY single employee that I saw seemed to be between 20 and 25 years old and of a Mexican heritage. THAT is why I did not get a job. I am too old (I'm 49) and I'm not Mexican. I'm college educated. I am well spoken. I am smart. I am honest. I have a great resume. BUT...I am not 20 to 25 years old and I am not Mexican. If that is the guidelines that this manager wants to use to decide who she hires, fine. WHY even waste my time by having me make THREE trips to the restaurant for interviews???? When she knows she is not going to offer me a job even before we start talking???? I am very disappointed in what has happened here and plan to pursue it until someone takes notice that this is NOT good management.

I visit a Chipotle a couple times a month in AZ, always a great experience and I was around the first store in Denver when it began. I have read the other reviews, and I must be honest and say it's just life people! Is the food good (yes), do people have bad days (yes), are most states a right to work state (yes), so be thankful you have the money to eat out, and just maybe YOU were having a 1 star day. lol!! location: 3700 Park Blvd. St. Petersurg Florida. Both managers Juan and Maria were extremely rude, with not a shred of customer service inclination. Juan, doesn't even speak english, poor thing but, he spreads arrogance and self importance. Both of them should revise their attitude and take some classes in english and humanitarian ethics. It disturbed me to no end to see them snarl at the hard-working employees on the line. Horrible managers. Horrid experience.

I actually work for a chipotle. Personally I love chipotle, the job is fun and i love working for the company. Although i have dealt with discrimination, I've been sexually harassed, and people mock my religion. When I started working there everything was okay, until i converted to Islam. They call me Jihad which means "Holy War", and alalalah, they even put me on the prep sheet under that name. When I converted I started getting treated different. I cant quit my job because I have to take care of myself, and jobs arent easy to find. Also, i recently found out that one of my managers is sleeping with one of the back-of-house crew members, and she has been treating me really unfairly talking about firing me. I will record conversations, I will have videos, this must stop. Ive never had to deal with anything like this. It is just wrong, and I dont deserve it. I dont want to start a lawsuit, because I dont want money. But im sure Steve Ells did not create this company and resturaunt for people to run their stores like this.

Chipotle manger are very rude they do not listen to there customer they argue with and instead hearing what you have to say. They do not know the differences between legal documentation. that why they hired a bunch of e legal immigrant and got in trouble.

The chipotle in spotsylvania va is great when it comes to the food. But there is a girl that works there with dark hair that has to be the nastiest girl I have ever spoken to in my life. She Grabs my credit card out of my hand every single time I am there. I called to complain so hopefully they fire her sorry ass

I leave in Europe and spent my summer holidays in FL eating several times a week at Chipotle Delray & Daytona. What a GREAT experience, we finally found a fast-casual restaurant making all my family happy (including my wife!) at a very affordable price. TexMex food is in high demand here in Europe and in general expensive, if Chipotle decides to open outlets in continental Europe, I am your man, CONTACT ME!

Ordered lunch for my staff and according to your fax sheets you are to "fax and call and verify" which I did spoke to a women and she told me my order would be ready at 12:30 and it would be 45 dollars. when I went to get the order it was not ready and was told our fax machine is broken really I said so how would I know my order would be ready at 12:30 and it would be $45.00. I requested to see the manager and told him I am a manager of a department and he needs to review his staff and fix his maching I was a little surprised at his attire as he word baggy jean shorts not quite the look for a manager I would say. Needless to say I was not impressed with the Chipotle resterante in Monterey California at the Del Monte shopping center perhaps corporate should do surprise visits in some of there building. What I saw and had happen was a big disappointmen

i went to chipotle in colorado springs on garden of the gods! omg ill never go there i find so much hair in my food and they are sooo rude! i told the manager i found hair she didnt belive me ... wow !
