Corp. either doesn't read this or they just don't care. There is a manager at the longview washington store on 15th. her nameis Marsha. She is the worse manager i have ever seen. I don't know who the hell she thinks she is. My daughter works there and because she wasn't home on her day off when she called for her to come in marsha made the next schedule and gave her 1 day for the pay period. I have witnessed her calling the employees RETARDED or STUPID in front of the customers. She does nothing but scream at everyone. My daughter was hired with the understanding she did not drive, and when she is lucky enough to get hours her ride will have to wait inthe parking lot for atleast an hour for her to be done. If marsha is told her ride is here she says NOT MY PROBLEM. More people have quit in two months than i can count , and everyone one says its because of her. I have read through this board and there are several complaints about this woman. She alway under staffs and is constantly hiring because no one can stand this FAT BITCH. Do your job corp. And investigate this problem.

You guys really need to put the cupcake milkshake back on the market because they were the most delicious milkshake i have ever eaten and all my friends and family feel the same way i was devastated when they took them off the market. Please put them back up thank you

i stoped at burger king on 12-22-11 went thurgh the drive up, thay got my food wrong ,it was poring the rain ,after geting the right order trying to get to my car i steped of the walk way into a pot hole and smacked the payment injured the left side of my body i have a brokin rib and elbow ,missed up my back have to have a mri and much more,i had to spend chrismas in bed could not go shoping for my kid's my son wanted a i pod and a flat screen tv my doughter wanted a laptop becouse i did not get to work the23&24 thay did not get what thay wanted and mom was in the bed and is in bed for how long i dont know thinks to buger king lisa

I was recently in your store in heath ohio.. it was so nasty dirty there was a rat in the bathroom. i called the heath dept.yuck. Told the manager she said she didnt have time to clean or really manage her/his store. i looked back in the grill area and saw a dark headed girl smoking what looked like a crack pipe(later to find out her name was michelle and she just got of prison for the same thing...hello????? this manager needs managed.hope you can fix this...

I've been working at the Paddlock Lake, wisconsin burger king 9850 for ten years ow and it's gone to hell!!! I got suspend for 8 days just because the customer complained about a bad soda and that he said he wanted an hour for his food which was a lie because the other five people behind him would have complained as well. I have all the proof and my five crew memebers back me up on this and the store manager and the owner won't even ask me what was going on that night. I can't stand working for a self-asborb store manager and a owner who donesn't care anymore about the store that he owns!!!!

You have a serious problem at the store indicated. (12215 Biscayne Blvd., North Miami, FL 33161). This is the third time I walked in to see the workers handling the food with no protective gloves. I purposely went in to see if things had improved. Not a single food-handler had gloves on. I walked out without buying. Four weeks ago I went into the same restaurant(where I frequent 2-3 times a week)and a young man with bare hands had a hand full of tomatos he was transfering from one container to another. The ladies were completely man-handling the sandwishes with no gloves. I was grossed out and walked out. It's only because I had an emergency up North that I did not get to you earlier. I went to TWO BK's in Maryland and everyone of the workers had plastic gloves on. You have a great potential sanitary health problem in the making on you hands. I will not go there any longer and will pass it on to my friends. I go to Pollo Tropical now where you never see anyone without gloves on. Please call me and let me know what action is being taken. I like BK and I have been a faithful customer for 52 years. This BK is next door to very busy Home Depot and thus should be the Poster Child for BK's in general. I'm posting a complaint about the Burger King in College Park, Maryland. The General Manager was very rude to her cashier, saying, in front of other employees and customers, "The next time you ring an order without a name on it, I'm going to slap the shit out of you. And I mean it." A moment later she said to another employee, "you have to threaten them to get them to do anything." After I confirmed she was actually the General Manager, I told her it was not a very respectful way to speak to her staff. She responded, "Oh, I knew that was coming." She then went on to say something to me, which I could not hear, but her employees could. I said, "then you should not have said that to her." I spoke to the cashier on my way out, and told her I was going to report the General Manager's rude remarks to the mybkexperience.com as well as call the Regional Manager, the number of which was on the receipt. That phone number was no longer working, so I decided to try and find out how to make a complaint about a particular Burger King.

I work at a BK in Nebraska and have been for 3 years. When the federal government rose the minimum wage a few years ago, my wage moved with it. Since then, my wage hasn't moved from minimum. I was told I would be receiving a raise within a month or two, back in feb of this month. This isn't the first time I have been screwed out of a wage increase. Employees are starting at a higher pay than I am! What's wrong with this picture? They claim that the increases are frozen until they can afford the raises. Yet, they somehow found enough money to start all these new products and offer free fries?? I want an explanation. Do not work for BK. It's not worth it!

I recently visited the Burger King at 2122 east 10th st in Indianapolis Indiana and was completely displeased and mistreated. I was rushed through the drive thru with them telling me I was on a timer and I needed to hurry up! TWICE. I then proceeded to the window where I was also rushed and told that i was on a time limit, while exchanging money and drinks the shift manager? was yelling at me through the window that I was messing up his time and was now at 3 minutes, the manger and drive thru person were very rude! When I got home to eat the food not only were the fries cold but the whopper was messy and cold and the chicken sandwich was old and the cheese wasnt even melted on it. So i called the store when the manger Lauren answered the phone he hung up on me, so I called back and asked for the store managers phone number and name and he first asked would I like to speak with her and I said yes and then he said well she is not here you can call back tomorrow and hung up on me a second time! I eat at burger king at least twice a week and i am HORRIBLY dissatisfied that the staff would act thie way to customers!!! The new Burger King fries will go over about as well as the new Coke. They are bad, really really bad, they need to admit their mistake and end this failed experiment. If they do not bring back the classic fries I will not go back to Burger King.

I have frequented many BK's around the country. Up until today I have never had an unpleasant experience. I met my wife at a local BK that has an indoor play ground. She was there with our one year old daughter and my two year old son. We played with our children and then got them an ice cream after their meal. My son soiled his diaper and I took him to the restroom. When I got there I was very surprised there was no changing table so I asked my wife to check the women's room. Also no changing table. As it is cold in east Tennessee in December it never crossed my mind to strip my child naked outside where I would be wearing a jacket. I told the employee (standing next to the exit with a broom or a mop) that I would be changing my child on a table because their facilities were ill equipped. After I finished I walked overto this same employee and told him he should sterilize that table. He looked confused and I walked out to help my wife get the kids in her car. Another employee walked out (later identified as the store manager) and asked me what the issue was. I repeated the table needed to be sterilized. He went to the table, and then came out and began to yell at me, and explain how despicable I was. I informed him no his inadequate facilities were the despicable matter. He then enlightened me as to how I should have froze my sons rather sensitive two year old genitalia to save their store the responsibility of mitigating thier accident liability. The store manager told me that a lawsuit had resulted in the stations removals. As an aspiring attorney it is very likely the lawsuit was files due to a lack of care and responsibility by the management to ensure the proper directions for use placard was installed and complete operation of ALL safety apparatuses included with the changing station. I was greeted back from my reply that this was still a matter which was of thier ability to completely serve their patrons rather than their past inabilities to mitigate such an unfortunate safety issue. This manager then raised his hands up and yelled at me to "tell him to his face" repeatedly. I informed him I was leaving and had no intentions of a fight. I drove around to the other side of the restaraunt and decided I wanted to make a complaint to the corporate office about Mr B. Loyd. This meant I would need his name. I entered the store and clearly asked Mr. Loyd three times for his name. He repeatedly tried to get me to follow him out the store and towards the rear o the building. I refused and he eventually removed his name tag and shoved it in my face. To my surprise it had General Manager in gold bubble bolded lettering. My concern with returning to this restaraunt is predominately with the fact that I KNOW other parents are also changing diapers on tables, and they may not always be as conciencious. On my way home I decided that this manager was unaware that fighting words are not protected free speech and I called the police. I returned an hour later to meet with an officer. I explained my reasoning for wanting to press charges for a simple assault and received explicit directions on how to do so after the filing of a police report. The officer went into the store and checked the survalance videos. He returned and said he was seeking the best possible outcome for me. I told the officer that I would be quite appeased by a plain and simple sincere appology. Of course Mr. Loyd was very humbled by the education he had received as to his rights of free speech and gladly took the opportunity to appologize. BK had better get a handle on its management because this facility was providing an obvious target to patrons with children and not providing basic necessities for that service. In the future I will reconsider BK for any dinning, but I will never consider the BK at Boone's Creek in Johnson City, Tennessee. It is disgraceful that a police sergeant had to be called for this manager to do his most basic duty professionally. I would be remiss as a concionable human being to leave this event unshared.

My daughter works at your longview washington store on oregon way. It was her day off and they called to see if she would come in, and work until 3:00. My daughter doesn't drive and marsha newthis when she was hired. So she made arangements for a ride at 3:00. Well as always marsha threw her fit in front of everyone including the customers, and said this is why you don't get more hours because people that want to be here get the hours. This was her friggin day off. She came in to help. She was told she was getting off at a certain time. This lady is always screaming. She has all the young people scared to death of her. For god sakes lady you work at BURGER KING.....Not the pentagon..... Maybe if you feelyou need to bully your employee's you should take them in the back room...Not out front where the customers are..... Didn't they teach you anything at burger king collage ?

Sadly, i can not put "zero stars". I work at Burger King on Oregon Way in Longview, Washington. and two of our managers (Marsha & Kelly) are bullies. It's sad that I have to even use that word to describe ADULTS. Marsha makes myself and other employees scared to even attend work. It's ridiculous. She treats us like garbage and she does it publicly. (even in front of our customers). She has said we are "unbelievably retarded", "dumb", and criticizes just about everything we do. Is there not a law against this?! Kelly uses foul language and is VERY lazy. He does nothing but sit in his office and eat. He does not prep like he is supposed to and when I make something, he will hand it to the wrong person 4/5 times. Marsha and Kelly also have threatened both myself and a co-worker many times. "You better hope to God this is right" is what they will say. When I am a customer at this Burger King, Marsha treats me like garbage as well. Also, my hours are ridiculous. I work 1 hour - 4 hour days. I DO NOT EVEN MAKE MY GAS MONEY! Will someone please do something about Marsha? There are a lot of complaints on here already about her.. Seriously, you're losing a lot of business because of her.

OK.so i worked for bk in Spokane. all i have to say is how dumb this towns bk director is. Someone i know worked as a general manager there for something like 5 years. then out of nowhere they told her that she could no longer be gm because she has a kid and she isn't available because she has a kid and has to take care of him too. this happened to 3 or 4 people in spokane. i really just had to point out that her son is now 4, they took her gm position away about 2 months ago. My question is, why did they not do that to the manager of the Argonne store? he has a daughter that was born the same time as the girl i knows and he is still a gm there. I honestly belive that it was false information given by the division bks gm. (which has a son that works WITH HER. Which obviously shouldnt be allowed)She had told the owners all kinds of things about other stores that was false. I believe she lied because her son didnt like the girl i know. Which is ridiculous to change the way things have been working for so long and obviously so efficiently (again, was a gm for years at multi. stores) just because a girl named Nan made up reasons for other gm's to get fired. It should not be required to not have a kid to be a gm. im really surprised that none of them went for a lawsuit, wouldn't be hard for a old employee to go to l&i and report that. along with the hours going missing constantly. from nearly any employee in Spokane. I work there, i have gone to almost every store in Spokane and not one long term employee had NEVER had there hours go missing. These stores should be shut down until L&I Can figure out what or who is causing this. Because if you work 60 hours, you should NEVER get a check that says 40 hrs on it. Has happened to me 3 times now. taking at least 10 hrs at a time months apart. Losing hundreds of dollars i worked to earn without having anything to show for them would make anyone mad. but to do this and then take the jobs of people just because they have a child under 9? HOW IS BK STILL IN SPOKANE??

i went to booger king in creasent springs ky.first off i couldnt understand the mexican at the drive through.second i couldnt understand the the non american manager.to make a long story short.i will never go to burger king again.and they need to give jobs to americans instead of people who comes from who knows where.get a life burger king this is america.

All i can say is WOW .... Your longview washington store has a manager named marsha. What were you guys thinking when you put her in charge ? She is the rudest person i have ever met. I feel sorry for her employee's . She doesn't care who's around when she treats them like animals. Or when she treats the customers like crap. Is that really the best you can do BK ? I know serveral people who will not return because of MARSHA.

burger king is the best resterant to eat at. they get my order right every time. they know more of what there doing then wendys. i hope there are burger kings in heaven. thank you for your service.

Burgerking is the most awful job anyone can have. They have great food when handled and cooked properly and fresh, but overall suck as a company. I have had the privaledge of working for this awful company. They have no respect,or regard for their hardworking employees. To all of the people who complain, it is usually not the employees fault. I strongly believe that the blame should be put on management, and corporate. They are selfish greedy bastards. They cant afford to pay you fair wages, but they can afford to purchase thousands of products that they waste in short time. They usually have two people on shift with no help from a manager on shift. Then they wonder why their customer service skills suck. Their motto should be "save labor", and not " have it your way".They should higher a toddler to run the comapny before it crashes and goes to hell.

I'm a employee at Burger King in harlingen tx on 1925 West Tyler Avenue I have one of the worst general managers any burger king can have he treats us with no respect. He is lazy every time we have a rush and we're struggling instead of jumping in and helping us he just yells at us and tells us to hurry up. He demands things to be done he never says please or thank you. When ever you try to call in because your sick or you need to take your child to the doctor he gets after you and says he cant count on you for nothing. If your on your day off and calls you to come in and theres not way you cant go in he gets mad and complains. One time there was ants on our cookies and that same day we we're giving out cookies in the kids meal i told the GM and told him i would make a new batch he said no just clean off the ants and keep serving them because it was a waist of money to throw the cookies aways. This store is not healthy at all. We cant even complain to the supervisor because he is best friends with our General Manger. So every time there is a complain about our General Manger he just ignores the complain.
