Hello Chase I dont know how you stay in business to be honest. You have a chase bank located in Mansfield TEXAS, this particular location seems to not know how to perform a simple wire transfer. My Father has an account with Chase and he is trying to wire me $3000. He went down to Chase to send me a wire on August 24th. It is now Aug 31st and I have yet to receive the wire. The staff at the Mansfield Location dont even know what an IMAD # is. This is the number that the terminal they use to perform the wire transfer gives out so that you can track the wire. All Chase keeps saying is that the money has been wired. Yet when I go down to my bank there is no wire transfer from chase and my bank says the only thing they can do for me is track the money but they have to have an IMAD#. So, we are just going round and round. Chase saying that my bank has the money and my bank saying Chase did not send the money. Well if Chase would have sent the money they would have to have an IMAD# for my bank to use to track the money and Chase can not provide that number to US!! So then where is the $3000? Chase took the money out of my dads account on the 24th and it is not in my account. SO where has the $3000 been for the past 6 days? No one can give us a straight answer on that one! So it gets better. Today I told my dad to just cancel the wire because we are not getting anywhere with Chase. He goes to the bank and they say it will take until next Wed. for him to get his $3000 dollars credited back to his account. SO, now I would like to know where is this money and why does it takes so long to refund!!!! Chase you should really audit your locations more often because we are not going to let this rest. I myself have a pretty large CD with you guys that is coming due on the 11th. I will roll this money over to another bank and I am advising my dad to do the same thing. How can you trust a bank with large sums of money that can't perform a simply wire transfer???????

Chase Bank is ludicrous. We are trying to do a short sale. They continue to demand that we fax documents to them. We fax the documents as demanded and then they ALWAYS claim they did not get them. Between the borrower and my office we have faxed the same documents up to ten times and they virtually always lose them. This is the day of email but Chase won't accept documents by email. Oh no, let's don't use something people can track. Let's use some fax number that probably goes nowhere because Chase NEVER receives the documents. We are trying to give money to Chase but we are treated like dirt and it is virtually impossible. Whoever runs Chase, Citibank and Wells Fargo are idiots beyond comprehension.

Wow! I wish I seen these before I received a car loan from CHASE. The customer service so bad and to blame for all the mistakes. They do their jobs carelessly and the customers have to pay. You are losing money here and I am warning you. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I will be leaving thier bank very soon. Another customer GONE!TO bank with a better bank.

Chase Bank is a liar, ripoff and a cheat. it has taken us over 2 years to try and work with them on a loan modification just to lower our monthly payment. they give you the total run around those executives get millions and don't care about the real human lives that they are effecting. In my book , the Holly Bible it says in very clear english you" Reap what you Sew" and so I hope those millionairs xecutives can enjoy their old age living off all the people who work , pay their bills but just needed a little help to keep the home and no one from chase came to the plate , enjoy your ld age and the cancer or horrible death you are going to get

I am a chase business customer for 4 yrs. HORRIBLE!!!! As a small business owner i am appalled at how often i get charged the $34 dollar overdraft fee. I have Payment tech, transactions going in everyday??? Its amazing how the checks are held ,than i am charged $34 dollars ,than amazingly the Payment tech transaction is released, I have had it ! I am done !! I am closing my account with Chase today Thanks for 3 1/2 years of overdraft fees.

I have numerous chase accounts and we are currently in the process of getting a third Chase loan. We have never had such a bad experience with chase as we did this time. The Loan office Mark W. Fuhlbruck at the Chase Westgate Branch in Rochester NY has been horrible. He almost caused us to lose the house as he "got too busy to do the paperwork". We called to ask where the appraisal was as it was due in two days. Come to find out it was never ordered. We also had not signed any paperwork yet. He never asked for the appraisal!! He had weeks, yes weeks to do it and he said “he’s just been too busy”. We had to get an extension with the seller’s realtor. He also never locked in our loan rate until I had to ask why it wasn’t done. His response was “I forgot”. Debbie and David Vega the branch manager have been wonderful. without them nothing would have got done. They apologized numerous times for Mark’s actions. We also had the Chase New York State Division Manager, Ron Sellers help out, he pulled some strings and helped get the ball rolling. He also had to keep on top of Mark to get things accomplished. Because of Mark’s inability to do his job, Chase had to involve numerous other employees to get the loan done. At one point I had to contact the underwriter (Kristina Carlton) to find out what they needed to finish the appraisal. She was also wonderful and very helpful. However, customers should not have to do all this to get a loan. Mark’s incompetence has caused a lot of stress to my family, lawyer, realtor and other Chase employees. After the appraisal was done we still had problems with Mark and we had to go above his head and talk to the Chase underwriter Kristina Carlton yet again because Mark didn’t know if he would have time to get the necessary paperwork. We then had a third bad experience with Mark. We needed the clear to close letter. We left Mark numerous messages and emails and he did not respond. He finally called my realtor Janice Witt and said there was an issue with the appraised value. My husband, realtor and myself called Mark on a four way call and the realtor caught Mark in a lie. We explained to Mark we have to keep going over his head because he will not do his job. He said “Oh I’m working on it”. He knew all the deadlines and still everyone else had to get the information needed to close. I am very happy with the help we received from David Vega, Kristina Carlton, Ron Sellers and Debbie. As a chase business and personal customer our experience with Mark was so horrible and his lack of customer service has made us think twice about changing banks. He is a very bad reflection on Chase and I hope other customers don’t have to deal with his "I don’t think I have time attitude or oh yeah I forgot!" Again we had to get several people involved to do HIS job. Please send this to whoever will best handle it as I would hate to see another customer have similar issues.

I take responsibilty for my actions and I probably got inot my home a little high but I was doing o.k. then about two years ago congress decided to put the breaks on these credit card jerks and the law was to take affest in, I think july of 2009 well the oct befor that all my credit cards (I had 4 card with a total balance with all of them about 20,000) raised the rates on my cards from 7% to 27% and that was the begining of the end. chase was one of those cards. I tried to work with the card people but nobody would, they knew they were getting bailed out by the gov so they didn't care to work with you. most of that balance was from building my home. so that brings us to our fearless leaders brainstorm idea of "making homes affordable program" basicly, all the same things in the other letters happened to me, sent in all the papers, then they say those are no good anylonger, they had them for over a year and didnt do anything with them, I was told there were just so many they couldnt handle them all. Well that sounds like chase banks problem, not mine. I had such a hard time dealing with chase, I have talked to well over 250 people there, you never get the same person twice, and you cant get back to the person you talked to before, and you spend 10 minutes giving the rep all the same info every call. I had one of them tell me on this loan mod program to stop making my payments till they gave me the new payment amount, so a few months latter some other person I called about this, they said "no, dont stop making your payment" so we get that straightened out and they say my pmt amount is $880, so I said send me the papers to sign and let's do it. well I heard nothing so I called them back and the person I got on the phone said she didnt see anything in thier records showing I had applied, so I bit the bullit and applied again, sam

I see nothing good here about Chase. And my message is no different. My father passed away April 2011, he had a auto loan through chase. I notified them of his passing and his loan was sent to Chase Auto Recovery for processing. I had a couple options. Assume the loan which was not a option. Turn the car over to them or sell it. I opted to sell and make a few dollars. Since there was no will the problems began. I had to sign a affidavit or heirship for a motor vehicle which I did and faxed into them. Found a buyer for the car now I cannot get a payoff amount sent to the dealership. I call them and I am always told that I need to speak to the person in charge of this account. Well when you leave a message you are told they will get back to you in 48 to 72 hours. Every day that goes by interest is being compounded. I have left messages telling this nut case of a women that if she does not fax the payoff to the dealer today that the interest that will be added today will take the price of the car up over what the dealership is willing to pay for it and that if they want this sold and don't want it back as they will take a loss if they do take it back and it will not sell at auction for what I can get it sold for. Still no fax sent for payoff. I have tried to speak to a supervisor but that can not happen either. You can only speak to the agent in charge of the case. I called asking for the address to their business saying i wanted to send in the payoff. Actually I want it so I can file suit. Could not get address either. So this is what I am left with. A car I cannot sell, a agent that will not do her job let alone call me back. I am left with no option. OH Yes I do have a option that sounds good to me. Thanks to the TV show Operation Repo I am going to put the car in my one car garage but I am going to put in it sideways. Then I am going to call and leave a message that they can come and pick up their car as I am surrendering it and give them the address. I figure this should take the repo company a good many hours getting this car out of the garage. I will be at home to make sure they use no devices to make their job easier to get this car out. I am posting sings that no crawlers can be used on my property as they will damage my garage floor and a few other notices. Chase SUCKS. Screw with me and I screw back.

I have been with chase for several years, my former boss's husband was a banker there and he convinced me to gro from Compass to them since they were having this hundred dollar direct deposit bonus. So i figured it would be just about the same, and had already been uncomfortable that Compass was bought and used to be Texas State Bank, Texas being the comforting word. Anyhow for years had no problems, well on aug 25th my son attempted suicide, and with all the legal entities as to why he did it i was left with very little money. So I applied for 2 loans that equaled 700 dollars for my monthly bills, the day i got approved when i got home there was a western union slip tagged to my door, saying that i transfered 459 dollars to guy named Trilok Chand in Delhi India, I went striaght to the bank, and I even shown him a letter i recieved from the Texas Comptroller acknowledgeing the fact that my information had been compromised five times by a hacker, but they said since it was done with as a debit card transaction they could not reimburse? How hard is it to get someone's debit card info, according to the Texas Comptroller not very hard, and why does it say on my contract any fraudulent charges will be reimbursed, well if this isnt fraud, what is. Even when i submitted my grievance to the FBI my bank manager and there fraud department told me no, and that would have been fine, its not the first time I've been turned down. But they didnt even have the human decency to offer there condolences seeing as how my son was literally still in pediciactric ICU, and even though they know Ive hired a law firm to fix my credit since they have four people with the same name intertwined with mine which is why i have such bad credit since in my life Ive only had two credit cards and they are both current. So i applied recently for a 1500 dollar loan and told them they could just draft out the monthly paymnt on the fourth wednesday of every month, since thats all i need to get my bills current, they were like flat NO! So it just doesnt matter, loyalty means nothing to them, and thats the most important part of business. So I'm thinking im going with a prepaid card, since having them as my banking source has no benefits, who wants that when they can go to Bank of America and they will give you alone based on your direct deposit and time with the bank, not based on credit since everyone knows, that in this economy who the hell has good credit other than the Kardashians.

Chase is the worst bank I have ever used by FAR. Big corporate banks stink Chase made me switch to a credit union and I suggest you all do the same. I have been on the phone with them for a month each person I talk to is clueless and has almost 0 ability to help when a real problem occurs. There customer service is terrible. The company it self is run like a sleaze. I have money sitting in a acct for over a month and every time i call the only thing I am told is that all the person I am talking to is do is send a e mail. I am completely at there mercy and disgusted by how the situation is being handled. Good luck to all who have money in there I hope none of you ever encounter a real problem with them.

Chase has decided to keep $10,255.13 of my money after one of their reps gave me misinformation on depositing a 3rd party check. How is it possible that they can keep my money after verifying that the check was good? The person to whom the original check was made out to is now living out of the country for the next year and a half and they won't release the funds until we both go into the bank to sign some notice that says 3rd party in question won't sue chase! I was sent a letter that stated my account would be closed in 10 business days and that a check would be mailed 5 days after that account is closed. Chase bank should hold the representative accountable for telling me that I only needed to have both signatures endorsed on the check and now their coming to me with this added Bullshit...DO THE HONORABLE THING AND SEND ME MY DAMN MONEY YOU NO GOOD CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should have a selection of no (zero) stars! I can't understand why anyone would want to bank with a large corporate back like Chase, they can't make an intelligent decision, they know nothing about a "business" decision, all they know is how to follow a policy or established procedure, they are all drones. I have been trying to buy a property they have financed, been vacant for two years, but they have not filed for foreclosure yet, and the owners have moved out, filed bankruptcy, which has been discharged for 1 1/2 years, yet they say you have to go through all this paperwork, and have the sellers list with a realtor (which they have no incentive to do) or just wait until forclosure. Nobody there is smart enough to work through a short sale without they property taking certain steps, the property is deteriorating rapidly, but they don't care, take a number and see what happens, very stupid business model, why would anyone bank with them???

To Whom It May Concern: I’m writing this letter in regards to one of your employees at the Montvale, NJ branch. Michael Couglin is an amazing individual. There have been plenty of times my husband and I were contemplating leaving the branch and Chase all together. However, do to the outstanding customer service that Michael offers, my husband and I have stayed for years. I’m truly surprised he is not a manager or has not moved up in the company. I feel he is a true asset to Chase. I am sure that other customers feel the same way.

Just so everyone is aware, if there is a mess up at the ATM Chase considers it your problem to prove they have your money. They suggest you keep a copy of all of the checks you deposit so you can verify that they were credited correctly. An ATM ate my checks and the bank has no record of them, yet they have cleared the accounts of the people that wrote the checks. At least it wasn't cash. And the Chase people consider it my problem. Thanks Chase!

my contact info if willing to move forward with civil proceedings. chastity1221@yahoo.com. Thanks.

To Whom it May Concern: My answer to that? Probably no one. I have been a customer for more years than I can count. Big deal!!! Way at the bottom of food chain. I am now 75 years old and I will repeat what one of my religous teachers told me in when I was in the 4th grade. "In America you can do anything, as long as you say I am sorry". So I expect I will be receiving a "I am sorry letter", but that cannot undo what your totally self-absorbed employees did this morning. I called my local branch, 44 Street & 18th Avenue and asked if the individual who notarizes documents is on the premises. I was told "yes", and I sent my husband right over with a note addressed to Anthony. A five-minute walk. My husband has early state dementia, but it is important to give him easy-to-do activities to help keep him alert. I wrote a note with the name I received, "Anthony, will you please notarize this document for my husband. Thank you". He arrived at the bank maximum 7 minutes after my call, and they let him sit.....and sit.........and sit........and sit I was hysterical at 1:10 when he was still not home; he left at 12. I called the bank and they told me he left 10-15 minutes ago. My concern grew exponentially!!!!!! Then, my husband called me from the bank.......he was still there.......and they still kept telling him "any minute now". AFTER OVER AN HOUR ????? Pure unadulterated cruelty !!!!!!!!! To let an old man, who believes me looks a bit lost, just sit there. Now you are going to say "I apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused" Yah dee dah dee dah; heard that a zillion times. How a bit of sensitivity training????? Bottom line he left the bank, "Anthony" was still not there, and the document has not been not

i have been waiting for my unemployment to post on my chase debit card, thertlling me that i ho waite an additional 24 hours to receve my money due to the fact that my card is over de rawned by 17cents,now i have a phone that going to be cut off and its going to cost m an additional 35dollars to get service restored, chase can eat a 17cent pile of shit your banking process makes the mob look like girl scouts trying to sell cookies in front of wal-mart,chase is the bank of the anti crist and i hope you all burn in hell...... sincerley pissed at your shitty bank

I have a personal checking account that Chase decided to take administrative action and close today. As of ten pm eastern daylight time, I have yet to receive any notification that they have chosen to close the account. They also withdrew obout ten million dollars from my account as a temporary fee without notification until I get a text alert from my cell phone stating that my account was overdrawn and the current balance was negative nine million, nine-hundred ninety-nine thousand, nine-hundred eighty-three dollars and fourteen cents. I even might have lost my job because I went off on my boss thinking he was scamming me, but when I called to find out what was going on I find out that they are closing my account and they were the ones that made the withdrawal and that it is supposed to go away at midnight. Thankfully my wife and I do not have weak hearts, otherwise someone would be filing suit for medical bills or wrongful death/murder. As it stands, if I am indeed fired, I will be looking into filing suit for it since their actions would be the cause of me losing my job. I also only had the account for nineteen days.
