Ordered a viola for my granddaughter. Put my street address as delivery address. We live in a rural area and have boxes as well as street addresses. I received an email from Amazon that the viola had been delivered. We waited all day and it had not arrived. I went online and double checked the delivery address only to discover that FedEx had delivered it to the U.S. Post Office as Amazon had changed the delivery address to the post office. This happened on a Saturday, holiday weekend, so post office was closed for three days. FedEx dropped the box off outside the post office in the elements where it remained until Tuesday morning. When I went to the post office, they informed me they are not allowed to accept packages delivered by other carriers nor are they permitted to deliver them to homes. The large box had even been opened and pilfered. This is unacceptable. For years, I have ordered from Amazon and had merchandise delivered to my home address with no problems. I will think twice before ordering from Amazon again.

Ever since we joined the Amazon Advantage Program, or should I call it "Amazon Disadvantage Program", we have nothing but confusion in our orders and very confusing and airy fairy responses to our emails - mainly form responses. We ran a campaign on Sept 21 and our book went to number one in two catagories. We have sent them with their purchase orders about 50 books of which 28 were sent back to us. The order on our store says out of stock. They really have a problem with their warehouse and customer service. Everything has to be done through emails. Absolutely no presonal contact at all. PLus with the Advantage program they are receiving 55% of my sales. They need to seriously take a look at the way they are doing business and get it straightened out or there could be lawsuits in their near future

NO one will ever call you back!!!!!

Awful! Awful! Awful! Been well over a month since these asshats stole money from me and refuse to open my account back up. I purchased two items on their website using gift cards. They told me they want my bank info as well as other personal info. Not the scam deal either, this comes directly from their 800 # customer service folks. When i told them they were enfringing on my privacy asking for info that had nothing to do with my account or purchase, they told me someone would call me back within 24 hours. This same situation happen about a total of 15 times in one month. Just got off the phone with them, its now the 16th time and no answers or refunds. Just a suspended account and they stole money. I call for a congressional hearing into their buisness practices!

Amazon is the worse consumer I have ever dealt with period! The customer service is most likely outsourced becuase nothing ever gets resolved because no one understands the issue. Highly upset!

Should change their name to Amazon-Care-Nothing, or Amazon-Do-Nothing!!! Have bought items in the past that have been shipped as "rocks in the box" instead of the item ordered. They have shit-for brains Security in their warehouses, as this has happened twice to me. They then, demanded the items I found in the box being shipped back, before they would refund my Account. Since they claimed that they did not have a replacement for what I Ordered, at the price I Ordered, I still got NOTHING. Now I find that a hard drive I bought from a Vendor had it's warranty removed by the Factory, and was somehow stolen from the original store that bought it from the factory, and sold to me. Amazon will not honor it's Buyer's guarantee since the sale was over 90 days ago. Talk about catch 22!! You can call these assholes all day and night, they will NOT get "back with you" to resolve anything.

There is no star for their behavior. In my opinion they are bunch of THIEFS. They cancelled an order but charged it to my credit card. The refuse to refund it.

I have never dealt with a company that careless more than Amazon. I have heard get your school books from amazon they are the cheapest and now I see why. You might not get the damn book. I cant get my book nor a refund for it. I'm going to try the corporate office and see what I get. Never again!!!!!!!

I have been told a different story every one of the 15 times I have called customer ..I call NON service, because I never receive service when I call regarding Amazon's book buy back program. I have been waiting over 3 weeks when they promise per their web site 3 days and I still have not been paid. I called the corporate office number hoping for assistance there but I think it all a sham because not one at corporate was able to assist either they refered me right back to the place that I have already called 15 times. DO NOT TRADE WITH THESE THEIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I eill never use again.

My order never arrived. I spoke with "Customer Service" reps twice who, even with a tracking number, were unable to figure out how to track my package. The tracking information was stopped after two days with the entry, "incorrect address". What did that mean? Did they deliver the package to an incorrect address? If so, why didn't they retrieve it and redeliver it to my correct address. Amazon's customer service staff is unable to provide help of any type. They lost the sale and more importantly, they lost a good customer. I found the product I tried to order from Amazon at a local store and will not subject myself to Amazon's totally inept support staff which included "Chris" and supervisors "Edward" and "Jindal". It was very difficult to understand what "Edward" was saying. He pronounced the city name, "Venice" as "Veneeesee". How can Amazon's customer service staff support customers if they don't have basic knowledge required for their jobs? I'm done with Amazon for good. There are other, more reliable on-line merchants who will get my future on-line business.

Beware of these thieves, and specifically their FBA Fullfillment by Amazon program. They "lost" over 200 items valued at $6,000.00 It has been well over a month and they have not credited my account. Customer service just gives me the runaround (been calling 2x a week). They are thieves and liars. I'm in the process of filing a small claims lawsuit to get my money back and came across this page, needed their corporate phone number. Amazon will screw you over, it's only a matter of time. BEWARE! Don't trust these people with anything you can't afford to lose!

IF THERE WAS A LOWER RATING THAN 1, THAT'S WHAT I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY. TODAY I JOINED THE --"HAC"--HATE AMAZON CLUB. I HAVE BEEN A FAITHFUL BUYER AND PROFESSIONAL SELLER FOR THIS COMPANY SINCE 2006. I HAVE HAD A 100% RATING--WITH NO COMPLAINTS. WITH OUT -ANY NOTICE- MY LISTINGS AND SELLER ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED, WITH NO REASON GIVEN, EVEN WHEN REQUESTED. THEY LOCKED ANY AND ALL FUNDS DUE ME. HERE'S A COMPANY THAT OUT SOURCES IT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO COSTA RICA--GIVING AWAY 250 JOBS-THAT SHOULD BE GIVEN TO AMERICANS. I WILL DEFINITELY NO LONGER PURCHASE--ANY THING--THROUGH AMAZON. I AM FILING A LAWSUIT TO OBTAIN THE RELEASE OF MY MONEY BEING HELD BY AMAZON--PART BEING $318.52 THAT WAS PAID FOR ITEMS THROUGH ONE OF THEIR SELLERS-AND AFTER RECEIVING FUNDS FROM MY CREDIT CARD,NOTIFIED ME THAT THE SELLER, DID NOT HAVE THE ITEM ORDERED, IN INVENTORY. IT DEFINITELY GIVES AN INDICATION OF FRAUD. HERE IS ALSO A COMPANY THAT MAKES IT--IMPOSSIBLE--TO CONTACT--ANY PERSON OR ANY CORPORATE OFFICE, NO MATTER THE SUBJECT. LASTLY THE COMPANY IS UNFAIR TO CUSTOMERS, SELLERS AND DOESN'T DESRVE THE U.S.CUSTOMER.

What customer service? WARNING !! stay away from 3rd party seller xtreme bike and sport, they lie about customers and are shsters and AMAZON does nothing about it! THIS BUISNESS IS LIARS AND ARE RUDE AND DISHONEST never never BUY ANYTHING FROM XTREME BIKE AND SPORT. THEY SAY THEY ARE DOING A INVESTAGATION , WE WILL SEE . I AM WARNING EVERY BIKE BLOG, THREAD, WEB PAGE THREAD, WEB FORUM ABOUT CYCLING STAY AWAY FROM XTREME BIKE AND SPORT!!!

Amazon not only screws their customers but also screws their sellers. I saw a posting where an Amazon buyer related how he had ordered a book, did not like it, but apparently still read it and wrote a review about it, but then got a refund for the book trhough Amazon!!! No bookstore would ever allow a scam like that.

Everyone has a right to their own opinion but no one has a right to be wrong about the facts. Pastor Adrian Rogers

Since Amazon's CEO and founder and his wife want to spend their money funding immorality with their support of homosexual marriage, I will take that into consideration when I decide to place future orders. Mr. & Mrs. Bezos will one day stand in front of the God of the Bible and have to answer for promoting what God calls wrong. I hope they both come to Biblically believe in Jesus for salvation before it is too late. It is the only way to heaven and eternal life.

Just heard on this morning's news broadcast that Amazon has decided to donate a large sum of money toward the Gay right's agenda and let it be known to the general public. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but it disgusts me that Amazon has now openly pledged money to support the gay agenda. Can we now look forward to other business owners making known their personal views on gay rights in the future, with the public boycotting or protesting their businesses based on a conflict of moral opinons? It sure looks like were headed this direction these days... I am not a gay rights supporter and yes, I'm entitled to my opinion, which is based on my religious beliefs. I have never felt it necessary to share my personal thoughts about it before with anyone outside my family and friends for several reasons. Chiefly because the gay's don't respect the opinions of anyone opposed to their lifestyle, and go to great lengths to bully (or worse) those who don't share their beliefs, i.e., what they are now doing to the Chik-filet business owners. Walking around with signs that say it's wrong to "hate". Gays seem to always negatively eggagerate the opinions of others purposely, trying to define anyone who doesn't aggree with them as hate-mongers, through intimidation and ridicule. Yet gays demand respect but they sure don't seem to respect the opinions of others do they? That makes them hypocritical doesn't it? No, I don't hate gays. I can say I've defended a gay man (a temp I hired at my work years ago) after I noticed a few employees making fun about him, behind his back. I stepped in and made sure it stopped immediately; I even lent him lunch money when he had none. I don't have a problem associating with a gay either. I just don't agree with their lifestyle. I don't try and convert them either; I just try and relate to them as another human being. When I seem gays protesting in public, on the streets, outside business establishments they don't like, effectively trying to bully them into submission, that angers me. That's just plain wrong. I don't publically protest gays or feel it necessary to demonstrate against on the streets because I respect their right to free will, as long as it doesn't harm others. Why then, can't gays respect the rights of those who don't agree with their lifestyle instead of trying to ruin their business by bullying them in public? I will NEVER change my mind about the fact I think the gay's lifestyle is morally wrong, because I don't make the rules, God does. He intended for a man and a woman to marry as it's written in the Bible. Therefore, Amazon is as morally confused as the gay's are. Because Amazon also finds it necessary to publically announce their donation of money to support the gay lifestyle and their demands on government, I've decided it's time for me to start speaking up then, as should all others who don't support gay lifestyle because I will not quietly watch gays and/or their supporters try to influence others through manipulation or bullying or worse behavior, anyone who disagrees with their lifestyle, any longer. It's time I voiced MY opinion. Therefore, I will boycotting Amazon.com now and forever and any other business who defends gay rights, through public displays of monetary contributions, protests, manipulation or bullying. No, I'm not driving up to Seattle to bully protest outside their corporate headquarters but I can choose to NOT visit their website or make purchases from their stores ever again, can't I? These are MY rights and I'm sticking to them. If you can't respect them, then too bad - that's your problem.

Amazon is a company that cons its customers to no end. I am going to file a small claims law suit for $10,000 for punitive damages against them for not paying me for an EBay vender who ripped me off for $159.00. Amazon processed my charge in turn they pay the vender. Amazon HAS to refund your money not the vendor that screwed you. My credit card company has confirmed their illegal stunt and credited my account with no questions asked. Do to the massive fraud Amazon has commited any judge will definitely rule in your favor. I already know all of Amazon's banks. They can not afford their attorneys running all over the US dealing with thousands of judgments. If 10,000 customers file similer law suits the cost to them will be $ 100,000,000 ( one hundred million dollars ) Their attorneys could not even begin to deal with the suits. I have been involved with this before with a group of homeowners as well as myself, who had a neighbor in the development who would not cut her weeds and had trash in the front yard. Most of homes in the neighbood were over $2,000,000 each Over 100 homeowners in the development filed law suits for $7,500 each and all of them won their individul suits based on the fact she violated the CC&R's as well as the city ordinance. The homeowners were awarded $ 750,000. She lost her home just because she did not want to cut her weeds down. When people assemble in numbers the results are very powerful. Class action suits are all crap. Your part is $1.50 of the millions of other in the suit. The attorneys win win win. That is my way to deal with Amazons tatics.

This company has no clue on how to handle customers. I've been a loyal customer for years. No more. You can't even talk to a person. I think their corporate headquarters doesn't even exist. NEVER AGAIN!
