i am amazed that the red bluff california store can be so rude and can charge off my bed and take it stright to my credit when my bed i was buying had beejn broken nand was not wasnt even being useed cuz it was broke they tricked me on getting furtniture back from me and lied to me about using the money from my coach as a payment or given tjhe money back to me the said thimgs that werent true

Poor Product and Service to Match

I puchased a chair for my husband for our 21st anniversary in February 2013, they brought me a defective chair. When I contacted them regading they appeared as if they wanted to assist me with this matter. Well several months and several phone calls later, today is May 6th and I still do not have the chair. This chair has been sitting in the warehouse in the very store that I ordered it from for over a week now.......supposed to be delivered today, we will see. I am amazed at the rudeness of this customer based business.

I have bought and paid for 2 big screen TVs,1 bedroom suite,2 refrigerators,1 of them stainless steel,1 set of washer and dryer.after John left my local store it went to hell quick.I will never buy anything else from there.

Mentor Office does not respect Bankrupcy chapter 13 federal law. Continues to call me for payment even tho Devon received the filinging papers from the Court.

First off getting my bed and tv delivered was a F'ing joke. Was suppose to be here by noon didn't show up til 5:30PM... Now I am returning the bed. They were suppose to be here yesterday, never showed up. Of course they had an excuse for that. Now, they aren't coming today either. I refuse to make a late payment on the TV that I planned on keeping. Thinking I just need to send back all there sh*t. I bet if I missed a payment they'd be here on time to get there stuff. Over it!!!

Incompetence!

Took out bill consolidation loan. One of the bills I was paying off was Aaron's for my laptop. All my creditors took the checks written out to me and them. I endorsed the checks and gave them to the creditor, they in turn endorsed them and credited my account. Not this idiot! He glanced at the check and said "we don't take two-party checks". It's not a two-party check halfwit!!! Will never do business with Aarons ever!!!

BAD Service

OK I'm a little bit pissed off! First off the Aaron's in Deming is a freaking joke they lie take 2 weeks to receive ne little coffee table and take all day to deliver a little coffee table I had been promised a drop off time of 11:00 am I planned my day around it well guess what they gave me every excuse in the book I'm still waiting for my coffee table if it doesn't get here today I'm going to tell them to take all the stuff back and ill go buy furniture somewhere else I'm livid!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They took a payment off my card twice, overdrew my bank acct then gav me the run around about my refund. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! I'm only giving it 1 star because the site makes u pick a rating, if 0 was an option that would be my rating.

Bad service

I have been calling aarons for 3 weeks about my washer I got two call backs finally this week getting the dang run around then they tell me they will bring me a loaner today and have mine fixed. Well a young kid shows up that has no loaner??? listens to it says nothing is wrong... My clothes are coming out dirty and its been making a noise....... Back to square one

A friend and I shared an acct. I was the primary, when I let my tv go back to the store the other person on the acct went back without my knowledge got the tv, took himself off the acct and left town. Even though I was not there they are trying to get me to pay. I refuse to do so, because I returned the merchandise it's not my fault they gave it to someone else.

More calls AFTER payoff

I will NEVER use Aaron's again. I received harrassing phone calls from them each month because their computers were wrong and had the wrong due date. EVERY month they would call and even show up to my apartment and then have to apologize for the misunderstanding. I couldn't take it anymore so I took my tax money and paid it off because I was so sick of dealing with them. I have received 4 threatening phone calls about a "late payment" since I have proof I've paid it off!!!! I have contacted my BBB and called the company. Save your money. They are a scam anyway.

over charging people

why come i been dealing with theses people in whiteville nc for the past 3 yrs or better, and bow the closer i get to paying my bill off the more they are charging me! last month after making my payment that left me owing this store 123 and some odd change! ok my monthly payment is 70.43, why i sent 66.00 on the 17th of april, they are calling me everyday to tell me that i need to pay them 32.00 more plus on the next payment i need to pay 101.26! that adds up to about 200.00! how does 123 turn ninto 199.00 n sum change! these people r totally shitting people outta their money! i would never recommend anyone else to them!!!! NEVER

Horrible Company

I will never use Aarons again. There collection tactics are ruthless. I have been a good customer for about 2 years now and have fallen some hard times. I am 6 payments away from owning the product. I made an arrangement to pay then the manager calls me the next day stating that he can't except the arrangement. So, now he is threatening to take the product. Are you kidding me.

terrible customer service

Never in my life have I had such poor customer service, the Bismarck north Dakota Aaron's sales and lease has to be the worst people I've ever had to deal with while trying to return an item. 8 months pregnant and I had to get a truck and return my things myself, because the manager refused to come pick them up. This is such poor management, she was rude and unwilling to make an effort to do her job.

Quality of furniture garbage

Bought a bedroom set from them paid it off in six months had it for about 61/2 months and the draws all kept breaking

Damage to home

My father had rented furniture from Aaron's for a few years it was a used couch and chair in which the springs kept breaking. My father had finally gave up on them and told them to come get their junk in which he has been making payments on as well as the insurance that you pay that is included in the payments you make in case of damages,fire or theft. When the delivery guys came to pick up the furniture they ripped the aluminum off of his out side screen door and refuses to have someone come to fix it due to the fact that they said my father had ruined the furniture that was already ruined and called about numerous times. I think this company by the looks of it needs a good law suite brought up against them. I will be in that store come Monday morning and if I get no results and my fathers door fixed a lawyer will be contacting them. I am very fed up with these losers trying to take advantage of the elderly.

False Reporting To Bureaus

Don't buy from these guys. I paid my account in full and have the cancelled check to prove it but the continue to report the credit bureaus that this account is charged off with no payments. I have since taken this to a legal matter against them. If you want a disaster then do it.

Never Returning Customer

It's amazing how many reveiws on this page are about the lack of customer relation skills among the many individuals that you staff at your various store locations. Therefore, all can't possible be lies, allegations or exaggeration. Obviously customer satisfaction is far from the priority of your corporation. Without the customers, there would be no Aarons.Therefore, customer satisfaction should be prided and not taken for granted or down played. Although you offer a simple hassle free buying experience without the typical required guidelines of most leasing programs, the unprofessionalism and down right rudeness of those you employ is intolerable and unacceptable. As a returning customer, my most recent experience here in Columbia, S.C. has been my worst. As the customer, I was inconvenienced, disrespected and then insulted. I will NEVER do business with Aaron's again. I have asked for the removal of your merchandise from my home immediately! I would much rather be without it than to further invest monies into a corporation which obviously has no reguard for their customers.Your corporation needs to implement a training program for managers and staff which would allow them to exercise and apply their knowledge of customer service/relations. This program should also explain in detail what customer service means because obviously they don't have a clue!! This office does not deserve a rating that entitles satified services. Instead a rating for poor services. The one star selected represents one less customer you will have.
