Great customer service from male employee in MASON, Cincinnati, OH store. Special ordered duvet cover. Went out of his way to check various stock and special order. Very helpful.

i live in brunswick ga i went to your store saw a hamilton toster oven the display had a sticker normal 49.00 dollars sale 29.00 dollars im grabbed one in a box your manager got mad called me a few choice names than told me people that someone put stickert on wrong toaster but sticker was in clear plastic and clipped to the toaster someone working for you put that sticker on toaster and i was beening called names and kicked out of the store i will never make the money you have but best form of advertising is buy word of mouth. i thought your company was better than this i would rather shop at your store rather than walmart or sears kmart well you got me good this will not make any differance to you i am going to cost you a lot more than 29.00 dollars i thought your company was better than this steve

Customer service in Stafford Texas store and knowledge of coupons and products RUDE!!!!! Never will shop this store again. I will drive miles out of my way or pay more money for the product at other stores. Not sure how this store even stays in business!!!!

I like to acknowledge good customer service. Last January I bought a comforter at the north Lincoln, NE, Bed, Bath & Beyond but, not having bought there recently, I had been taken off their mailing list and didn't have a 20% off coupon.The clerk had me sign up, said I would get a promotion in about 6 weeks and to bring my receipt back for a 20% refund of the purchase price of about $100. Never got the promotion, so got screwed. Today I went to the south store, told them what had happened, and told them now I needed to get both wedding and shower gifts, and, if I signed up again and it took 6 weeks, I wouldn't get 20% off of those either before the wedding. The clerk (Kate) listened, checked what I had bought and said the comforter was now on clearance, so she would give me the difference in the clearance price and the original price plus the $20 I should have been refunded last winter. She also gave me 3 20% off coupons for immediate use. I am a forever fan of B, B and B and wrote of this great eperience on Facebook today! One friend told me she was going to shop there today as well. When you are on Social Security, every penny counts, and I am glad to know of a store that puts customer satisfaction first. I might add that it took Kate some time to track down my purchase with my credit card, but she arranged for other help for waiting customers and didn't rush me. What a wonderful store!

Super employees at the Arboretum store in Charlotte, NC. Two I had help me yesterday were Valerie Thompson and Tiffany Medley. They need to be commended for their customer service skills.

I faxed my resume to the Bellevue Store in Nashville, TN. I called and I asked if faxing the resume was possible and was told yes and was given a fax number. I was called the next day and was chewed out for faxing my resume. I have never been so rudely spoken to.

i bought sheercover at the homestead,pa waterfront store.it was the wrong color.so i exchanged it.the employee took the original receipt so when i went to exchange for the darker one.it didnt work so ireturned it to get my mponey back only to find out i had to take a store credit.the manager wendy was very rude.i had my bank statement and everything still nothing! im never shopping at that store again.rude employees n manager horrible attitude.even got smart with cuztomer service.but thats ok i reported her to corporate office n customer service reported her too.

Wow factor! I was very impressed with the service I received 4/14/12 I had phoned in earlier to get assistance with the bridal registery to see if items where available in the store, I spoke with Justin he was so helpful, I decided to go ahead to the store, when I arrived Justin assisted me in finding the items I had selected, such a courteous gentleman, in my opinion he went above and beyond. He carried the items up front to the checkout, the cashier was very nice ask if I needed the items packaged, a young guy came out and beautifully packaged the items for me, then ask if I needed any help out with the items. I am very pleased with the courtesy and prompt service that was provided to me at your bed bath beyond store in coconut pointe,Estero, Florida..I felt very comfortable with the assistance that was given to me by cashier named Charley, and manager Danny Paez .I am impressed at how the manager had everything available with such ease. I recently purchased a WOK at the Rochester Hills, Mi. store for my son's birthday. The handle was broken when we took it out of the box. My son lives in Holland, Mi. and took the WOK back to the store in Holland to get it replaced but they do not carry WOKS and he had to take a store credit. I was very disappointed that he didn't get his money back. He had a gift receipt. I spend a lot of money at B,B.& B and think that this is a very poor policy. As a paying customer that loves to shop your stores in Maryland the service is very poor are far as the way they treat there customer the store mgr stand at the front and he has a sad face not able to assist the cashiers as needed the second mgrwho is in charge he yells at the employee from the bridal room , the so call customer service mgr he is really a high paid cahier he has know athority at all , the floor mgr are nice stepany and jim the leads cashier are all crazy they use ther power over the cashiers and make them fill so small as a crumb , so I say that I am ther all the time and I talk to the employees alot and you can see that they need to go in as the undercover boss to really see how they treat there employees ,

I have a complaint for the selinsgrove pa store. An employee asked off because of plans made they were told they might have to work the morning but was told they would get out at 1 so they could make their event. The schedule comes out (late) and they weren't on the schedule then two days before they were added on without even asking. And did they get out at 1? Of course not! That is bad management this employee never calls off and never requests time off. I hear numerous stories about poor management from this store and if you guys really care about your employees you should look in to the management team at this location, From reading comments here this isnt the first against this store and if you allow it to continue it won't be the last. I think there needs to be a change. This date was requested 2 months in advance! Get out of the office and do your jobs!

I am the Husband of a Injured bbb "now" Former Employee. The Workers Comp Company in PA "DENIED" to pay for the reported, documented Injury, Thats a SPINAL INJURY! 8 months ago and DENIED MILAGE TO THE DOCTORS OFFICES, Approaching $1000.00 in milage alone. "NO Compensation at ALL." The ERIE Store and HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT and the PA labor dept Unemployment DENIED, PAID INSURANCE, A Recorded SPINAL INJURY is not a good enough reason to leave physical "ABUSIVE" work position at the Erie, PA store. After picking my wife up off the floor Because She is losing control in her legs I am DEMANDING Accountability! Please direct me to your accounts Payable department.

A lot of people on this site are complaining about he poor customer service they are receiving at Bed Bath & Beyond. As a former employee, I can tell you why. Employees who work for this retailer DO NOT receive breaks other than 1/2 hour if you work a 6+ hour shift. That's right folks, A 10 hour shift gets you 30 minutes to eat, drink and relieve yourself. Water is not allowed out on the sales floor which is understandable for some other retailers, but BBB is an extremely strenuous job. Store temperatures are controlled from the corporate office so if you have a 100 degree day, you are out of luck! If you need to use the restroom you must ask permission and if the store is slow enough, permission is granted. If you are working during the holiday season and it is very busy, be prepared for a killer bladder infection. It's happened several employees. When an employee is on the schedule for a specific shift, this is really not the shift they will be working. 2-10 means 10 is the earliest you will be leaving but you may have to stay until midnight depending on what manager you are working with. If you are lucky enough to work in a store where the managers have a family to go home to, that is a bonus. However, most managers are slaves to the job and really don't have a life outside of BBB. If a company treats their employees well, their employees will treat the customers well. So next time you are treated poorly in any retail store keep this in mind. Think about how happy you would be if you had to work a strenuous 10 hour shift all hot and sweaty with no food or water, and a bladder infection to boot! It's hard to fake happiness and sincerity when you are being treated poorly. The icing on the cake is; after a full day at BBB you get to clean the bathrooms!

Hi I received a remote control helicopter from one of your store in Connecticut I just open it after having it all this time and the remote control does not work on it it was a gift so I don't have the receipt .so does any of your stores still have these remote control helicopters or was this a seasonal item please let me know if you can help me . I recently made a purchase at your Goleta, Ca. location and want to thank Carol for her great act of kindness. After loading my purchase, in a very large box, into the back of my van and returning the cart I set off down the freeway on my next errand. Upon arriving at that destination I realized that I had left my purse in the shopping cart! I called the store and Carol put me on hold to run out to the parking lot and check on the forgotten purse. Fortunately, it was still there and she retrieved it for me. When I returned and offered her a reward she refused and simply asked that I pass on the good deed when the opportunity presented itself. So, kudos for a wonderful store and at least one outstanding employee!

I went to your Gurnee Mills Illinois store to purchase a grill, which you haven't had for months and its Christmas time, your store manager Darrin was so rude to me, I was appalled, I asked hime to order it and give me free shipping ( the least they could do) since they advertise it and do not have the grill) he kept saying how " I am not making any money on this " thats not my problem maybe you should have the products in stock!!!! Espically at Christmas!!! he is a jerk and I will never go to that store again, you really need to train him to respect customers!!!!! or put him in the stock room where he cannot speak to people!!!! I have never been spoken to that way!!!!!

Christ as we all know is the only Reason for the Christmas Season. However you go to the Bed Bath & Byond store right here in Tysons Corner VA, and you can't find a single Nativity Set, nor a Baby Jesus, or His HOly Name written in any plate whatsover. I enjoy shopping at your store on Summer Blvd in Raleigh, however, not pleased with one of your managers. I shopped at this location on 12-9-11. When I got home I realized that the top portion of my receipt was torn off and did not contain some information that I might need if I need to use the warranty on the electric blanket that I purchased. I know a copy of the receipt is always required. I immediately called the store and spoke with Maureen, who said she was the manager in charge. I explained my situation. She asked for some information from my receipt and said she would have it reprinted and mail it to me. That was on Dec 9, 2011. Today is Dec. 21 and I have not received the reprint. Obviously, this is not acceptable customer service, especially involving a MANAGER!! I need to know how we can resolve this issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
