| I recalled seeing the founder of ACT-1 receive an award for her service to the community in providing jobs to so many people through out the years. At that time, I was employed. I am now one of the people that have been implacted by this down economy & did seek out employment at your company on several occassions. No one ever contacted me from either location & when I followed up, I was told that your company really does not have any client request for "Finance or Project Management". My last position was as an Administrative Assistant but they felt that my responsibilities were targeted more to finance & asked me to change my resume. Even after the change, I never received a call, interview or assignment. There are so many people out of work & aggressively seeking employement but if you have recruiters that automatically dismiss them based on assumptions, they will never find work.I am writing in because based on my personal experience, I do not feel that your staff in California has lived up to the expectations of your brand. | |
