NY, They took our blue ray for repair they lost it, then said it was no longer in stock and we would have to choose someting else. Then what they offer us was cheep looking and just sad. I would never ever purchase anything with them ever....
I maid 5 different complaints with Aaron's Corporate Office without responds... Not impressed
I am so dissappointed!! I ordered new couches two weeks ago. I was told that they would be in today. I called to check on them and was told that they did not arrive because they are on back order. I was also told that they were aware of this last week!!! Noone ever called me to let me know this. Meanwhile, I sold my old couches, so now I have no couches!!!!! What poor and unprofessional customer service!
The Lagrange ga store manager is a disgrace to the company!!! Her customer service skills are ridiculous!!! She is very rude and should have never been promoted to manager! Her employees defiantly need a better role model! The men who picked up my furniture when I returned it, when never even missed a payment, just was give. Some couches for free, scratched my walls with the furniture and knocked down my decor on my porch and never bothered to pick it up nor appologize!
Not happy how Aarons employee treat your property when you return to be fix.My fridge was returned to me with dents and scratches on the right side of it.The asst manager as help with some things.But he seems he doesn't care what his employee's do.He needs to check the items before they are deliver.
we had a livingroom set at the S Nelis store, items shiped with tears in the recliners, the repair man they had at the time didnt do his job, he also asked my wife for pain meds, and call my house after his time here still asking for meds. he was fired and items returned. i now have a 42" tv that was pre leased, price was suposed to be discounted, it was NOT, im paying 24 months and a used item? last month i had 8 more payments, now this month i still have 8 more payments. i will NEVER goto Aarons again. i am done with this company
Aaron's keeps telling me I'm behind 21 days so I went into the the store to sign a paper or they where going to pick up my frig, that is almost payed off. so I had them print off a paper that would show me where I'm behind and all they had was a paper that I was not behind and they still made up excuses and made me sign a paper and the guy helping me just kept smurking at me and got away with how ever he wanted to treat me and it was bad. I will never go back to Aaron again.
I had a 70inch vizio tv and stand in the rock island illinois and I wanted to down size because I didnt like it and the regional manager told his employees to pick it up for no reason I was a month ahead on my payments and told me I cant rent from them again and ive been dealing with the corprate office since november 1st 2013 and its now jan 21 2014 and nothing has been done about it
I have have had my 73 inch Mitsubishi and I have had them pick it up for the same thing 4 times now and each time it has been gone atlease a month at a time. As you can see there customer service is horrible and all they want is there money. They get there money and don't want to take care of you in the proper way when fixing there junk product. There management must be trained in lieing to customers in getting a sale.
Aarons wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face.

I went to the restroom at my JOB and came back to a missed called from Aaron's as I was calling Aaron's back, I get a co-worker come to me and say he got a RUDE call from Aaron's for ME. I called and asked "Whom called my JOB and NO ONE could tell me who did it". I was not going to write the many reviews that I will write today, if someone would have told me whom did it. Please do not call my JOB, I have been dealing with Aaron's since 2003.
I leased a 55 inch tv and a sound bar. For a few months I made the payments on time and after my work started cutting my hours I made them a few days late. They call my house up to five times a day and a couple times they called after 8. They are not organized here in Seguin texas and the management is rude when I call about about going in. A couple times they tried getting me pay another payment on the sound bar. They need to have new people over here in seguin.
The AAron's store in Henderson, NC is unprofessional, unfriendly and incapable of telling customers the truth about the merchandise.
i got arrons to pick up mower they let me use a pile of junk no brakes and used a lot of oil. then bought out a good mower problem is i paid for a 20 horse power hyso tran . i oreded out of book they mower i was loan cost half of the one i had this mower was used 3 or 4 times on a small yard. jen was mananger every time i ask about had to find someone to work on it my num. is229-1 i have 2 payments left i bought a lot from u all the person who pick it up doesnt know also dordge me when i go in

te, Tx are rude and just plan ole unfriendly. On the commercial people walk around like they are so willing to help, but that's not the case. Me and my have been customer's since April 2012, but after these next 2 payments it's bye bye Aaron's'.
