I purchased the iphone 4s on the 08th June 2012, This phone has a problem with the home key not working which requires the handset to be turned off and then back on to go back to the home screen. I have spoken to and been into the local apple store in Perth Western Australia who I found to be the most rude arrogant bunch of arseholes I have ever come across. The australian apple headquarters are not interested, as is the technical support team. Apple corporate headquarters is not interested as it was sold in australia. This company may manufacture a supposed high end product, however it's products are useless without the after sales support if there is a problem and considering the lack of support that I have received and the blatant rudeness that I have received from this company, i will not ever purchase a product from apple again and neither would I recommend that anybody purchases apple products as until apple lift their game and start providing a modicum of customer service they are a waste of oxygen.

Just want to say I lovd apple til I had problems with my iPad 2 finally after replacing the iPad apple directed me to a supervisor (tech) we tried everything even why the developers wanted us to do. Now my only option is to have another replacement? . NO I demanded my money back and now I get no response from my tech Benjamin Wood. I'm completely irritated disappointed with apples service and I no longer want it. I would like some answers. The show me they do not care what their customers want. My grand daughter received her ipod touch for christmas. A two year warranty was bought. She was trying to hurry to the bus stop and her ipod touch fell out of her back pack and the screen cracked. I took it to the ups store and sent it off like they said to do. We got it back and they would not fix it. They said their machine read that it had gotten wet. She never had it by water. They said we could send it back and starting at 100.00 they could charge for diagnostic test and then work on it. I thought Apple was a much better place to purchase items from but we see they are all about money. I am extremely irritated and there seems to be noone that you can really talk to.

Why does Someone's Stolen ipad -show it's in my house ? And it is not ! And just 9 mos ago - someone's stolen iphone - did the same thing . Please help me If anyone knows why this keeps happening at my Residence. I don't even own a Apple product .It is So upsetting . What is causing such a tracking GPS Error. ? ? ?

I was given an IPad 2 by the youth ministry at my church. They did alot of fund raising to be able to afford to give me an expensive gift. I have had it now for about 11 months. About 2 days ago my iPad slipped out of my case and fell on my concrete porch. Needless to say my screen cracked. I go to the apple store to inquire about it being repaired. Upon arrival and speaking to a representative I am told that the screen not under warranty because I don't have apple care plus. So I asked if I could purchase it, I am told that this wasn't available when purchase was made. And it is not compatible for my device. I feel this is unfair, whether I have iPad 2 or 3, the same perks and warranties should be made available to every customer. I wasn't even given the opportunity to even purchase the protection for my device. So the owners of iPad 2 and under are just out back. Does not seem fair to me. I am not even trying to get a free pad but treat me fairly and give me the same option as the owners of the more recent iPad owners. I am willing to buy the apple care plus and pay the replacement fee of 49.00. This is NOT fair. So I am contacting my local news station in efforts to be heard and make my concerns public. Apple should not be able to treat hard working people like this! Just want to be treated fairly!!!!

Ever since your overseas flunkies have tracked my computer trying to sell me your new Mac fixer - my computer has delayed emai; safari does not quit when directed to, etc. Have your flunkies quit the harrassment.

I wish to thank Thomas Delvtio of Pioneer Place Apple store for his excellent salesmanship and skillful knowledge of products. My iphone 4s had no sim card when purchased and I wanted to continue using my Mobile carrier. He assisted me in fitting my sim card for the slot (card needed resizing via a card cutter)and it works perfectly now. Cudos to his customer satisfaction efforts.

I will never buy another Apple product until Apple prove to the world that they have more than fairly treated their workers by improving their conditions.

i wanted so much to speak with an investor relations person to discuss what happened to the dividend touted in a march news letter on the apple stock...we bought it at that time for $599 because of the dividend...would like to know what their plans are.....i was put into a voice mail line...not satisfying at all...the stock is melting as i write!!

i purchased an iphone 3gs 16gb when it first came out. recently this phone decided to go for a swim. i contacted apple for a replacement and they agreed for a fee of $198au. i sent my old phone back, to 1 week later recieve a replacement. turned it on and regestered it and activated it but guess what, this phone had a firmware error. so i contacted them again and once again had to send it back and wait another week for a replacement. my now third phone arrives. i open it up activate it and what i cant unlock it. so i go to the local phone store and they tell me this unit has a faulty digitiser(touchscreen). so i contact apple and demand a refund n they tell me i have to send this back and recieve another replacement. what can i do to get a better outcome???? i am over apple and will never purchase another apple product.

Let me start by saying I have been a very happy Apple consumer owning an I pod nano, a thick 32gb 4 generation I pod, 2 I pod touch an I pad, and 2 I phones in my household and I do not get tire of using or bragging how simpler they make life by saving time, given directions finding a world of information on line and using apps, so there I was laying in bed when this marketing idea hit me and any one who depends on their imagination application those night brainstorms are the ones that make a difference who could I hit with this information to see if it takes us somewhere. Got The Ipod for my 18yo Grandson for Christmas.He purchased a Griffin cover to protect it. But all his friends,and the folks at the small Apple store said it is better protected in the Apple Otter.Well, guess what!While doing one arm push-ups that Otter protected Ipod slipped out of his pocket,hit the ground,shatter the screen. How disappointing to find out Apple does not stand by their products.I could drive 45+miles to the bigger Apple store and for 100$ get a new one.OR, as suggested by Apple 1-800# Customer Service pay 120.$(figure that, its more that half what I paid for the thing in the 1st place.) The Ipod has been used for less than 4months. For his Graduation we HAD plans to purchase him the Smartphone. Now that I feel I have taken a bite out of the Apple,only to find out it had a very sour taste to it,I won't be recommending anyone to purchase their "fruit"-Ipods,phones,or anything else. By the way this is the oldest grandchild.....the other "8" won't get anything with Apple on it!I am not satified with their products,or their customer service.

Apple Corp. Re-complaint - iPod Touch Approx. 2 month ago, I sent an email to Apple re: broken glass face on my grandsons iPod Touch. He is 12 years old. I’m still awaiting a response.. He fell on his bike the iPod flew out of his pocket and hit the curb. This is the second time he has broken a face glass. The first time he just dropped it. Cost me a $100.00 to replace it, on top of the $200.00 to purchase it from Wal-Mart for his Christmas. Having worked with Plastics and Glass for over 15 years at Sierracin Corporation as Project Engineering Manager, I feel this is a design flaw. Still awaiting a response.
