I placed an order at Chick-Fil-A at the Philidelphia Airport on 7/2/11 at 7:26pm. I was greeted by the a smiling cashier. Well I accidently dropped a 36oz large drink and it broke and spilled everywhere. Kahalah D was so sweet she didn't make me feel like the horrible person while other cashiers just rolled their eyes and turned away. Kahalah is exactly the respresentative you want representing Chick-fil-A!!! Someone should commend her.

I have been researching Chick-Fil-A and am trying to find out who their chicken supplier(s) are. If anyone knows who they are, how I can find out who they are and/or who I can find out this information from, I would greatly appreciate any information. Thank you so much. Judy

On Feb. 19,2011 my daughter and I went to the Dwarf House in Atlanta. The 1st store of the Chick-fil-A. I wanted to see what every one was talking about. When we I got there to my surprise it was nothing as I thought. We were greeted by the young lady at the counter but in the dinning room where you had wait to be sated unless you set at the counter. The young man was short with us to answer question I had & the young lady behind the counter OMG was the worse(Keisha Davis). She mad our 1st (first) visit to the Dwarf House Very unpleasant. Her exasperation on her face was nasty alone with her tone and attitude. It was the worse experience I have ever had in all my 35 years of going to an fast food place. Keisha Davis was just also standing around doing nothing with her arms folded. Did not answer to nothing we asked only when our server announced that she will be with us shortly and we did not hear her. So my daughter ask if we could get some service-at that time our server was on her way to us- Keisha said in a very nasty way "She said she will be with you in a moment". Myself and my daughter started to respond when our server jumped right with us. After we finished our meal I spoke with the supervisor, She explained that they was short handed & she had to come from the back to help up front not that was any excuse. I then explained that I work at Chick-fil-A @ Windy Hill with Mark Reed & I'm the night hostess & I know how it is to be short handy I sometimes have to front counter, dinning room, and window, all at the same time but we don't take it out on our customers. I thought that All of the Chick-fil-A was to be pleasing, polite and happy to served the customers. That show me that what some of the customers say about our store, it's the best when it comes to service. Now I’m bagging to believe them. I'm glad to be at Windy Hill. I have to say I will never go to that stored ever again unless I am with someone who just have to go an I'm in their car. And to add I got sick from the food and was sick for (2) two days and had to take off work that was a bummer. This (3rd) third day is still not feeling to well but I have to make it to work. The very worse fast food chain ever in my life. My rating is Very, Very Poor on a scale of 1-5 5 the best I rate it a (-5) negative five. I placed my order in Concord Mall Store in DE. When returning home with my items, I did not receive a 4pc chicken strips. I immediately called the store. They stated to come over & get the item. When I arrived, they refusing to give me the item which I called about & were to mail me coupons. I drove 20 mins there and was quite frustrated. Finallly, another manager came out and gave me the strips. Very frustrating to wait, speak with 3 people to get something we paid for and didnt reeive..

I am very displeased with the management of the Cantrell Road location in Little Rock AR. My daughter has worked in two fast food restaurants previous to Chick-fil-A, both of which have given her stellar performance reports. She was hired to work full time at this location but never received more than 25 hours a week despite the fact that new employees were hired every week. On January 1st she was told they did not have any hours to give her because it was the "slow" season. She received the same info for 3 weeks, even tho' she went in on numerous occasions to try to talk with the manager only to observe recent hirees working. Messages were left for the manager, none of which were returned. Today she received a TEXT Message stating her employment was terminated. I am appalled that any organization that touts Christian morals/ethics would treat any of their employees in such a manner. I used to be a fan of this organization.

The best fast food restaurant around is the Chick-fil-a at 23860 Westheimer Pkwy. They have fresh flowers everyday on every table. It clean & the workers are fabulous.! I was soo surprised.!

Chick-fil-a in Roseville CA is the best. Super nice staff, attentive managers, fresh food and A+ quality. If you have an issue, even minor, it is always solved quickly and exceeds any sane expectations. No place is perfect, but they are the closest possible. Try them and see for yourself. It will be spotless clean, staff seems to love their jobs, food is priced fairly.

Today, I placed an order to go at the Forest Park Chick-fil-A. When arriving home I discovered I was short one item which I had paid for. I called to tell them about the missing item. Chuck Swinson answered the phone. He was so polite and asked where I lived and said he would deliver it to me. I told him I would be glad to come and get it since I only live five minutes away. Mr. Swinson said since they had made the mistake he would fix it. He did!! He not only brought the missing sandwich but three lemon ice box pies for me and my other two guest. No wonder Chick-fil-A is such a wonderful company. Chuck Swinson made an impression on me and my guests and we will continue to patronize his restaurant as well as all other Chick-fil-A restaurants. Please pass this on to him. Let him know how very much this meant to us.
