i purchased meatloaf from your store on baum blvd in pittsburgh,pa.it was filled with fillers ,bread and contained no meat.it was the best meat item you carried.it was not safe to eat.if you are going to use fillers,do not carry this product any more.if it is that store,please investigate before this is reported to health department.

Tri-Cities, WA needs you back!

I used to work for Boston Market when I attended High school in Spokane, WA. At that time, Spokane and the Tri-Cities, WA had Boston Market restaurants. I miss the food so much!! I think it is time to bring it back!

Undercover Boss

After watching this show, I thought they should have come to their store here on Sheridan. The management is horrible, I was the first one in the store one day, and the place was filthy. I said something to the assistant manager, and he said he had told the manager and he said oh well. So no one did anything! When we ordered the girl got upset because I was going "out of order". Isn't it my way, I pay for the meal. We were told about your Thanksgiving meal and how great they were, but nothing was ever said that it was a limited meal in choices. We wound up leaving because it wasn't what was "sold" to us when they advertised it. Your food is great when you can get it, but for the cost I could be eating steak.

food is great but shirley, new york location shuts down for no reason that i can figure out for days at a time. I been to different locations and service is better. Need closer look at this locations.

My wife and I and my brother and his wife ate at Boston Market tonight for dinner. My wife and I ordered the Tuscany baked chicken (which was extremely dry). I paid for us and went to the table. My brothers wife ordered the exact same thing and he ordered a salad. He was told that a free salad was offered with an entre purchase. He got his salad for free. We on the other hand were never told or offered a free salad. This is not right. I am extremely aggregated over this. I should have been told about the salad.

Too much salt!!!

I've been eating at Boston Market for at least ten years. Sadly, I think this last meal will have been my last. The last three visits have been unsatisfactory. The chicken has been dry and lackluster. The last meal of the Chicken Pot Pie I think I've received my weeks allotment of sodium. And I like salt! Too bad and too sad.

wow terrible day old chicken

I am an chicken guy everyday .. I eat at boston market every time i get a chance.. This was the first time i got day old chicken 12 noon on january 2nd 2013.... I ordered 3 piece dark and red potatoes and green beans.. The red potato slices some were crunchy and some were over cooked. ..The chicken was day old for sure... The green beans were good.. somethings wrong i come here all the time...

Worst Services Ever!

It don't make any kind of sense that I would have to wait 5 to 8 minutes until one of the services decide to prepare my order when the food is already cook and ready for the server to complete my order togo. Every single time I go to the Boston Market location on Militrail Trail & Okeechobee it's the same thing over and over again you have the employees talking amoung themself instead of prepare customer order and to add on top they only gave you less than a teaspon of every. If I'm paiding top dollar for a teaspon of food then I will STOP going to your resturarant. I wish you would talk to your employees and especially the one who suppose to be the manager some man I think but not for sure.

called to ask who to discuss my company and our earth friendly green cleaning products with, put on hold and then came voice mail boston market is not taking on any new products i assume the share holders do not need to make any more Profits I know I can save money and put out a better cleaning product lineup.

Store 0400 the last 4 times ive gone there my order was wrong ever time. I say im not ever going back but the food is good and healthy. But this was my last time. And the problem is they dont write it down.u tell 1 person they tell the cook then the cashier. The last 2 times they charged me wrong this time I saw it so it took 10 minutes to fix it. Wonderful experience

To Whom it may concern. I wanted to share my experience with someone at Boston Market headquarters but wasn't sure who to send it to. So I figured media would know who's hands to put this in. We were in New york for the Macy's parade as performers. Kids and adults from 15 yrs to 30. As the parade was on Thanksgiving I wanted to have a Thanksgiving dinner for all of the kids. I had it arranged at the hotel but at the last minute the union declined to do the set up as it was a holiday. I had already ordered all the food (from Boston Market) for the 25 kids with no place to celebrate. I called the store and talked to this wonderful lady, told her my story and asked for suggestions. She said "you bring your kids in and we will take care of them", and she did. I arrived about 530 pm, the kids were to arrive at 6 pm. I checked on my order and this lady came out to greet me. I asked if I was able to reserve tables throughout the restaurant, she said not to worry about it that she would take care of it. She asked some of the other workers to help out. They started setting up tables, moving chairs and even asked and help other pardons to change tables to accommodate us. They put tablecloths on the tables and helped me set up the food. As you can see everyone was happy and had a great time. A few are my boys, we always go to Boston Market on Thanksgiving as we are now in different areas of the country and we meet in one city. It has been a tradition of ours for many years. As we always enjoy our selves, I have never been so happy with my experience before. With all the kids away from home, me in turmoil to make the holiday good for the kids, this lady whom I don't know and don't know her name saved the day for me. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and help with making our holiday a wonderful experience. I wish to thank her many times over and would like to tell those at Boston Market corporate what a wonderful person she is. As I am sure most will say "she did her job" but I believe she was being more than just a good employee she was being a good person. Here is the store information if she could be thanked in some way or even sent this email I would greatly appreciate it. She totally deserves it. Store number 3255 885 10th Ave. New York NY 10019 I was there on Thanksgiving evening arrived at 5:30 PM I notice she left an hour or so after, so not sure about her hours there. catering

i eat at boston market often with my family. i thought this was a place where i can trust to have a good meal. so therefore, i thought i do a catering with them this past Thanksgiving Day. i still can't believe what happened. it upsets me to think about it. i had called to have them cater my lunch. i was expecting 10 people in my house by 2:00 pm and bostonmarket was to deliver my food by 1:45pm. instead getting delivery, i get a call from them at 1:30 pm to let me know that my order was cancelled. no other information was given. now i had 10 people in my house with no food!!!

market closed

On Saturday 11/24 the Pottstown store was closed when I arrived at 11:20. I saw a worker in the store, and sat in the car for 20 mins. The doors were still locked. I dined acroos the parking lot at the shopping center. When I left the restaurant I went back to Boston Mkt to see if the doors were still locked. They were.

I enjoy dinning or carryout food from Boston market. service has been good at numerous locations until I call the owing mills location to place my order on 11/4/2012. The female answer the phone was not very polite, but she took my order. I asked how much would the order cost she reply the line is too long and she wouldn't be able to tell me. I said ok, see you in ten minutes. I gave her my husband name as the pick up person. when he finally got there, they told him they was no order place under that name. I was so upset because my kids were looking forward to eating some Boston market food. yes that maybe my last time. my time and gas is valuable.

Disgusting Employee

I went to Boston market located in the throggs neck area in the Bronx, I ordered a ceasar salad. As I see the employee putting my salad from the tray into my bowl, another employee reaches over into the same tray without gloves and grabs two handfuls of salad with her hands! I was so disgusted she was just working the cash register! Disgusting, won't be returning to that Boston market!

Menu

I was writing to request adding your brisket back onto the Central Florida menu, but after reading the previous reviews about your managment and how you handle employees and complaints, I just don't believe I'll probably spend my money at another BM again. Corporate needs to listen up and act responsibly or BM will find itself filing for bankruptcy again.

Tried to place an order via phone,called the Greensboro locating on West Friendly;worker taking the order was so rude, asked to speak with manager; manager never came to the phone; call back and each time was hung up on; called back, store never picked up the phone:Never was able to place my company order; Thanks boston market for nothing...............

I was told this evening that you have removed garlic spinach from your menu. When I first tasted it several months ago, I said wow I will return for this. It was a much lower fat content than the spinach and cheese, or macaroni and cheese, or sweet potatoes and marshmallow. The people of America are too fat already! Think again!!!

Have been going to the Emerson N J market some 10 years now.It used to be so so and then when a ladyI have forgoten her name (but she had gone back to S.America)took over the store the rating went sky high. when she left the place went back to so/so It has for the last 6 months gone sky high again /The help has been great and the manager is tops.When my wife and I finish eating to night I had to as soon as I got home write this review.PLEASE KEEP THESE PEOPLE HERe Oh yea The food is great too.

Boston market treats their employees like dirt. They could care less about if their employees are dead or alive all they care about is making some money ... Yes so is every business but atleast some companies actually care for their employees.. Boston market deserves to fail.
