The service I received was less than poor. During the installation off my service the tech appeared at my front door on his cell phone. it was a personal call and he never got off. after the "installation" my phone and internet were not connected. when asked why, the tech circled a phone number and requested I contact customer service. the tech "disappeared". i had to raise holy hell. when i attempted to have new service it took me 2 hours with a customer service rep. I was issued 2 different phone numbers and the order was never completed. i had to go online to place an order for new service. at&t offers poor service not quality service.
