I have eaten at Bojangles in Yanceyville NC for the LAST time. They have a manager in there, a white lady who talks to her workers like absolute trash and calls them stupid and threatens them all the time. I am really surprised anyone will work there but I guess jobs are hard to find. That lady needs to be out of a job but regardless, I will never eat there again because they obviously don't check up on peoples attitudes if hers slipped through. Disgusting. The name on her tag is Lawanda or something similar. Do not eat there do not support such a workplace.

How to run a Bojangles? - Wake Forest, NC!!!!!!!!!!! (little slow on Tea dispensers in AM) How not to? Virtually all others (I guess I've been to 25 different over years)

I went to the Bojangles store #0614 and ordered a steak biscuit on 11/7/10 and when I got home I had a ham biscuit. On 11/8/10 I went back to the same store and told the girl what had happened and she said, "That is not my problem lady." I was shocked at her attitude. I go to this store on a regular basis, because I have always been impressed at how nice and friendly the other employees are. I do have the option to go to Mcdonalds or Burger King that are in the next block. I was charged for a steak biscuit.

On October 9, 2010, I accompanied my son and his high school's marching band to Restaurant Row out in Lewisville, NC. Some of the group went next door to one of a few fast food restaurants, while the rest of the group I was in went to Bojangles. The group next door were literally lined up out the door, complaining about how slow the service was. My group breezed into Bojangles, where we were greeted enthusiastically by the store's manager. Aware that we had little time to waste, as we were on our way out-of-town for an important band competition, the manager quickly assigned the members of his team specific jobs, so that we could get our orders as quickly and correctly as possible. The manager repeatedly thanked us for our business, and even went through the dining area a couple of times to make sure that we were happy with our food and the service. That incredible manager and his entire professional crew earned the business of the Reagan High School Band of Raiders that late afternoon. We even went on to win all of the top honors at the competition later that evening. We want to sincerely thank the entire team at the Lewisville, NC Bojangles near Hwy. 421 for being such an important part of what turned out to be an incredibly successful evening. We will back!

I just went through the drive-thru at Bojangles in Orange Park, Florida. I ordered the 2pc. dinner with an unsweet tea. ( The sweet tea is so sweet it makes me feel sick.) There was only one car parked in the lot, but I had to wait several minutes behind another car. ?? I do want to say that they are very quick to get payment. I got to the window and asked the boy at the window if they had Splenda. No response. He grabbed some pink packets and stuck them in the box of chicken. I was handed my food that cost me almost $7.00. No thank you or have a nice day, nothing. I got home and opened the box to two nasty pieces of chicken. I took a sip of tea. Sticky sweet. No butter, no knife, no napkins. I'm done. I won't go back. That's too bad. When they first opened they were great. Now they don't seem to care, so neither do I. Now I understand why there is no cars in the parking lot.

#426 VERY POOR SERVICE AND DISHONEST PEOPLE.

BoJangles at Lawyers Road will short you drive thru order every time. So if you can't find any other place to eat, at least check your order before driving off. You have been warned.

I was a very happy employee at the dalton ga bojangles i liked working there very very much and i loved my customers 100%. On Sunday Oct 25 2009 and you know sundays are the busiest day of the week at bojangles. I left for work and was so ready to just have a really really good day no matter what. when I got there and i always got to work early, I was met outside in a very dark parking lot my asst manager kristi burress and i didn't do anything to make her say what she did but she knew what she was doing because she knew i wouldnt do anything about it. she just out right said how drunk hung over and sick she was the morning and she was operating drive thru window and you know how crazy that is on a good day. she was hateful talking about customers everytime she closed the window. said a very hateful comment about a employee's schedule. all of this before i had even gotten upset or mad. it wasnt all my fault i didn't know what to do with what she said to me first. it was really upsetting and everything she said was very uncalled for. but i was the one to take all the blame everyone said it was all my fault. I did everything i could to keep that job, i had improved i had changed my attitude i wasnt perfect nooone is. i even called and repeatedly asked for help and noone had even offered to call back do anything or try to make this right. I finally found this and this is my last straw. you dont know how upset i have been about all of this. and the way this crazy mean dark cruel unfair unhiring world is right now it wasnt all my fault i shouldnt have been blamed for they knew i told the truth about something else and a manager and an opener knew it but noone talked to them or cared to follow thru with it. noone followed thru with what happened in the parking lot she was on the clock i hadn't even walked in the door yet. if i can get any help response anything contact me 706 537 1344 or 706 226 6806. other than that i liked most of the people i worked with, loved the customers and i did like the company they had helped me a lot before that day. i just want someone to know i wasnt lying and just to find out there is one person who cares about doing the right thing. dont respond per internet please. this was my last hope for some kind of help. i am telling the truth my explaination of things has never ever changed. please explain that.

WHEN ARE YOU COMING TO SURF CITY, NC. WE HOPE IT IS VERY SOON!!!!!

I see how yall's experiences could make you not want to go back to those restaurants. I've been to some that have me walking out before I even place an order. I have however found one that has the best service that I've been to and they are speedy to get the order and it's right. The food is kept fresh and is made right everytime I go there. Ms. Harper is right, it is the employees that make the business. If anyone has lost hope in Bojangle's I suggest that you travel to Elgin, SC and try their store. The service and the food will give hope that maybe one day the others will follow. I caught a couple of the employees' names that worked there: Sonny Ariail is the manager and can be seen on some occasion because he is usually in the back either helping fry chicken, cook food, or make biscuits to ensure that they are done right. Mrs. Chang is one of the shift managers and the quickest lady to fix an order I've ever seen. Corbin Ariail used to work as a packer and cashier. He is very quick with taking orders and makes the orders just as fast. Those are just a couple of the employees that will give you excellent service all the time.

I'm a longtime Bojangles customer. I remember when it first opened in Raleigh, NC in the '80's. My cousin, her granddaughter, my daughter and myself were on the way to Myrtle Beach on our Easter vacation. We stopped for breakfast, because we love your biscuits. On my way back from the drink fountain, I slipped and fell on my knee cap because the floor was slippery. It felt greasy. Mr. Pat Landon (owner) and another Bojangles manager saw the whole incident. A report was filled out, they apologized profusely and promissed to take care of my medical bills. That was April 5, 2010. Well, Myrtle Beach hospital (Grand Strand) doesn't do 3rd party billing, my insurance was used. I saw an Orthopedic Surgeon upon my return to Columbus, OH and he said the knee would take several months to heal. My vacation was spent on crutches with a knee immobilizer. To top it off, I received a check from Boiland Rest. Grp., 2240 William Few Parkway, Evans, GA for $303.68. That's supposed to make everything right? I don't think so. I love your food, but I guess I'll have to sue to get what I deserve. A very unsatisfied customer! My phone number is (614)728-1235 @work. Maybe you can get better results.

Today i had an awful experience at 555 roosevelt rd monroe nc BOJANGLES.. I HAD A DR APPOINTMENT at urgent care across the street.I sent my fiance over to get me a large cup of sweet tea. I noticed it tasted a little funny but thought nothing of it. On my ride home, someting went in the back of my throat when i took a drink..i got it out of my mouth..2 my suprize it was a peace of metal scrub pad used 4 cleaning..so this lets me know either someone either tried to clean the tea urn... or they gave me dirty ice..i was furious and disgusted. i called and asked to speak to the manager on duty..i calmly explained what happened. her response was..she would refund my tea..and dump the tea out..????Or u serious.thats it no sorry..im drinking dirty ass tea? how would she have felt if it had been her?? she never asked my name...or phone number..i told her i would contact corprate since she didnt seem to want to make me happy with my bad experience..if the ice bins and tea urns or nasty?? what else is in that kitchen???
