glich in their system changed my number. now I have to purchase minutes to update the new number with all my contacts

I have been trying for 3 months to get my phone apporvied and have been turned down for one thing after another only to be denied even though i have sent in all the info 6 to 8 times over. This is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Lousy to deal with.

over a period of 78 days, Assurance had me copy bills from utilities and fill out forms only to deny me for one reason or another. No matter what they asked for I sent it. They are an out and out fraud.I am a senior citizen who is hurting badly financially and they have treated badly by not allowing me the lifeline phone tthe govt. pays them to provide.
