I went to BK had a large order asked server about rewards. the server said it was easier to use app than the card. I lost all the points.. called manager he blamed it on main office for not showing anyone on how to do the rewards, so stick to McDonalds get your discounts right away

I have been to burger king on 400 e Anaheim ave,long beach,ca,90813 store number 12254 many of times and the wait is 15-20mins for just a burger 3brownnies and a medium soda and no one be in the drive way but me that is ridiculous for the wait

So the Burger King in fruita colorado is prob the worst place I've ever worked at the inside and out is always trashed the use hamburger patties instead of Jr. patties they let ppl smoke weed in the back on break

My husband and I went to the Burger King in Kingston Ma on Wed,.5/22/13 at 5:15. All of the tables were dirty and got our order wrong. Everyone behind the counter were laughing and not taking care of the cleaning of tables. Might not go back there. Bad experience

I have gone to this particular burger king numerous times between the hours of 2:25-3:45 am and i am always told the registers are down for 20 minutes but today may 23, 2013 @ 3:25 noone answered the drive thru or the phone when i called thats poor customer service

UNBELIEVEABLE!! I will never go to this store again! You should stay away too! The store number is 9283 and it's in Greeley, CO. What a joke! I have a dairy allergy (cheese, milk, etc). This is the THIRD time they have added cheese to my whopper, even though I make it clear that "I don't want cheese!" Figure it out! How hard can it really be?

Went to the Burger King in Collinswood VA this morning for coffee. Big Mistake. Seems the Blacks have taken over BK and they can have it. You never see a McDonalds with bugs crawling in the open in bathroom. The attitude of the employees is the worst I have ever seen. They have now sunk to the lowest in their 40 year history.

I was going to BK'Home of the Whopper' on MLK Blvd in Greensboro, NC. I handed the cashier a coupon for buy one, get one free whoppers. She looked confused & asked her store manager if they were serving whoppers. He promptly answered 'No'. She turns back around & said 'Sorry. We aren't serving whoppers at this time. Only chicken & fish.'So I took my coupon back & politely walked out. Needless to say I will never ever visit that location again. Wow. No whoppers!

I have filled out numerous surveys complaining about the food handlers not wearing gloves at our local store. The other Burger Kings I have visited have had gloves on. I watched an employee clean the parking lot, and walk back into the store and grab buns and spread them out and then put cheese on them with his bare hands.

I don't know why managers at burger kings give priority to customers in automobiles than to face to face customers. Took 30 minutes for a order to be ready, I asked why the delay and they said automobiles customer were always first in line. This issues has to be taken care off and quickly.

I went to Burger King in Clio, MI because you started making turkey burgers....thought that they are the best & happy because my son & I cant eat beef. Was very upset when I got there tonight & was told they no longer will be sold (even tho still advertised right there). This has happened before...you start selling something then take it away. I just wanted to say I guess its no more Burger King for me & my family.

Very upset at the fact a manager can cuss an employee out and threaten to hit them. Make up lies because the employee didnt work for them the day prior which was the employees only day off. I cant believe that burger king does not investigate these issues. This shows me im glad i dont work in this type of environment!!!

The Burger King in Hebron, IN has very poor customer service. Most of the time, you don't get what you ordered and the girls are more interested in having a personal conversation than in making sure you are waited on or that your order is correct. There is a Dairy Queen and a locally owned fast food restaurant right across the street and I'm thinking that is where I will be buying my fast food from now on. I am just tired of getting my order home and finding it missing sandwiches!

I called one of your stores today to ask for a donation of 400 cups to my school. The manager told me that he couldn't give me 400 because that would be too much money "like about $20 dollars and that would be way too much." He could do 100. As much as our stakeholders visit and dine at this store, I think they could spare $20 for 400 cups for children between the ages of 5-9.

pressed tky meat .don't think it was tky..spit out first bite..wrote to company they had the nerve to send me a coupon for a free whopper....the cost of my crummy meal was 10.17 ...but the ff 's were fabulous and hot.. do not purchase this new tky burger ..till we find out what it is made of....
