| THIS COMPANY HAS RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT SHOW THEY HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE PEOPLE THEY SERVICE. THEIR BOTTOM LINE IS MONEY. THEY KNOW PEOPLE NEED ELECTRIC POWER. THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU EAT OR HAVE OTHER BILLS. YOU CAN STARVE AS LONG AS YOU KEEP THEM PAID.THEIR COUSTOMER SERVICE REPS SOUND LIKE THEY ARE TRAINED TO SAY WE CAN'T HELP.THEY USE COMPANY POLICY AS THEIR EXCUSE. IF YOU FREEZE THEY DON'T CARE. THEY JUST DON'T CARE END OF STORY. | |
