Unanle to change payment method on line or by contacting billing by phone. bank refuses your on line payment. Said need to have the 3 numbers from back of card is only reason that they can think of as failure. Can pay online with other places without this. Cannot contact a live person that can help with the problem. Cannot get to a supervisor that does not speak true english or willing to really help Dommtt@aol.com

I do not know why every other day my password has to be reset. I also wan tto know how I can find out if anyone besides me is in my email. I had emails from someone and that someone accessed my email to erase them. How do I find out or prove who done this ( I know who but can not prove)

I would rather have rabies than deal with AOL sevice. I'm trying to put together a plan to get off this "service" without causing major problems with my friends and clients with a name change in my email. It's crap companies llke this that encourage government intervention. I have given up trying to talk with these "people." PHY

You should be ashamed of your customer service to cancel my account. You have made it absolutely impossible to do this.

Terrible, terrible service. AOL Reps are poorly trained and you're lucky if you actually get one that is AMERICAN SPEAKING. The are holding my billing information on file, and I've had a free account for 4 years. They simply won't release it after I've made about 13 attempts to get it deleted. What kind of zoo are you running AOL?

Aol is the worst company I have ever dealt with. There is no one with any responsibility that I can talk to about a recurring problem. The people in India are of zero help. I want to get a high level manager in the United states that might be able to give me service.. Give me a phone number.

I have called aol numerous times (always get India) to find out why my comments are not being posted..I have never used foul vulgar language..they say they will file a report and fix this..it has never been fixed nor will they tell me why this is not functioning..when I used aol for free I got better service as sson as I called with a problem they said I had to become a paying subscriber to get any help. So I pay every month now and get worse service than when I was not paying and using it for free. at least my comments were posted and some of the click do not open to images on their website content. Bottom line is like aol but their resolve of problems deserves an F grade for failure..routing all issues to India or the phillipines will not work either.

I tried to write a review and give it SERO Stars and it gave iteself Five Stars so much for listening to customer spport I have called FIVE TImes over the past Ten Days with no resolve Call the Prez Tim Armstrong all you get is his voice mail and they won't give out his number I have left messages TWICE. So much for Customer Services and response. Perhaps we should start a campaign to boycott AOL Or the president needs to get on Undercover Boss, he might find out he runs a very lousy company

Apparently I'm not the only one suddenly and inexplicably unable to access my account/screen names/email and gotten absolutely NO HELP from AOL customer support. Six phone calls escalating my case FIVE times, three supervisors, and two different departments have yet to result in so much as the repeatedly promised callback acknowledging the problem let alone resolving it. The final straw was having Billing tell me they can't fix the problem it requires Tech Support and Tech Support telling me they can't fix it that Billing has to... This coming from superviors neither of whom could grasp the viscious circle created or tell me who to call since neither of them could fix the problem. AOL's web site states "Unparalleled Support." Can't argue with that! No one is as inept incompetent or ineffective at customer service as AOL! Anyone wanting to lodge a complaint go to www.howtocomplain.com It gives you all the info you need!

Service is so bad I wouldn't give it a star. I have called FOUR times and the issue is still not resolved. I can not send my bulk e mails to my Car Club Members, which I have been doing for years. I have been lied to that the issue would be resolved in 24 Hours which has not been true. I do not want to talk to some off shore call center where they can not speak English and are apologetic, but unable to resolve any issues. AOL needs to changes it name to America OFF line Service is disgusting!!!!!!

Customer Tech Support is very bad. It seems that they can only solve minor issues. They refuse to pass the call on to a supervisor. I have been without my e-mail account for over one week,and all I get from AOL is they will fill out a report. I need action not paper work.

Customer Tech service is horrible. I was cut off four times in an hour. The agent would not get me to a supervisor, The info I received was faulty. The procedure to get to an agent is cumbersome when you have to do it multiple times. No wonder this company is failing.
