Wow! Baton rouge, la store #11511.. Just drove up to get breakfast for a movie crew I work for that is right next to this BK. Go to order breakfast but the sign isnt changed for lunch to breakfast. I couldn't hear the lady in the speak so I drive up to a manager giving me the 'go to he'll look'. I said "couldn't hear you and I can't see what's for breakfast'.. She replied with so much rude attitude 'you mean you don't know what you want?' I said again ' I need to look at the menu'.. Switching the sign seemed like a great deal of trouble for her and I should have know what all was kn the BK menu even though I'm a vegan and was just picking up for the actors. She rolled her eyes and raised her voice to be then I asked for here number. She said 'I can fix the sign but I have to find someone and the guy that supposed to do it is sweeping the parking lot'.... What? Then stop sweeping and show me the menu? I mean woah. Rude rude rude. I came back an told the whole studios and came back with mc donalds

I eat at Burger King, but, I also work there. I work at the store in Perryville,Mo. I have been there six years at the end of September. I am a loyal and dependable employee. I use to come in on my days off, clock in early, and stay over if they needed someone. The first two years I worked I had no problems with transportation. Then my daughters schedule changed. She is now working two jobs, and we only have one car between us. So I started riding with co-workers. I have been riding with co-workers on and off for the last four years and nothing was said. But, here recently they told me I could not ride with co-workers. Why does it matter how I get to work, as long as I get there. I did sign, when I first went to work, that I had reliable transportation, but, that changed when my daughter got a second job. I am willing to get to work however I can. People in other jobs carpool all the time. Why is this different. Thank You.

My husband went to Burger King and ordered 1 of the mushroom burgers. They took 20 minutes to make it, When they finally gave it to him it was the wrong order. The manager literally argued with my husband that she gave him the right order. My husband looked at her and said this is a crummy place and she looked looked at him while he was in his work uniform and said well look where you work!!!! That is pooor customer service, And to be a manger they should know nooot to talk to you customers like that and that manager is not setting a good example for her employees. She's needs to be fired. This was the Burger King on Sam Rittenburg in West Ashley South Carolina, The managers name is Debra.

To Who It May Concern- Yesterday around; 3:30 I was At a Burger King in Augusta, Ga. I ordered a number two "double whopper meal." Proceeding my order they attempted to give me a number one "whopper meal." After fixing my order I filled my cup up with coca cola, and sat down to eat. Then, after finishing my meal Have way through my coke I almost swallow a roach. I have contacted the local health dept, and a lawyer. I have been sick to my stomach since it happened and mentally am scared to eat fast food ever again. I would rather settle out of court but If I dont here back by the end of the day. I have been to your La Habra Ca. location twice in 10 days. OMG. You advertise have it your way. LMAO. Both times order was completely wrong. I call the stoe and talk to the manager(Freddie) what a JOKE! I am so glad I dont have a manager at my shop that is USELESS. I tried calling your corporate office 5 times and no answer. Wont even let me lave a message. Way to go BK. McDonalds just got my family 4 life thanks to your pathetic management and waste of space staff.

hi, i have been applying for a job at BK in the passt 3 monthes, at Arlington va location, store #5656...well, all employees and ever manegars have no work authorization. I live a cross the street and as I said I have been applying for 3 monthes and i still get no answer, and all they say is (we have no posstion). The government is the people and we are the people, and im willing to contact the US immgration services and stand up for my right as a legal residence. 9.10 percentge of the legal residence and the US citizen are uneployment.

I just received very poor service from the Burger King in Dacula Georgia from the assistant manager Mayela. My husband picked up an order at 5:30 pm. When he got home at 6:15 he realized that an item was missing. We do not live close to the Burger King but since we had to pick up our daughter from a field trip at 7:00 we decided to bring the receipt and explain that they forgot an item. Mayela was at the window and argued with me that she put the burger in the bag. She did not and my husband did not get his dinner. She argued back and forth about whether the sandwich was in the bag or not. She told me "you cannot come back 4 hours later and ask for the sandwich". I explained that it had only been 2 hours and that we did not live close. She closed the window on me, and I could tell that she was talking about me to the employees. She then came back to the window and tossed the bag to me. I asked for a regional manager's number and she said "it's in there" and then closed the window. This was horrible customer service! I only wanted the sandwich that we paid for and instead got an argument and attitude from your employee. In this economy, no one can stand to loose one customer but you have now lost my business.

I PAID FOR THE ORDER AND DROVE HOME WHICH IS NOT A SHORT DRIVE! WHEN I GOT HOME THE ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG! I CALLED UP AND LET THE PHONE RING FOR QUITE AWHILE. SOMEONE ANSWERED AND IMMEDIATELY DISCONNECTED ME. I COULD NOT GET A PHONE CALL THROUGH AGAIN. I KEPT GETTING BUSY SIGNALS! THIS bk STORE IS IN POINCIANA, FL. went to eat at BK yesterday with my wife and they were not wearing gloves fixing the food. We left and went to Wendys. this is after going to two different BKs around town. We have scratched BK off our lists of fast food restaurant and we would have got a pretty good deal using the coupons we had but felt it wasnt worth it.

3100 dallas high shoalsrd,dallas,north carolina,28034. you need to send someone to this burger king,they suck!we have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru,before they take your order,this goes for each driver who pulls up,then they take your,order,you pay,pull around the building and wait another 20 minutes for them to bring out your order,then all 5 burgers are ice cold,some drivers have to go around the drive thru twice just to place a order,these lazy ,sorry people who work there,sure aint working,the burgers are always cold,even at lunch,dinner,we have HIGH unemployment here in dallas,FIRE THESE LAZY ONES,and hire all new ones,they are getting by ,not doing their job,put a undercover there,and you will see,for your self,we all like burger king,but HATE the dallas one in nc,cause of the employees who half work their,throw them on the street and get someone who likes working,my 73 yr.old mother still works and can run a circle around all these sorry employees. this has been going on for at least 2 yrs. now,tired of it,the one in gastonia,nc isn't like this,love their,live closer to the dallas one,heck put one in cherryville,nc .they love working!!!!!melly sue

I went into the location of main street in bridgeport and was met by a rude cashier who took the liberty of cussing me out because in his mind I was taking to long to make my order. this happened yesterday around 2:00 pm the name he had on his name tag was David can someone please look into this I am a regular customer to burger king and I do not want an incident like this one to change my look on the company. thank you for your time looking into this matter

I didnt know that burger king was so hard up that they would steal money from Red Cross volunteers. Bought a valus meal from B.K. got an ice cream and it cost me $8.68. These crooks ran me staff card twice. They say that I would get my money back but it hasnt been put back into my account yet. will not trade at B.K. for I dont trust them. The manager knows that B.K. owes me the money, but hasnt put it back into my account. Am a ham operator and can talk all over the USA. Word of mouth makes bad business. I guess the manager doesnt make enough money, so his associates find ways to cheat people. If you eat there watch your credit card.

I don't even think 1 star is earned, but there is no lower score. I left your store #1427 in Lake Charles La this morning upset and will never go back to that location, if I go to any location at all. The drive thru was loaded and so I thought going inside to place an order for a simple sausage biscuit would be quicker. the MANAGER was just handing an inside customer his change, and walked away - I thought - to fill his order. OMG -- she went to the window area and proceed to measure hot water in a bowl, and actually made oatmeal to bring to someone in the back kitchen area. Now - it's not like noone could see a waiting customer at the counter - for a while because this worker was not quick - and when I finally asked if anyone was working the front area - she then started to fill the other customer waiting order, and told me she would be right with me. I told her to forget it, and asked what the store # was - instead she said she was sorry and that she was just fixing breakfast for someone. I asked again for the store #, and actually had to ask a 4th time before she gave it to me. To ignore a customer - then excuse the behaviour by telling the customer you were fixing breakfast for someone (not even fixing it for a customer) is appalling. I can count on one hand how often I have ever been to McDonald's - and I never took my child to McDonald's - but I will certainly reconsider Burger King in the same manner. Poor customer service is totally unacceptable - especially in this economy where there are eating places that will acknowledge my presence, and give me the courtesy of knowing in advance that they will be with me in a minute. Not just leave me standing!

9/23/11-i went to ponca city, oklahoma's bk with a friend of mine last night. drive thru was packed, so we decide to go in. when we get up to order we see a "customer do it yourself" pay and order machine. After pressing a couple of buttons we realize, How are we going to use the coupon we had?, so we just left. the customer should not be the one's to take the order and pay. it should be the employee's job. Isn't that one of the things their getting paid to do. after having bad service years ago, i quit going and to go now and see if service and food are better, but instead see that machine. What if you do make a mistake and need help to fix it, the people in line are waiting to place their orders and pay, so your left holdong the line up (if there was a line lol lol lol). my friend used to work at ponca city, ok's bk years ago, so she really knows how dumb that machine is and how customers should be treated with their service and orders. And she see's now that it's not like what she gave them. she gave people what they wanted and left them leaving happy with the service she gave them.

I went to Burger King on September 8, 2011, store #11511 in Baton Rouge, LA, at 2:11PM. Later that night while cleaning, I found a dirty part off the drink machine in my cup, after consuming all the drink. I called to the store and asked if they were missing a part and the employee replied, " yes, that's why our coke been acting crazy." I did order a coke with my meal. Then he started laughing and asked me if it was in my cup. I really didn't find the matter funny. The object is really dirty too. I am very disgusted and disappointed.

I went to the burger king in the st. louis mill mall and i was highly disappointed in service. when i walked up to the register there where a bunch of hms host girls talking around like there was nothing to do. The counter was also in disarray. The manager whom had short hair on one side and long hair on the other was talking to the girls as if they had catching up to do. And i remeber a young lady asking a lady in the back to drop fries and she did. My food was already up and it was just sitting on the chute. i then noticed that there was one girl in the kitchen cooking and working really well. I think the other ladies need to be trained or fired. Especially the manager because that is not good service. The girl in the back did an awesome job!! but i will only come back to this burger king if those young teenage girls are gone or trained better!! St. Louis Mills Mall...Hazelwood Mo
