I just had a TV console delivered, they came on time 6:30, but were so loud. I live in an apartment complex and they assembled the piece outside and speaking in very loud voices. They did not put the piece together correctly and one shelf does not fit. When I called to complain the customer service department was beyond rude ! Never again, will I buy from Bob's !!!!!!!!!!!!

Consistently poor service, cheap products and disappointing results. I have settled into the idea that you "ALMOST" get what you pay for at Bob's discount. After dealing with perpetual missed delivery time, overbearing sales people on the floor, long waits for merchandise ordered, poor quality furniture and outright annoyingly irresponsible support staff one is left wanting for ANYTHING NICE TO SAY. I gave it a year after my last debacle with Bob's and even went to an entirely different store naively hoping that would make a difference. The problems with Bob's are systemic. Consistently poor, poor, poor and poorer. I guess I should thank them for being consistently and allowing me to buy from their competitors knowing I am getting a FAR FAR BETTER VALUE. Buying from Bob's is simply an unhappy, frustrating and disappointing experience; that I will not be repeating again.

As far as customer service the sales person was great even though we had a misunderstanding about a piece of bedroom furniture that was not with my order. But the furniture the was delivered was damaged and one piece was even finished. Now I have to wait another week for the new furniture which is supposedly suppose to be checked before being delivered because of the fact that people didn't do there jobs right! I have been doing business with Bob for 7 years and purchase two other bedroom sets, never had a problem. But now it seems that they don't want make things right they messed up ATMs we the customer has to suffer for it!. I have to borrow a air materess for my grand daughter to sleep on this weekend because she doesn't have a bed. I will not be doing business with Bobs again. My money is just as good sonewhere else with less aggravation!

I am very unhappy with Bob's I would never shop there again and I don't advise anyone else to do so. I have now been waiting to get a refund which I am more than sure they have delayed . The staff is rude and lack good skills this is a great place to waste your time and money. I would love to get a real person on the phone but all you get is a bunch of unkilled staff. This is an awful place

Goof proof is a bunch of BS. It is a total waste of money do not buy it. Guardian gives is so specific about how the damage occurred and if you pass the 30 day time frame you can forget repairs on the item.

DON'T DO IT. bob's has the POOREST FURNITURE QUILITY THAT QUILITY SHOULD NOT BE USED IN THE DISCRIPTION OF ANY FURNITURE BY BOB'S DISCOUNT FURNITURE. Discount is what you get in customer service, discount is what you get in materials use to build the furniture, and discount is what you get in overall experience. But you pay the same as anywhere else, so GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Poorest Service and Quility Furniture Ever. Dear other Sufferer's of Bob's They hung up on me again!! Keep documentation!! Write down every word spoken on the phone. You may go to small claims court. Attorney General is another idea, instead of just writing reviews. I did not even check reviews before I bought. I guess that was my mistake. Let's join together and report this somewhere it will make a difference. BBB, Attorney General, your local court. Thanks.

I ordered a bed left the store the next day I got a creepy feeling and cancelled two weeks I am still waiting for my money back and they had the nerve to tell me that they arent writing checks for another two weeks so I still have to wait REALLY $2100 or my cash money. UUUUggggghhhh now what

If I could give Bob's a rating below zero I most definitely would! You definitely get what you pay for ( and in the case of Bobs not even that!). What you save in dollars you more than pay for in frustration, inconvenience, and headaches! I have already started spreading the word about this crappy store, with it's crappy service and incompetent staff! Never Ever again!

Very unhappy customer- I have purchaed much furniture from Bob's and never had an issue til recent- I purchased a full size captain's bed for my duaghter which the frame broke and when I called Bob's i was told I needed to call protection plan Guardsman - which was a week later from the time of incident to the time they came out to the house- for them to only say call this number (protection plan) called was emailed a form and then was told there was nothing they can do becuase i did not call to report the incident, therefore i greatly suggest DO NOT PURCHASED THE PROTECTION PLAN becuase you will not be covered- from what i understand they have a bad rep-

Bought a Living Room set last November. When you go to the store the furniture looks great. When we received the furniture it has been scrapped on the coffee table and end tables and had wrips and burn marks on the coach set. I called Customer Service a few times and they had taken a little money off the set. They were suppose to come back and repair the rip in the coach but never came to fix it. My husband and I realized how uncomforable the coach set is. I went to the store where I bought the furniture to explain to them that I am unhappy with the set and all the sales rep could tell me is Bobs Furniture does not have any warrantly like this and there is nothing they will do. It is really sad that even though the prices are cheaper than most furniture places the quaility and Customer Service is poor. In today day many people do not have extra money to spend on expensive furniture. Whether you buy cheaper or high end items it should be the same level of Customer Service. Here I am writing to Coporate to explain my situation. I have no high hope. If Bob's furniture what the average person to buy there product, then maybe they need to spend the money of training there Customer Service and add a warranty team instead of opening another store.

I was about to go to my local Bobs to buy a recliner...I always have avoided this store bc ppl always say negative comments around town about Bobs furniture. My choices are Lazyboy or Stickly or Raymour and Flan...need less to say those retailers are costly...I almost fell for Bobs "don't pay the name brand mark up" ....Almost . Then I went to the Internet to read reviews....no other big furniture retailer has as many poor reviews. All of the bad reviews primarily focus on Bob's poor service and poor quality. Hey Bob ppl want affordable yes but they don't want cheap crap. I'll pay more up front at Lazyboy (not much more than Bobs btw) and I know my new recliner will last 10+ years. Thankfully I found these reviews first.

I've spent thousands of dollars at this store. When I've put in a claim I'm hold there is nothing they can do. When I contact customer service I'm given the run around or put on hold for hours at a time. Don't bother with "Ask Bob" because they don't reply to those either. I wil NEVER spend a single dollar in that place again. Hey Bob......BOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Mr. Bob Kaufman It is un-believable that you aren't doing anything about these complaints. YES! These are complaints. It is very clear that we as consumers need to file complaint with the BBB. Thanks for give me the opportunity to challenge you, but of course I don't expect you to be up for the challenge of making it up to your customers. Thanks, -just another ordinary customer looking for outstanding service after feeding your money hungry machine.

Stay away fromt the Rockville, MD store. Don't buy anything from any Bob's store. They upsell their funiture. A year later will look like you purchase at a yard sale. Bob Kaufman you are a con-artist and how do you sleep at night. Don't EVER buy their protection plan. They do not cover anything. They find excuses as to why eventhough you have the protection it is not cover. Bob you and your cronnies are horrible people.

Bob's is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. My wife and I thought we were buying leather couches. They started to crack and peal after a year or so. I spent $10,000 in one day at Bob's buying all the furniture for my house, three years later it all looks like SH*T. I don't know how this guy can do this to people and get away with it. This place is a total rip-off and they don't want to help you in any kind of way. They sit there and apologize, I don't want an apology! I want my money back! Bob you're a great liar and con-artist.

Bought a sectional sofa, recliners on outer ends. Bought the 5 year warranty at time of purchase. The recliner handle (plastic) broke on July 2nd, it' over 4 years old, so I called to have a service call done. Noooooo - not that easy: first you have to fill out paperwork and upload photos on the computer. Next, mail the form to Guardsman (why I don't know - it's the same exact paper on the computer). Now, wait for them to receive the paper via snail-mail. Now - have to get approval from the contractor they farm the work to. Finally, got to speak to someone there, and they need more pics from the tag under the chair. Jumped through that hoop - there is no tag under my chair. Hope they can figure it out from the invoice, sku number, and pictures of the chair and handle. BTW, appt for service isn't until 1st weekend in August - so, over a month where my recliner doesn't recline.....seems legit.
