I just had your new turkey burger and thought it was delicious! The only thing I was disappointed in was the bun. I feel that if you are going to serve something that is healthy,which I commend you for, then the whole thing should be healthy. Keep coming up with the healthy choices!

I went to the Burger King store on Kncikerbocker in San Angelo Tx on the 7 of March. The next day I called in about what happened as to date no one has called me back on the issue. I ordered the new Avocado burger then was told they didn't have the sauce for it. I said make it a Whopper then which there is a price difference on the menu. I was never even offered the refund. But instead the Manager on duty went and rang in the Whopper and cancelled my order. Only thing is I have the receipt for the Avocado Whopper. I have called the 800 number now three times on the receipt and no one has called me back. Poor Management at this place. I will never go there again.

I and my husband recently visited your resturant in Alma mich with our grandaughters and was applled at the dirty condition of the place. There was tomatoe slices on the floor and french fries on the floor. If that wasn't bad enough the people working there were either stepping over them or on them. The counter was littered with salt. Do you not have managers at these places.

I saw an employee, Caleb, stealing today at 12:15 at the Weatherford TX store. He shortchanged me and when I said something he opened his wallet full of $1 bill and I said no a quarter. He reached in his pocket and gave me a quarter. He was very nervous and would not look me in the face. I tried to call the manager but they do not answer their phone.

I sent my son to pick up a large order for me and when he returned the bags were two whoppers short. I called and complained to the manager and he replied that he bagged it himself and I was lying and then started telling people in the resaraunt that I was cursing at him. With customer service like this, I am not surprised burger king is in financial trouble. You have just permanently lost another family of customers.

the bk at 210 carlisle albuquerque nm 87110 messes up my order every time i go there i dont even know how they stay in buisness oh wait yes i do charging customers for food and not giving it to them or trying to give the customer a cheaper item off the menu i think a management change is in order for this store the current manager lets the employees do whatever they want when it comes to filling an order if you must go to this burger king make sure you watch everything they do and tripple check your order

I was calling to inquire about purchasing the rights to Burger King's Zesty Sauce and they're closed. They should be open 24/7 to satisfy the customers and potential business associates.

I went to Burger King three nights ago, instead of giving the individual working the $20.00 dollar bill, I gave him the $100.00. Instead of giving me change for the correct about, in return, I was given change for a $20.00. I only had $100.00 and a twenty. I went today to get the money to pay for some groceries and only had the twenty. I thought that employees were to be honest in cases like this.

Was ask to leave store when I said I was next after 2 people jumped in line befor me. I believe they were friends of the cashier.

I went to a burger king in Tucson after moving here from texas and since you starting serving sweet potato frys I made it a regular stop because I am health concious and enjoyed them. In Tucson to my suprise they tasted sugary and cinnimin/ I got m=nervous and went back as I am diabetic. Sure enough they took a healthy product and sweeted it up. They will make me them plain but why dont you stick topeople add their own. Also we love them spicy.

Burger King was/is a horrible corporation to work for. Typical greedy slave master mentality. They collect hundreds of dollars of the food they send the delivery drivers to carry, yet still find the need to charge a $2 delivery fee to their customers that they take $1 from it, and give the driver $1. This $2 fee charged encourages customers not to tip, even though the fine print says the $2 charge isn't a substitute for a tip, but c'mon...who reads fine print? With gas being $4 gallon in NYC, with the drivers not being compensated enough to account for the wear and tear on their personal vehicles, you would think that Burger King would at least have the decency to pass on the $2 to their drivers, but you can't expect vampires to do anything else besides suck your blood!

I was at BK in Catskill NY with my kids, looked like the manager was handed some forms and he started yelling any carrying on. Police arrived he ran out of the place with papers in hand screaming, i had my 2 children with me, this cured them of fast food!

The burger king in Worthington mn is such a wonderful burger king. The employees are very patient and kind. They never screw up on any of my orders and just that alone is great. Burger King in Worthington MN is by far my favorite because of the customer service. The manager is such a wonderful person and does such a great job in making sure his customers are happy. I just wanted to share this with you because I feel they deserve the good comments too when they do a great job.

Here in N.Y. the meat on the double cheeseburgers are even smaller than McDonalds... thats small a Also i recall the whoppers being alot bigger . im not ever going there again. a waste of money.

Hello, Not sure who can help here as the manager (I believe his name was Dominuque) tried but couldn't get the cash register to over-ride price. I have a picture of the huge banner hanging in the window of the Burger King BK02949 showing mix or match sandwich 2 for $5.00. The cashier stated the sale didn't start yet - the banner doesn't say coming soon, so the price should have been honored as $5.00 not the $8.00 I had to spend for 2 original chicken sandwiches at $3.99 a piece. Please refund me $3.00 -

Every time that any Burger King gets a new toy and they tell you when they will start, we go a day or 2 later to get them for our kids. But then when we get there they give us something else. So we already spent the money and then we are told that they do not have the toys that are advertise. This needs to get fixed. Very upset kids.

I use to love your breakfast now when i go my food is always cold and just thrown together never again will i eat there people work hard for their money so when you get food togo you expect the company to take pride in the product they put out

Store number 13386 in Califonia MD has the rudest General Manager. No wonder the crew looks mad all the time. If I had to work with a person like her I would quit. Not only was my order wrong, when I went in to get it fixed she rolled her eyes and had an attitude. I will never ever go there again and I'm telling all my friends.

I have been going to your store in Antioch Il.Have never saw the broiler going burgers are awallys micro waved no matter what time of day.Taste bland..Ive asked and was told oh we us it I asked when and got a funny look..I wasnt a fresh one not micro waved..
