Your coffie is so bad I could not even drink it with my greasy biscuit this morning. Please do somthing so we can go to your resturant and eat good food again in Sumter S.C. at the broad st. store.

The bojangles on atlanta ave in raleigh nc sucks. the people can not speak enghish, you food is never right and you have to repeat your order two or three time. This morning I order a ham biscuts and it took 10 minutes to get it while other people were eating thre food. how long does it take to fix a ham biscut. This bojangles need to be clear of all empoyees and put english speaking people in their

I visited your location @ 3701 Memorial Dr. in Greenville, N.C. last night to get my son some food after his high school football game, appromimately 9:30 P.M. My family has been very loyal customers of this resturant since it opened. In fact almost to the point of feeling I own stock in this company, or should, to get some of my money back:) Unfortunately last night may have changed that. When we arrived, we went through the drive-in for quicker service. When the young person came over the intercom (00075/Samantha), I gave her my order. I said quote, (I would like to have the Roasted Chicken Bites combo with Fries and a Lrg Sweet Tea, and would like to order an extra fry, and that will be all". The employee, Samantha roughly and loudly repeated back my order. She repeated it exact, but stated I wanted a Dirty Rice as my extra side. I told her that was incorrect and that I had asked for a fry. Before I could get that out of my mouth, she said "I know that! Drive Around!! I said I want to make sure you have my order right was asking for the total so we could have the money ready when we got to the window. She again yelled at me to DRIVE AROUND!!! She was loud, rude, disrespectful and sounded angry that someone had dared to ask her if she had the order correct. Of course, this made me angry & you can best believe that I "DROVE AROUND"! When I approached the window, she was taking the order of the car behind me and I waited until she got through to say anything. She threw open the window and yelled my total at me! I ask her what was her problem and reason for the attitude toward me as the customer. I told her that I was making sure the order was correct. She didn't say a word except yelling how much the order was and snatched the money out of my hand and shut the window again. The window stayed partially opened so I told her that I didn't need to be treated this way & that there were too many places to eat in Greenville where I didn't have to put up with this crap! She shoved my food out the window!" I asked her if there was a manager on duty and could I speak to that person. She yelled out, "You Sure Can, You Sure Can" and slammed the window again. After a minute the shift duty manager, strolled up to the window slowly, dressed very sloppy, and partially opened the window, never leaning over to allow us to have a quite conversation. He asked me what I needed and I had to try to tell him about his employee through an almost closed window. He gave a half-***** apology like he didn't care and was just non-verbally telling me to shut up and go on. I repeated to him what I had told his employee about other eating choices and it didn't seem to phase him either. I will also be honest and tell you that I told him after seeing that reaction, "If that girl is still employed in the morning, then that would also tell me what kind of a manager he was and what type of resturant they were now running and the standards that the overall manager expected out of his people! I have been in management for YEARS and work with young people every day! They give you what you expect, if you respect tthem and hold them accountable and show them how yo . I have NEVER been treated like this by a company that has such low moral standards in my life. What was displayed to me last night, makes me wonder who is doing the interviewing, hiring, and tolerates this quality of service to their customers. Trust me, you want have them long and you have just lost a very loyal customer and his family. by the way....the order was still wrong after all that & I had to turn around & send my son in to get his correct beverage!! Absolutely pathetic and....the food was not hot at all!!! I am not ashamed to put my name, & address, because this was how it happened!!! I will see if Bojangles values their customers enough to follow up! From the amount of complaints received, whoever owns this company, had better take a hard look from the top down or their doors will join the many others....LOCKED UP PERMANENTLY!! We as the public do not have to put up with this!!! D. K. Quinn/110 Daughtridge Dr. Greenville, N.C. 27834.. This is where I MANAGE A BUSINESS and know what it takes to be successful. This morning a friend and I had our usual coffee and biscuit (we eat there three mornings a week)and could not drink the coffee. We were told that you had changed the brand. Please go back to the old brand. We could not drink it and we were not alone. This restaurant is on 3701 Memorial Drive in Greenville, NC. Other people there also returned their coffee. It was very bitter and had an after taste. They brewed a new pot for us and it did not make any difference. Thank you

I have eaten breakfast at my local Bojangles for years because the food and service were far above any of the other "fast food" places I could have gone. I like coffee with my breakfast and was happy with brand served. One morning I notice the coffee is terrible but I think I may have the bottom of the pot. Other people are complaining and nobody in the dining area was happy with this bitter coffee witch now is the norm. Call me when you change back. I can be reached at MacDonalds.

You know, I love going to Bojangles and ordering the roasted chicken bites. But I hate going up there 35 minutes before closing when my wife has the taste for an egg biscuit and they tell me their cleaning the grill. (Walkertown store) Why in the world can this be done after closing? Fresh biscuits all day? Don't think so. Not past 930 pm.....

CHANGE YOUR COFFEE BACK AS WHAT YOU ARE SERVING NOW TASTE LIKE A CHEAP BLEND. GOT GOOD BISCUIT AND GOOD CHICKEN BUT NOT THE COFFEE. HOPE YOU LISTEN IF NOT NEW LOYAL CUSTOMERS ARE HARD TO COME BY.

My husband goes to the Taylorsville restaraunt every morning. He enjoys the quiet time while he has his biscuit and coffee. For some unknown reason, you decided to change the brand of your coffee.....YUK he says it is really strong and very bitter. It leaves a taste in his mouth..... He is thinking of going somewhere else. We agree with the other senior citizens that have already commented on ur coffee. thanks for listening Normand Dessert

please change the coffee back to the way it was before we are senior citisens and have always loved your coffee the way it was.we cant drink it like it is now its so strong.its like crude oil to use.now we cant even dirnk coffee at our favorite BOjangles any more you know you stand to lose costomers. thanks Shirley.P

Please change the coffee back to the brand you were using before September 13, 2012. Most senior citizens who regularly eat breakfast at Bojangle's in Henderson, North Carolina are not able to drink the NEW blend. It is very bitter and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. We go to Bojangle's to socialize and drink coffee. We cannot drink this NEW blend. Thanks for letting us express ourselves.

Went to Bojangles in Hampton Va on Mercury Blvd. I will never go there again. They could offer me free food for life and I wouldn"t go there. Poor excuse for managers. Had a problem and spoke to a so called field manager of this store what a joke!!!! Nasty , rude people. Your food is not all that to put up with this!! Go back to school cause you suck at the job you got!!

Tinque,My heart goes out to you. There is NOTHING like the love of a dog. The description of Brandy rnmdeis me of so many broken souls that have come into my life. (Along with my full time job, I do full time rescue often having up to 20 animals on my property.) They just want love. Thank you sooooo much for believing in Brandy and having the patience to see her through. I'm certain she gave back to you a million times what you gave her. I am sorry for your great loss and I'm greatful that you shared your story.

I would like to give a compliment to the BoJangles at 1200 Burkemont Avenue Morganton, NC 28655. I am a volunteer Chaplain at Foothills Correctional Institution in Morganton. I asked the Supervisor, Michelle, if she could help me be able to get an even better price on chicken for a function at the prison. This restaurant went above and beyond the normal. They were so kind, courteous, even to helping me take out the boxes and put them in my car! I have always loved BoJangles, but because of this experience, I will be sure to make it my main quick stop for food and drink and I will pass on the compliments to all of my friends. Thank you, Lynne Gerami

I would like to say that the Walton Way store in Augusta has taken a drastic turn for the worst. I went into this location during breakfast, which seemed to be busy, and a cashier on the register did not have any idea what she was doing????? I almost was late for work since no one seemed to be helping the young lady. Finally a manager (black, female, short ponytail) came up front and loudly told the cashier what she was doing wrong. The manager was loud and to the upmost unprofessional. I assume anyone can be a manager now days? Turns out not only did I receive a headache from all the noise in the place but my grits were burn. I was a faithfull customer but now I will go to Mcdonalds across the street.

The Bojangles on Brambleton Avenue in Roanoke, Virginia has some of the worst customer service I ever experienced. For one, the two breast dinner always comprises one normal sized breast and the second is always half-sized with little meat. Second, the employees feel free to tell their stories without being prompted. On July 4, 2012, I went through the drive thru and when I approached the window to pay, the female cashier asked me what I thought about not getting paid overtime on a holiday. I just shook my head and while I paid for the order, had to wait five more minutes for the order all the while I could see my drink on the counter. The fries were not fresh. I wrote to Bojangles and left a complaint online but never heard back. I will never shop there again and I have no problems telling my friends: "NO MO BO."

I am a current employee at Bojangles, located in Greensboro, NC. The employee relationships are great, and so are the managerial relationships. The relationships with the customers are amazing! It keeps me coming back to work every time. Despite the positives, I would highly recommend that someone NOT work at this job, unless you know who your unit director is. My hours and payroll have been played with for the past 2 months, and I have shown consistent effort without ever uttering the words "I can't", "I won't", or "no." This has been an extremely frustrating experience overall, minus the relationships I've built working.

Being a baby-boomer, I still recall that long ago first introduction to the Bojangles biscuit when I fell in love with the toasty outside and butter brushed bread. Of course I know it isn't healthy! But heck, if I were looking for healthy I wouldn't be eating biscuits. LOL However, when I visit the store located at Lewisville/Clemmons Road I no longer find those scrumptious biscuits. They taste more like something that is pulled from the freezer and as for the butter .... WHAT BUTTER? There is no butter that I can detect on the bread. I have begun driving all the way into Clemmons so I can eat at the Biscuitville Restaurant where I get better food. It is really a shame that stores mess with a winning combination.

I wouldn't give any stars if that were an option. My husband and child were in our way home from the hospital after my husband had hand surgery and decide to go to bojangles in North Hampton Blvd. In Virginia Beach. We went through drive thru, placed our order and when we got to the window I realised I forgot to order a small fry. The manager was working the window, I told him i need to order a small fry, seemed easy enough. Well we only lived like 10 minutes from the store so we git our order and went home. We took our food out to eat and EVERYTHING was cold. We called the store immediately and ask for a manager. The manager got on the phone, my husband told him our food was cold, he said he couldn't do anything unless we brought the food back. FIRST OF ALL, THE FOOD SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN COLD, IT WAS A LARGE ORDER AND PACKED ALL TOGETHER SO NO WAY WOULD IT HAVE GOTTEN COLD THAT FAST. THE MANAGER DIDN'T WANT TI GIVE HIS NAME. MY HUSBAND ASKED 3 TIMES FINALLY WE GET THE NAME KEELING. WE COULDN'T TAKE THE FOOD BACK BECAUSE WE HAD A LONG DAY AT THE HOSPITAL AND SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GO BACK BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES. LATER THAT NIGHT I NEEDED MONEY TO RUN TO THE STORE, I GET THE CHANGE OUT IF MY POCKET THAT WAS GIVING TI ME BY THE MANAGER. MY ORDER CAME TO $26.24, I GAVE THE MANAGER $40 AND HE ONLY GAVE ME $3 AND SOME CHANGE BACK. THIS IS THE MANAGER, IF HE CAN'T COUNT CHANGE THAN HE DOESN'T NEED TO BE MANAGER, HE NEEDS TO BE BACK IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. WHEN I REALIZE I DIDN'T GET AL MY CHANGE MY HUSBAND AN I START CALLUNG THE STORE. ME ON MY CELL AND HIM ON HIS CELL. FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS CONTINUOSLY WE CALLED THE STORE, NOTHING BUT A BUSY SIGNAL. THE NEXT DAY WE CALL CUSTOMER COMPLAINT LINE. THEY TAKE OUR STATEMENT AND TELL US WE WILL BE CONTACTED AND GIVEN THE $10 THEY CHEATED US OUT OF. FOR A MONTH WE HEARD FROM NO ONE. WE CALL AGAIN, NOTHING. WE CALL THE STORE AND SPEAK TO ANOTHER MANAGER, BECAUSE WE WERE TOLD THE COMPLAINTS GO BACK TO THE STORE AND THEIR MANAGER OR FRANCHISE OWNER HANDLES COMPLAINTS. INITIALLY THEY WERE ONLY WILLING TO GIVE US 2 INDIVIDUAL MEALS. WE SPENT $26.24 AND THY KEPT $10 OF MY CHANGE AND THAT WAS ALL THEY WERE WILLING TO GIVE US. THE MANAGER SAID SHE SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AND IT WAS THE 2 INDIVIDUAL MEALS OR NOTHING. HE WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO CALL US. WE HAVE NEVER GOTTEN OUR MONEY THEY OWE US OR ANYTHING. THAT OWNER AND HIS STORE IS GIVING BOJANGLES A BAD NAME. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO ANOTHER BOJANGLES. FRANCHISE OWNER OF BOJANGLES ON NORTH HAMPTON BLVD. IN VA.BEACH VA. YOU ARE A VERY SORRY EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS OWNER.
