I hate this Customer Service UGH
Really had an issue with tech. customer service and billing. Called the corporate office and found there are ones who care about the customers and will help in matters which might seem unserountable. Thanks
This is beyond the worst company ever.
I can not believe that I have had to reiterate my story four times and counting. Different areas do not speak or work with other areas or make notes. yet they indicated the phone message could be recorded for training purposes.
Worst customer and actual service. Tower sector went off air in August and they still have not repaired it 6 months later so no coverage but they still bill me and want penalties for early cancellation. There customer service Dept. is a joke.

Changed my wireless service to another carrier before my cycle was up and they will not refund me for the unused time. They said they have no cancellation fees but this sure is a way to get a cancellation fee without calling it that.

No existent .Has phoney customer service personnel answer for them. Tries to make customers feel sorry for them and act afraid they will lose their jobs, if they give out the legal dept.'s phone number or address. How dumb do they think we are a telephone company's dept. that doesn't't have any phones in the entire legal dept.
Calling this number will not allow you to share you thoughts about your experience with ATT or resolve your issue with your service. At least that has been my experience.

I never exp such service from any business as lousy as this! A promise today don’t mean __________ tomorrow! I can tt a rep right now and in 5 minutes a new rep ( after being transferred 17 times) can tell you something totally different. I will be contacting the BBB as if they already don’t have millions of complaints. Poor piss service, poor piss quality and even pissier customer service.. If I knew of my enemy I wouldn’t refer ATT to them!
terrible channel selections and went into my wifes account and extracted funds with authorization and have many class action lawsuits pending and I will surely add to it.
I've been fighting h att about a bill since 2010. There customer service sucks! I've been asking to speak with someone in the executive offic and when I got someone she was just as ignorant and rude. I'm still fighting this bill!

At&t not stand up two what they say I got my phone stolen and could not afford two buy other phone so I ask can I pay some on the phone up front then the rest installment plans they said no I hate I sign up with them should stay with cricket a least they help u get into other phone and bill much cheaper but at&t prices four they plan they do not fit pll budget !!
I would not even rate att a 1. I too have got problems with them and tried calling today a toltal of 7 times just to be cut off and then finally told I couldn't and they wouldn't put me back to my old plan. I don't know what other people but I think we should ALL get togetherand file class action suit against att
