I used to work for Bojangles in Bristol Virginia the exit 7 store. I just have to say that when I started it was ok but everything has completely gone to hell. I feel sorry for the people who eat there every day because they have no idea what goes on in that store and how that food is cooked. Not only is there a roach infestation but the employees are half *** workers that don't do there jobs and would rather fight and sit around instead of working. They have the worst service and are nothing but a bunch of uncivilized liars. The managers implement policy upon policy that never sticks except on the employees that actually do their jobs they pick their favorite people and let them do what they want and treat all the other employees like crap. Plus the managers go by what rules they want to. They are late get special treatment among all kinds of other crazy crap. There have been more than one incident of sexual harassment in that store and nothing has been done about it. If someone gets legitimately hurt they make it seem as if it is there fault and if they do go to the doctor they start rumors saying they are faking it. It's no wonder they keep losing any one that is worth a damn because they can't treat anyone with respect. This store may look nice and the employees might have a big fat fake smile on their faces but looks can be deceiving. Just a tip to all the people of Bristol Virginia that eat at Bojangles every day, I would check your food and be careful because not only would you might be getting something not cooked right or old you might just be eating something roach infested. You might like the food there but you can make it at home just as easily I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone to eat. And for all of you that have not found this site yet I feel sorry for you because you still go to that pathetic excuse of a fast food place. Good luck to you all and especially to those employees that are still brave enough to work there.

In Greensboro NC and my family really enjoys the food at your restaurants, when it's hot and fresh. The newest store on Cone Blvd is AWESOME! The folks are friendlier than any stores we've ever visited and the food has never been awful. The consistency has me finding myself eating there far more often then before. Keep up the great work! Oh yeah- and I make it a point to tell them how much I appreciate their good attitudes and sunny dispositions when I visit. It truly does make a difference.

I'm a worker forBojangles and it started out great. But we recently got a new district manager and ever since everything has gone downhill. One of my managers made a rude comment about my mom and when I reported it, nothing was done. The Bojangles I work t is in a shopping center with some restaurants next door which my co workers and I get food sometimes on break. But now we aren't allowed to leave bojangles parking lot, even after the first 15min. of our break and if were caught leaving pr eating something besides bojangles, were fired. Im a vegetarIan amd I don't want to eat Bojangles fattening biscuits 5 days a week. I would never suggest anyone to work here. Bojangles claims opprotunities and pay raises. I've worked for them for 2 years and I've taken all my tests for different positions, yet still no pay raise.

I went to the Spencer,nc bojangles today and ordered my food like I do every day when I got to the window I saw the manager(Cynthia) I believe is her name yelling at the drive thru cashier and tgruing the biscuits across the room this is uncalled for the young lady that she was yelling at is always really nice and sweet to me when I come through and is one of the few that actually get my order right the days I come and she isn't there( or isn't on drive thru) my order is mostly wrong so I give the 5 stars to her cause she deserves it but for the actual store it is a mess I think new manage ment is in NEED

My boyfriend and I went to Taylorsville, NC today on the way home from a family reunion, for me the see the town after 50 plus years. We stopped and had lunch at Bojangles. Everything was absolutely delicious. I think that is the best chicken breast I have ever had; coleslaw and biscuit was great also! I just thought I would write this because this isn't always the case when you eat at these chicken fast food restaurants. I live in Knoxville, TN or I would go to that Bojangles often.

I started working at Bojangles(11 S. Laburnum Ave Richmond,Va) in late Sep. 2011; when I first started everything seemed to be going well. Most of the people were okay and easy to work with when others were down right spiteful. After being on the job for a couple of months and having an disagreement with the assistant manager Amanda N. I notice how she did whatever she could to get me fired because I wasn't one of the co workers to befriend her nor kiss up just to get hours/what I wanted!!!! After becoming pregnant in feb. things just got worst with the assistant manager Amanda; she insisted on asking me to do things that a pregnant women shouldn't do. On April 29,2012 I was experiencing bad Braxton hick contractions which werent easing up, so after working 5hrs through the pain I than asked her could I be excused to go to hospital/home; I was told yes just to find out that when my store manager Bryon Z. came in to work she told him that I walked off the job!!! LIES!!! This incident I was fired for without any notice/phone call/ or documentation even after I texted and called my head store manager Bryon when I found out that she lied! What I don't understand is how someone(Amanda N.) can have sexual relations and inappropriate conduct with employees and not get fired but you can lied on whoever whenever without just causes and get them fired! I don't recommend anyone to work at that store because if you don't kiss butt you won't last long!

ever since this place opened in chester, sc my father and i have spent on average $500 month with bojangles ( for past 7 years total is approx. $42,000)up until last week when i broke up with my girlfriend who is 20yo (im 26yo)who worked thier until nov 2011, the very next day a bojangles employee saw me walk up, he ran up to me and started screaming obceneties including faggot, cracker and much more in front of approx 14 customers. he then proceeded to call me child molester repeadidly. everyone was looking at me. the manager saw all this first hand. im in customer service as well, if my manager witnessed this there no question i would be fired on the spot and banned from the property

I attend Bojangles in Stanley NC every sunday after church. The environment is joyful and the Christian music played really makes me feel at ease. The usual cashier Megan already knows my order and makes sure a fresh steak biscuit is ready around the time I come. The manager Joe is really friendly and often comes out to talk to me and other customers. This Bojangles is great and they will continue to get my service

i dont really recommend working there some of the managers are amazing people but others not so much, ive had one to tell me to go blow my brains out, and if i could attach a picture i would just to prove it.

My daughter applied to the Monkey Junction Bojangles, Wilmington NC, she was told to come for a interview at 4 the next day I took her up and the manager, Loretta, had gone home sick and they asked her to come the next day at 4 okay took her up again this time the manager, LaKrystal, had gone home early and then they asked her to come back the next day If this is how Bojangles runs their business I dont want my daughter to work there because if they have no respect or courtesy for their employees I hate to think how they treat their customers I have called customer service and complained I hope they have more respect and courtesy for their potential employees than the so called managers at Monkey Junction

The Bojangles in Conway, S.C. on Church Street is a very natsy restaurant. The have dirty floors and food on floor back in the kitchen, the glass showcase is nasty. It is never a good place to eat. DHEC need to close that store down due to uncleanliness.

I have to agree with the comment above regarding the Morehead City Bojangles. It's disgusting and has clearly not been cleaned in years. I also transferred from the Newport store to Moreahead and only worked there about three weeks before I quit. Yes, it was THAT bad. Not only is the store disgusting, but a certain manager I worked with was rude. She had no softness about her, and projected anything bad in her life upon the employees. She scheduled me wrong two weeks in a row (I clearly stated I could not work on a certain day) and when I would kindly remind her, she would respond with "Well. You expect us to accommodate you!? I'll just take you off the schedule for the rest of this week." No tolerance or understanding whats-so-ever. Hypocritical. You see her outside in the dinning room all the time chit-chatting and sitting with people (sometimes eating) but God-forbid you're caught leaning for 10 seconds while it's 100% dead - she'll never let you live it down. Also, the worst part has not yet been explained. You go there and, as stated, it's DISGUSTING and a complete hell. I was there three weeks, and she had me doing cleaning work I have never heard or seen anyone else do. I understand cleaning, but being asked to get down on my hands and knees to scrub a bathroom floor that's so gross it has literal year old crap stuck to the floor?Yes. CRAWLING. They didn't have any scrub brushes!! or crawling inside where the trashcans are kept and being expected to clean that as well? (something that has also never been cleaned, you can just tell by the putrid smell) Then when I ask "why is this so bad, and why am I the only one who all of a sudden being asked to do this?!" her response being "well that's what happens when you don't clean it before your shift is over every night!" (you being directed at ME) How do you blame 10 years worth of filth on a 3 week old transfer employee?? That was it for me. I walked out in tears and never came back. Also, may I add, she was not very kind about any of it as well. I even spent 40 minutes trying to SWEEP the entire carpet (because apparently they don't have a vacuum either) and when she (the manager) goes back to check it, she sees a fry that had been recently dropped, so she moves all the tables and chairs on the other side of the store to make a point that I "missed a spot" I'll never return to Bojangles as an employee. The Newport store was cleaner, but the employees and managers were too addicted to the smell of their own farts to deal with. I don't understand why being a "Master Cashier" means you have the right to go on a complete power trip and treat everyone you are not best friends with like dirt? I just hate it. Also, having a manager the same age as me, treating me like i'm 4 years old really isn't my style.

On April 11th I had posted a complaint against the Morhead City Bojangles manager, James. Shortly after sending the complaint, I had realized that I was venting false feelings against him. Honestly I did not think the complaint would be read nor have anything done about my feelings, but unfortunetly it is out on facebook where everyone can see. James is not a bad manager at all, and he is a good person. I wish I could take everything back. I know I should have taken such small issues to him first to see what could have been changed.

One star is an overstatement. So after a looong night of work I was starving. I went to the God awful Bojangles in North Augusta, SC on Edgefield Road at 0830 for breakfast. April 27, 2012. I walk in to see a long line of waiting customers....whatever......it happens. I look around the crowd to figure out what the hold up was. The cashier and other lady up front were doing what they could. Then I look to the kitchen to see the food preparer eating while making the biscuits. GROSS AND TERRIBLY UNSANITARY.Do they train at all at this place? Then he continuously wiped his gloved hands all over his soiled apron. I was disturbed. I wanted to order and ask that he wash his hands and put on new gloves but no....they ask me what I want while I'm 5 people back. I was then going to ask for the mgr but didn't want to cause a scene. The fries were so gross and hard and had to have sat there 2 hrs. I decided id call the number offered on the receipt.......no luck. No answer or returned calls. Only to see on my way out the B on the door. I see why. If someone doesn't take action ill go further. This is awful.

I went to bojangles in the morning just to get a sweet tea. I ordered a large sweet tea which on the sign on the drive through said it was 79 cents. I could not understand the employee who took my order when she gave me the total. I pulled around to the window and waited for a minute before she opened the window and asked if I had ordered a large sweet tea and I said yes. She closed the window and fixed it for me and opened it back up saying my total was 1.98$. I asked her why it was so expensive for a sweet tea and told her that her sign said they were 79 cents. She closed the window, looked at someone inside the restaurant and asked another employee about it then came back to me. She said they were now 1.79 plus tax. I told her I didn't want the tea anymore because I was no about to spend two dollars on a sweet tea that was supposed to be 79 cents. She shortly said fine, closed the window hard, and threw out the tea. I had a terrible experience at a bojangles that I had always had a good experience at. I can tell you that I will not be going back to bojangles anytime soon and if I do it will definitely be a different one. I mean hell, I can get a large sweet tea at McDonalds for a dollar so why would I spend two at a place where the employees are rude to me?

I am currently an employee of the Morehead City, NC Bojangles'. I originally began work in October 2009 in Newport, NC. I had transferred to Morehead City due to living conditions about 7 months ago. This store is HELL. It's old, and nasty, and almost everyone that works there has an unfriendly attitude. Most can not properly do their job and no one correctly follows the RTG. I feel like I am the only one their that actually CARES about the job, service, as well as the store. I'm not saying I'm perfect, I just believe that this store is a disgrace. After working in at Bojangles' for over two and a half years, I have experienced working with all kinds of managers and never have I ever met a manager as immature, rude, and stuck up as James. He is one of the managers currently at Morehead City. I dread working with him. He is bad with costumers, makes fun of the employees, and is very inappropriate. He teases me for my last name, makes vulgar comments towards the other employees, and I get the feeling that he is sexist. He only cares about one employee that started working here at Morehead about 6 months ago. He is another male, and reminds me an awful lot of James. They are more like friends then Manager and employee. They always go on smoke breaks together and James is trying to get him to become Master Cashier, and he hasn't even been doing all the test required! Meanwhile, I've been trying to get my test done so I can become Master Cashier as well, but none of the managers seem to want to help me. I had asked James SEVERAL times to get me a test, and he never does. One day I was studying the sticker board and noticed I had a new sticker on a test I have not taken. I told one of the other managers of this, but neither one did a thing about it. Which also brings be to another point. I have been trying to re-file my W-4s for over a year now. Bojangles' is my first job so I filed $0 for everything so the past two years I have had to PAY taxes instead of getting tax returns. I plan on getting a new job soon after years of mistreatment and no respect. Bojangles' is losing a valuable member of their team.

We visited the Bojangles on Peters Creek Pkwy, WSNC on 3-15-2012. We ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwich combo's for $5.00 each, a total of $10.68. The grilled chicken was dry, overcooked, the END of a tomato was on our sandwich (we thought you throw that part in the trash)?? We were shocked at the quality of this food. We won't be going back to that store again. The employee's were yelling at each other during our meal, we threw it in the trash and exited the store.

I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a bucket of chicken. In the meantime I had to listen to a former employee talking to a current employee complaining about personal stuff that I should not know about. The manager did nothing about it while the assitant manager was involved in the baby daddy talking. When I finally got my chicken and took it home I took one bite and it was heart-burn city. I did not order hot and spicy chicken. I ordered a 12 piece souhern chicken box. When I called to complain Walter, the manager said there was n such thing on the menu even though I have ordered it several different times. My husband eats there every day even though his order is not correct. No one can understand unsweet tea. I won't be back again. Thanks for costing me $20 for nothing. Should have stayed at Sheets, wouldn't have cost me as much.

I am a disable vet who put in an app to work @ your restaurant. I called the local restaurant. Which is located off of Main Street in Simpsonville SC. Th e person that answer pretended to be the manager. The website said you were hiring but after the rude behavior.

the manager in your jacksonville alabama store is just nasty putting waste back in the biscuit mix and serving the chicken from the waste after its suppoed to be trown away
