i was at 1 of your bp stations today to fill up with gas and saw a sign above the pump that said if you buy 8 gallos of gas you get a scratch off card and after 5 visits you get a 10 dollar rebate or something like that.the location i was at is site id 8472201 and i went in and was told that they dont have those cards. So my question is why are you advertising something that you dont have.. i am not happy at all and i will not return to fill up with gas a one of your bp stations ever again. i suggest you contact your store and have them take those signs down before you upset many other customers and lose even more business..I do believe that is faule advertisement and i am very disapointed in your store.feel free to contact me at 937-717-6777 if you would like to discuss this matter in person...thanks for the lies on your sign at your station.

I live in Yazoo city, ms. Today my daughter went to your station here, paid for $20( prepaid) went to the pump, started pump, got in her car (it is really cold here) when the pump cut off she got out and saw that the pump read $40 so she went back in explained to the attendant and paid for the extra $40. After she left the station she looked at her gas hand and it was showing empty. She went back to the station and explained what had happened and was treated extremly rude and told they could not help her. We do alot of cash business with your company and this is the second time we have bought gas from this store and not gotten anything, On top of that, the majority of your employees in this store are very rude and seem to struggle with the idea of waiting on customers. The manager was called in this afternoon and she agreed she knew when my daughter came in, but said something must be wrong with her car, I do not know if you can fix this or if you even you care, I just wanted you to know how your store is run in Yazoo City.
