worst company

This company I would not recommend to buying a car at autonation. I will never go to southwest dodge in Colorado again.

Horrible service AFTER the purchase

At North Richland Hills, TX store, they are MORE than willing to jump through hoops and make the deal "happen". AFTER the sale, they do not return calls, mislead you, give lip service and nothing but excuses. Think twice if you think you will need a question answered or a return phone call after signing the dotted line. AWEFUL SERVICE.

Liars and unprofessional

I purchased a 96 corvette that they said was a GS but foolishly I didnt do research until after the purchase, the first day it over heated and got the run around I did get my refund after I had a lawyer draft a letter- GM would not see me at all and they were very rude- clearwater and lexus of clearwater- it is a black vette with 2 red GS stripes that are fake and the car is passed around- it is now at port richey fla for 9,991- it will over heat, it over heated 3 times which is not good for the heads- my last time returning it I had no power- I feel sorry for who ever gets sucked into this- its fine for 30 minutes, anything more it over heats and they will say the gauges are old and not correct- service dept was even worse

Bad service and attitude

I was told something ahead of time that they would do to the car and was not fulfilled and was given run around when I came to pick up my car. The director of BMW OF DALLAS threaten me and told me he would call the police if I don't get out. I will never ever refer or buy any car from auto nation if I don't get an apology call.

Fraud! They brake the law!

A friend mine just moved to Colorado from Chile to give her handicapped son treatment only available in Colorado. She bought a car at an Autonation dealer in Denver. Because she spoke little english and the knew she was foreign, they took toal advantage of her. They told her it was the "LAW" that she had to purchase all of these extra option insurances for her car like windshield protection and theft protection. This is against the law!!! I told her to go back and complain about it to the GM, they kicked her out of the dealership. We will be contacting the Colorado Attoney Generals office.

Unethical

The people at Autonation honda Chandler tried robbing me not only once but twice. If i could give Autonation Zero stars I would! When asked for a second chance, I gave them a second chance and was told things were wrong with my car that werent. I know this because I became very aware on how their business pratices are thus did not believe what they were saying and paying out almost $900.00 for an unnecessary car repair. When I spoke with the GM of the dealership he did not resolve the problems either. I cannot believe such a large company like autonation is hurting for money so bad that you need to take advantage of customers so bad. Thank God I will never have my car serviced here ever again and nor will any of my family members. Any other cars I buy in the future will not be purchased at an autonation dealership and or serviced at one.

Worst experience EVER

Bought a used car at this dealership on June 14th -- supposed to be "Certified" but have no idea what that really means at all as I drove the car off the lot that first day and it's been at their repair shop ever since. One thing after another kept breaking and/or needing to be replaced. Can never get in touch with someone and constantly leaving voicemails... an actual mechanic could have fixed this car in less time. So far it's been 6 weeks! Would be one thing IF they had under-promised and over-delivered, but so far it has been the reverse. Very frustrated!

poor experience

Based on these reviews and from experience, it appears that AutoNation has a serious problem with the way they are perceived on a national level. We were insulted by the Finance Director at the location in AZ we went to. Not good AutoNation. These guys just don't care at all and have no compassion to even want to help people.

Dishonest

I was trying to purchase a 2009 M3 BMW at Auto Nation Mitsubishi in Houston, TX. I received false information on the vehicles I was trying to purchase. The service I received from their sales associates was unreliable, inconsiderate, and disrespectfully. I will never recommend anyone to deal with dishonest and inconsiderate sales associates ever.

Thieves

I got robbed and lied by AutoNation Chevrolet west colonial drive orlando. The worse experience of my life. They are liars, use condescending and rude attitude and will sell you a bad car taking advantage of your lack of knowledge. Don't buy ANYTHING from these thieves!

Bad service department

As far as the sales team goes at Auto Nation Memphis TN they were great. But as far as the service department goes they are the worst service department this side of the MS river. They don't want to help you and could care less if you come back. I worked for GM for 25 years in service and this dealership takes the cake.

apparently no one at autonation cares about your issues...its the same with how their employees are treated at their service center

General Sales team

Auto Nation Weston Toyota has a very bad sales leadership team. Condescending, rude, arrogant and deceptive are my words to describe these people. I will not buy a car from this dealership until the management team changes. Surely Toyota can find more ethical people to run its dealerships.

Return Policy

This is the worst place I've bought a car from. I really don't understand why they say you have to sign a form for the 3 day or 150 mile return policy at Autonation Chevrolet in Austin TX.

2nd purchase happy

Just bought a used 2006 honda Insight. Very happy with sales staff at automation 104 in Denver area. Fidel and Chilly made a otherwise hard purchase experience tolerable.

furious !

Autonation green acres, had my Jeep for 11days only to fix a leaking hard top.was told after 11 days they couldn't find the electric problem because they didn't have the equipment to find the problem ! So now I have to go to a different dealership ! They insult your intelligence !

Very bad experience

very bad experiencewas promised by the salesman things that he could not uphold drove two and a half hours to purchase a vehicle and was very very let down not due to credit but due too salesman not wanting to work with us over a $60 change in payments staff was very RUDE

poor customer service

I bought a small 2012 truck less than a year old, two things were missing, the spare tire and the operator books and information. I was told there was no spare available and if I wanted one it would cost me $960.00 extra. Its has been two months and I still have no operator manual as I was promised. I went to another dealer here in PHX and they sold me a spare tire from an old Silverado truck in their yard for $150.

Dealership

All AUTONATION USA dealers have the worst service and the worst trades for your car, They give over 3,000 + dollar less then its value and they keep you at the dealer over 3 hours just to give you a price to waste your time and they're prices away higher than other dealers. I won't recommend to deal with any of they're dealerships.
