My wife purchased a nitribullet for my birthday. Well when i opened it was used and the warranty card was even filled out. She said it was sold to her by a young man working the evening shift 10/18/2012 in Paducah Kentucky store. He told her it was the last one they and how they had just found it! Man it makes me worry about anything they sell, especially products that deal with food! Watch out!!!

My sister applied for Holiday part-time at a store in Illinois. She never heard back from them but her bank account soon became overdrawn with fraudulent purchases - traced back to the New Jersey office of Bed Bath and Beyond.

I find it so unprofessional and seemingly illegal that when employees request vacation time and are approved..that by the time their vacation comes around, the managers tell the employees that they can no longer have the days off that they requested! Don't you think that when they are taking time off that they are making financial arrangements to hold a vacation for those dates. You not only inconvenience the employee but you inconvenience their entire family as well as the financial obligation. The is mistreatment and abuse of the employees that work hard for your company. If I have to take further action to correct this unfair treatment...I will. I am not an employee but I am affected by your company when you take back your employees vacations that they plan far in advance for. It shows a huge lack of respect and appreciation for the hard working employees that you do have...and then you wonder why it is so hard to find good help...because the ones that really work hard for you are the ones that you run all over and switch up their schedules at the last minute. This issue should seriously be investigated!

I had a wonderful experience in the Long Island Store. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. I will reccomend Bed Bath & Beyond to all my friends!

Lush cosmetics is a bit exveisnpe, but worth every penny!The bubble bars last a long time if you have jets in your tub. just use a quarter of one and puff them up with the jets for 4-5 minutes! i love big blue bath bomb! the seaweed is so detoxifying!Lush is such a good store as far as enviroment is concerned. They barley use packaging, and most products are vegan. If you use a solid shampoo bar it lasts longer then a bottle of shampoo and is better for the enviroment. and even if you do buy the shampoo there you can bring it back for recycling!Yay lush! =]

My son returned a picture frame today worth 5.00. He had the receipt and Mitch the store manager indirectly accused him of stealing. My son said that he wanted a refurnd for the frame and actually had the receipt with the frame information on it. My son didn't have it in a bag when he entered the store, but clearly the frame is matching to the receipt so my son shouldn't have been given attiutude just because he is a teen. Not all teens steal. I am disgusted and am marching into that store to demand that Mitch help me understand why my son was harrased for returning an item with the original receipt. Unreal. I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to shop there and they will listen since they have teens too. Management should fire that manager!

I have several weddings and showers this summer. Your staff has been extremely helpful in choosing gifts and handling the gift wrapping. A couple of the items were awkward to wrap, but LUKE in Madison, WI did it and did it well! There was no "I can't do this" etc, he just tackled the task at hand and did a beautiful job. He graciously declined a tip but asked instead that I let corporate know how happy I am with his service. Great job, Luke!

They are so rude to their employees.

I was returning a item that i no longer had the reciept or the box for. It was in good condition a chair massager that was used once and my fiance didnt like. I went to the woodbridge store and the cashier ashley treated me as if I had stolen this item. When i told her i paid cash she gave me this loks as if she didnt think i had $100 cash. she took my license to see if i had any other store credits which i dont and then lied saying she needed a key from the manager when she had not verified the item or done any paperwork. The manager Jeff was very nice and found the item. Then they tried to tell me that i could only get $79 back since they had to assume i used a coupon. They only gave me back the full amount cause i told them i was going to call corporate which i am doing tomorrow. I used to work for this company and have freinds who still do who said that is not a real policy to assume you used a coupon.

I returned a lamp shade that I purchased in the Hawthorne CA store and went to Torrance CA store and they do not have lamp shades due to the size of their store. So an employee at the Torrance store who was very helpful pulled up what I could order on line and I places the order and it has been a nightmare ever since to track this item which was ordered on 7/9/12. Ended up calling customer service 3 times on different days to find status on the order and if it had a tracking number for UPS so I could track it myself. I shared with customer service that if I knew it would have taken this long to receive my order I would have cancelled it and gone to Lamps Plus where I could have bought a shade and taken it home with me. Customer Service said that it seems like the Nevada distributing center is backed up with orders and have not gotten to mine yet and they were sorry. I live right next door to Nevada and I have ordered other items on-line and received them faster then expected. It has taken the 7 day to follow-up on where my item is since there is such a delay in the Nevada distributing center. So I talked to the supervisor who gave me corporates telephone number and dialed 0 for the receptionist to transfer me over to customer service and it went to someone's v-mail. Called again and got No receptionist, it just rang and rang. Called back a third time and got the receptionist told them the problem of my call going to customer service voice mail and could I talk to the manager of customer service. Guess what folks? It went to voice-mail. If this is the Bed, Bath and Beyond concept of customer service, No Thank You! Cannot believe this run around and will never order anything from them again. If I can't carry it out of the store forget it.

I shopped in your Naples Florida store today and I must compliment your staff. the manager is doing a fantastic job. Every employee I passed in the aisles greeted me and asked if I needed any help and also asked if they could help me find what I needed. Finally a store who understands old fashioned customer service. Thank you so very much, and in case you wonder I do not know any employee of your store personally, nor am I related to anyone in your company.

I shopped at the store in overland park, and I really liked it. My only problem is as large as the store is, why not provide riding carts for the handicapped. I could not shop the whole store because of knee and back problems.

I would like to commend Richard Sweigart manager of the La Quinta California Store. He went out of his way to take care of an issue for me regarding a defective very expensive coffee machine. I had purchased two of them 1 for home and another for the office. One went bad and the manufacture (Krups) would not stand behind it, it was out of warranty and there was no person or company to repair it, as a matter of fact, they Krups had pulled the model from their inventory. Bottom line is that he went above and beyond for me> He took the pot back and was able to order a newer model and makeme whole on the tranaction. To me that is customer service. I felt compelled to write something good about a person a store ad its belief that custmer service is job 1. Its easy to compalain but lets take the time to say something good when its deserved. In this day and age of turmoil its nice to now there is a store and someone that gives a darn about making us the customer feel good about the experience of shopping at BBBY. Way to go Richard. Im a party planner in Illinois and this is the first time I purchased an item on line thru the store manager because they dont carry the item in the store. I paid for it on the spot and about a week later I get it at home only to find it had 50 pieces missing. I immediately called the 1800 go beyond number & get this nutty rep that kept making odd noises as she's looking up the item for me,sounded like I was speaking to a 10 yr old making rasberry mouth sounds. Then she tells me she cant do anything because they dont have any more, so sorry. I said "there are no more kits at all?] and she said "nope", like this was my problem and said I could send it back, I told her they were the only ones selling this and I really needed them, i was even planning to get another kit, so she tells me theres nothing that can be done. I asked for some kind of a refund to I can purchase the missing items in a craft store, she approved the shipping to be reimbursed but said it would take about 2 months. Are you kidding me? i didn't make BBB wait for the money, Why should I wait for compensation for a half ass product? Horrible first impression. Terrible service. Improve yourselves!

What a bunch of idiots.Why is it when we use credit cards we are treated like criminals.Why cant we use their products for a couple of weeks,like they do with our money before they decide to put it back on our credit cards.We wouldnt have to wait one second if we were the ones collecting the interest on it.The rich get richer and the poor get even, with crime.But they still question why,oh no they didnt listen again.
